I came home after ten days away to an air conditioner that seemed not to be working. It was a Saturday evening. Texted Christopher hoping he might be able to come out first thing Monday, but he offered to come that day. Above and beyond. A great guy, straight shooter, would never run up the bill just to collect more from you. And does excellent work—can’t recommend him highly enough.

Chris was great! He did a comprehensive review of our system, answering all of my questions (I had a lot of them) and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Found one issue that needed addressing asap, had the parts and fixed it same day. Will definitely keep coming back to All Terrain for my future HVAC needs.

Chris and All Terrain did a fantastic job on my AC unit. When my unit stopped cooling I called Chris late in the morning and he was out by early afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me repair options and replace options- and explain explain to the difference pros and cons of each. It’s great to find an specialist that puts the customer first.

Chris came in and installed a mini split in my garage. He showed up on time, gave me a reasonable quote and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend All Terrain for any HVAC needs!

You can really tell when someone has years of experience. I’ve dealt with many technicians over the years and seen a lot of bandaids put on problems that require stitches. He was immensely knowledgeable and informative and had an answer for every question I had. He fixed a refrigerant leak that a couple other companies failed to fix before. He showed me a video of what he did and how he did it. And now I can rest assured knowing my AC is actually fixed and not just going to leak again a month later. Thank you Chris!

With winter on its way, we knew we needed some work done on the central heating system.Chris has been taking care of our system for years and we trust him completely.He never over charges and Is available when we need him.I dont think I would trust anyone else to give us the kind of service he has provided for us.
