I recently had my carpets and hardwood floors cleaned by Floor Steam Cleaning Services, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! They did an incredible job, leaving my home spotless and smelling fresh. The carpets look revitalized, and the hardwood floors have a beautiful shine.A special shoutout to Paul, who was professional, thorough, and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was cleaned to perfection.

A last attempt to save urine saturated carpet from a large dog... already tried several passes with a rug doctor and the smell would be better for a few hours and come right back after it dried. Just a temporary cover up.I almost gave up when I was referred to this company by a friend.Mason came out and took the time to analyze and customize a personal cleaning plan for my carpet, at a very reasonable price. MUCH MUCH cheaper than replacing the carpet... worth every penny!Mason took his time, and is an absolute miracle worker! The carpets look and smell amazing weeks later! They are actually clean! He saved the day!I have used other companies in the past, and these are by far the best results Ive ever had, you have a lifetime customer!

This is the second time weve had Steam Master Cleaning and Restoration come out to clean our tile and carpet. They did a great job the first time and once again did a great job the second time. They are very price competitive as well. We had Paul do our job and he was very kind and easy to work with. Highly recommended! We will use them for a third time in the future.

I called them on a Saturday at 2 PM, and they were able to service me within a few hours, and beat the other local prices that I had shopped for. We contracted Steam Master to clean approximately 4,500 square feet of carpeting in our church building in preparation for Easter Sunday. Brandon did an outstanding job of cleaning the carpets while graciously navigating around the staff and volunteers that were in the facility at the same time. Additionally, he informed me that a few of the stains we had might not come out, but he was able to get all of them. I so appreciate someone who overdelivers on what they can do and thats Brandon. Well definitely continue to use Steam Master and hopefully Brandon for our future carpet cleaning needs.

I love my dog, but shes brutal on our carpet! Once upon a time, I had cream-colored carpet. It was so long ago, I barely remembered. In preparation for the holidays, I gave Steam Master a chance and Im glad I did. Shane was very friendly, provided reasonable recommendations to finally change my nasty gray carpet back to its original color and removed stains our consumer grade carpet cleaner couldnt tackle. He didnt rush his work, was very transparent with what could be done and seems to have good taste in music :) For a carpet that was laid during the 1st Obama Administration, he did an amazing job! Shane did a fantastic job! The carpet looks like new. I was really concerned about pet stains but he was able to get the stains out and more importantly, there is no residual smell. Highly recommend!

Scott arrived on time with a really calm and understanding demeanor. I have animals and needed professional cleaning before I have family come visit. He was very knowledgeable on the services that would be best for my home and explained them in detail so everything was understood. He WENT TO TOWN on my sectional couch, my carpets in all rooms and my futon. My home feels brand new, smells amazing, and is ready for visitors. I was able to schedule and have this completed all in two days and I could not be happier. Joel came out to give me an estimate to clean an area rug that I purchased used for pretty cheap. He looked at the entire rug and wrote up a quote on the spot. He took the time to explain their cleaning process and answered all of my questions. He explained that my rug was made of viscose, which requires a different cleaning process that can take much longer due to drying times. Unfortunately, the cost to clean it was about 8x as much as I paid for the used rug, so it just wasnt worth it to me.Nonetheless, Joel was incredibly kind and professional and I really appreciate him taking the time to explain everything to me and answering all of my questions. Ill be keeping their number if I ever come across a need for their other services.Btw, they said area rug cleanings are about $4 per sqft to clean on site and about $6 per sqft to clean in their warehouse.
