If there were a 100-star rating, I would give Unified Heating & Air Conditioning 110 stars because Tracy provided us with 110% service in honesty, knowledge, and effort. I had planned for an inspection and cleaning of my 30+ year old furnace, which was running fine, but I noticed my heating bills had been increasing over the last few winters. When the techs from another company arrived, they quickly stated that I needed to replace the entire furnace and said it wasnt worth cleaning, leaving me feeling uncertain. I reached out on Facebook to ask for recommendations for furnace services. I called the three most suggested companies, but I won’t mention the names of the others or my experiences with them, since Unified Heating & Air Conditioning is the only company I will highly recommend to anyone with HVAC needs or questions. When Tracy came to provide an estimate for a new furnace installation, I had already accepted that my old furnace was beyond saving. To my surprise, Tracy offered to perform a thorough cleaning and inspection before we discussed what new furnace model I might want an estimate for.
