We have used Rowlett Air for HVAC service for many years. Their service calls are always prompt, and they arrive when they say that they will. Their technicians are very pleasant and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

Rowlett Air has been AMAZING!!!! They arrived on time. Stayed till the work was finished WITH A SMILE! Extremely professional and kind. Stuck to the quote and were helpful with every question and concern. HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!!!!

Hunter was great! He was polite and did a good and quick job installing a new blower motor in our heat exchanger.The issue is with the company itself. I filled out the form on the website one evening when our air stopped working. The next day around lunchtime, I hadnt heard from them and gave them a call. Luckily, they could come out the same day. Why didnt they call me?I was told they would have to search for a new blower motor the next day (I guess A/C services shut down after 4 pm). The next day as it got close to lunchtime, I hadnt hear a word. I called them and was told that they had contacted Carrier and were waiting to hear back on getting the blower motor. How long does it take to type a part number into an inventory system? Either way, no communication.I asked if I could obtain the part myself and still have them install it. I was told yes, but there would be no warranty. I had the part in my hands in 30 minutes. Why can an A/C not find something, that I can find immediately? Why did they not call me to get my business after I filled out the form on their website or call me to let me know what was going on with the part they were trying to find?Had I not been proactive, I might still be sitting here in a hot house waiting. I wanted to give my business to a small, local company, however, after this experience, Im calling the biggest company that I see a commercial for on local television the next time that I need work done.

This company was absolutely wonderful to work with. They installed a new HVAC unit for us. They did a great job and had phenomenal service! Highly recommend

The service personal is friendly and always has a solution.The company knows the best size unit for my house. They install quickly and professionally. There is never a mess left after a job. This is the most honest company I have ever come across. I’m a 65 year old disabled woman who knows nothing about air conditioning but these folks didn’t take advantage of that. Rather, they were unbelievably fair in their pricing and never tried to sell me something I didn’t need. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Their work is efficient and I never had a problem after they left. They were on time, efficient and polite. Above all, they were HONEST, which is a rarity these days. I give them 5 stars +++ 😁

Jessie was able to come out the same day I called and replaced a couple of small drainage pipes that had been clogged with use over time. He was quick, efficient and so nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Rowlett Air!

Get a second opinion if you use this company. I was told I needed a coil replacement and that my unit was out of freon completely. The coil replacement was $5,200. I could have easily written a check and had the repair done, however something didnt sound accurate. I purchased my home a year ago the units were checked before I moved in and serviced for the last 3 years, the previous owner provided all of the documents when I purchased the home. I called another AC company the gentleman came out and advised that the coils were OK, no replacement was needed and that the unit had plenty of freon. The diagnosis was a small part that was needed. This was a minor inexpensive part. If I would have listened to Rowlett Air I would be out of $5,200. Please get a second opinion or dont use them at all. Its not about the money its about honesty.

I had central air installed in Jan. I contacted them and he was so kind and helpful! The technicians that came out were very friendly and did a great job. I was extremely impressed with the financing option as well. I couldnt be happier and highly recommend them.

Called Rowlett Air late in the afternoon. They couldnt get to us same day, but scheduled a service call for 9:00 the next morning. Jessie showed up on time and was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. By 9:32 the problem was diagnosed and repaired. Very reasonable price and outstanding service.

Great company!! They are very responsive, and their technicians are very experienced and knowledgeable. They saved us this summer by responding asap to our call for help….our system was not producing any cold air. They discovered our coils were completely broken, and they were back the next day to install the new coils. I highly recommend them!!

Called Rowlett Air and told the owner I needed Jessie to come out and replace drain pan under the AirHandler because it had rusted and I sold my condo and the buyer wanted it replaced. He sent Jessie out on 2/29 at 10:30am and Jessie was very professional in his work and he did a great job and it only took him an hour to complete the job. I would recommend Rowlett Air to anyone that needed heating and A/C work done.

Woke this morning with my house being 61 degrees. AND my pilot light went out! But Rowlett Air was here within 20 minutes! Yall use them for any of your needs. Jesse has helped us so many times and they are amazing! ❤❤

I cant figure out where these negative reviews come from. Rowlett Air inc installed my air in my new house 20 years ago. They have been nothing but fabulous ever since. Jessie just left my house after crawling through my hot attic. Found my problem and left.... no charge. People need to be more careful that they are leaving negative reviews on the right company.

These guys are seriously amazing. Our HVAC unit went out during the last really hot week of summer/fall and we were out to diagnose our problem the day after we called. He figured that the issue was with our compressor and gave me a quote to replace the compressor or the unit; we went with the compressor as it was the more affordable option and our unit was only 6 years old. They got the compressor ordered and came back within a couple of days to replace

I am sorry to give this company such a poor rating as I have used them in the past with great success. I took off work and waited for a Rowlett technician this morning. I left my phone number and asked that the technician call me so I could let him in.At 11:45 am I called the Rowlett office to find out the status of my appointment. The reply I received was Rowlett would not be coming today since the rain had delayed the technician and they could reschedule for the next day. I responded that I would have appreciated a call since I had waited all morning for the technician. The office person rudely replied, Then just call someone else. She then hung up the phone. I was shocked by the inappropriate behavior and am currently researching the owners name and number so I can lodge a complaint.

Ive been using these guys for a long time and two years ago I wrote a glowing review. But of late, when they come out for service, theyve been charging me for things not needed. Had it serviced on Monday and by Friday there was a problem. Guy came and said I needed to replace the motor and the capacitor, and the only reason I didnt go with them was because they didnt have the part. Got a second opinion, and they said the only problem was the capacitor. They replaced it and the system is up and running. Id suggest you always get a second opinion when using these folks. Many years ago they were prompt, honest and knew what they were doing. Cant say the same thing now. So sad!

This is by far the worst home maintenance Ive ever had from any company since becoming a homeowner. Their technician leaned on the ac condesate drain line while servicing the ac unit in the attic, causing it to break open. Water started leaking from the line, down the ceiling below, caving the ceiling and soaking the carpet. Their tech came back out, reconnected the line properly and excepted responsibility. They filed an insurance claim, had an adjuster come and assess the damage for the claim. But when they gave their statement to the insurance they claimed they did not do it claiming no responsibility, essentially lying. The claim was denied based on their statement and now we are stuck with the damage. This company has no integrity, extreme poor workmanship and shows a complete disregard for the customers they serve. This is a complete sham of a company. I will never use or recommend again. CUSTOMERS BEWARE !!!

What a great company. They installed Mini Splits and I am very happy. It was a remodel and they were fantastic. Knew what they were doing and explained to me the process.I also had to have a new Mini Split put in for my upstairs. Great service.They are very professional and very clean in their work.Highly reccommend them.

These folks have serviced my dual HVAC system since they installed it in 2012. They always try to be prompt, even when they are real busy. First, they ensure an accurate diagnosis, then correctly repair what is needed. When I call them, I know I’m going to get good service and they know they will be paid promptly, so it’s a “Win-Win”!

Best company at what they do. Whenever I need HVAC work done I call them and know the problem will be diagnosed and fixed. I have dealt with them on multiple occasions and every time they handle it professionally and punctually. These guys are extremely knowledgable about their work and will walk you through the entire process, whats wrong, and how hes going to fix it. I hope my AC doesnt break again but if it doesnt I know exactly who to call.

After our air conditioner went out, we called around to several places. No one called us back after hours of waiting so I went online and found Rowlett air. I checked them with the BBB and yelp (there were no reviews on Google) and everything looked good. They answered and could send someone out right away. That should have been my first clue. They didnt mention a service call see and I forgot to answer in my excitement over finally finding someone. About 30 minutes later the guy shows up and heads right to the outside unit and hooks up his meters. This was all before the words-what is your service fee- came out of my mouth. He said they charged $85 but if we used them for service it would be $55. I just about choked but I was in a bind. 4 kids and no air in texas. Not good. So he checked and of course the freon was gone. He stated that there would be a $60 per pound charge for the freon which I knew was a fair charge and that we would need about 8 pounds at least but there had to be some kind of leak to cause all the freon to go out.So he headed up to the attic to check out the inside unit. He was up there about 5 minutes and came back down. Without checking part prices, calling office or anything other computing, he stated that there was a hole in our coil and we needed a new one. To the tune of $2500. After asking him if there was any alternative, he stated that it would only be throwing money away so I told him that for that kind of money I would have to get estimates and do some thinking. 10 minutes of his time cost me $85. I felt ripped off but only more so when I finally had someone else come out and take a look.Guy #2 checked it out and said again that we had a leak somewhere. He AND my husband went to the attic together to check things out. The guy asked if someone else had been in to check it out before him because there was a big hole, not on the coil, but on the copper pipe leading into the coil. It was very very obvious he said and he could not see how that could possibly happen without intent. My husband asked the guy from Rowlett air if the hole could be welded and was told that no, it would just cause more damage. Guy #2 is coming over tomorrow to WELD THE DAMN HOLE that guy #1 either could not see, or caused all for $500.I will NEVER use Rowlett Air and intend to put a stop payment on the check I wrote to them. We were out AC for 4 days over something Rowlett air either could fix in a few hours, or caused. I dont know which but either way, they should be ashamed of themselves.

The responsiveness, service level, and price were all great. I am happy we chose to complete our business with Rowlett Air.

I love rowlett air they where so nice and it was August 100 degrees outside and my house was so hot the technician Jessie came and cooled down my house in just 30 minutes he was so nice and didnt give me any difficulty over all I highly recommend them
