After our Pioneer mini split malfunctioned, Chris came out and diagnosed the issue, quoted the labor to replace, and eventually returned to install the replacement unit. He did an excellent and thorough job and was extremely honest and transparent with every step of the process. Couldnt ask for a better experience and his price was competitive and affordable. Will definetely be using Chris and Aire Serv when the system needs service again.

I was referred to Aire Serv of Round Rock and I am really glad I was. The service and professionalism was outstanding. I had an issue with my mini-split and at first I had a different company come out -- they couldnt find the leak and gave me a massive estimate. So I needed to get a second opinion. Thats when Chris from Aire Serv came to my house just a couple hours after I called. He found the leak right away, and got my mini-split back up and running at a fair price. I was 100% satisfied and totally recommend them!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Air Serv of Round Rock. Technician Chris (who I later discovered is the owner) incorrectly set my furnace transformer during his second service on 11/25/2024, which led to my furnace transformer breaking down after just 1.5 months. Despite having written documentation from another HVAC company confirming the improper settings and still being within the warranty period, Chris refused to acknowledge his mistake or issue a refund. He ignored my email inquiries and unprofessionally communicated with my tenant without authorization about the AC unit, causing additional issues and expenses. I cannot recommend a company that doesnt honor their own warranty, fails to take responsibility for their mistakes, and demonstrates such unprofessional and discourteous behavior toward customers.

Chris was a joy to work with, he was very professional and walked me through all the different services he would provide and let me know which fixes were most essential and which could wait so I could budget for them. While the work was being done there was minimal interruption as I work from home and I appreciated the consideration. The price was much lower than we were quoted by another group. Would recommend this company to family or friends.

I highly recommend working with Aire Serv. Starting with Dona on the phone who kindly and calmly helped me troubleshoot heating issues and set up an appointment that was convenient for my family. Then, we received a note that they were on their way, and Chris and Zion arrived on time.During the appointment, Chris was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in evaluating our HVAC system after our heat pump stopped working. He provided a detailed breakdown estimate and helped me understand each part of the estimate including how to plan for the expenses rather than needing to fix anything today. It turned out we can keep using our gas furnace now instead of needing to replace the old heat pump now. He provided the information with zero sales pressure and educated me on much more about our system than the part that was broken.It was a phenomenal experience as new homeowners navigating through old systems with Chris and Aire Serv. We’ve found our local HVAC experts with Aire Serv, and plan to work with them for multiple future projects in the house!

Last fall we had contacted Air Serv to inspect and replace our air ducts and plenum on our HVAC system as well as blow in insulation into our attic. Chris was thorough and honest with his work and his prices are fair compared to other quotes I had gotten from other companies in the area. I highly recommend Air Serv for any HVAC work you may need.

They were prompt , professional, and communicative; gave a better quote than the competition; talked me through the new heat pump system they installed for me; and left plenty of manuals & documentation behind for subsequent maintenance folks. Chris did an amazing job on our home, he was very thoughtful responsive, knowledgeable, and his prices were very fair! He came to our house at 8:30 PM on a Saturday and stayed until 11:30 PM to fix our A/C and that meant the world to us now that we have a little one at home. He later helped us to improve our home by upgrading our furnace and the duct work, it has never been more quiet. He and his great crew were quick and left the job site very clean. In a panic, I called Aire Serve Round Rock. I am a recording studio owner in the country north of Liberty Hill, Texas. In the beginning of the terrible week of ice, snow, and record low temps, my heating unit...2 Mitsubishi type wall units...had stopped working and it was COLD. I have an expensive baby grand piano among other sensitive equipment and I was, to say the least, in a total panic.I searched for a local maintenance company that were familiar with my system and discovered a new business in Liberty Hill...I called them and spoke to a wonderful lady who, in turn, put me in touch with her husband. He was booked and unable to get to me for some hours. Unlike so many, he actually took the time to walk me through the process that fe felt would fix the issue. I did exactly what he told me to do and soon had heat.Since then, because of the extreme weather event we have just experiences, I have given their information to anyone that I thought might need their help.On a personal level, I will never call anyone else for any heating or air conditioning work. If there were ten stars I’d give ten and wish there were five more.Aire Serv Round Rock, to use the vernacular I am so used to, totally ROCKS..

I highly recommend this company and have referred several friends their way. We recently had Chris come out when my inside unit stopped working. He knew immediately what was wrong and had me back-up and running in a few minutes. The charge was very reasonable, and he walked me through a few tips to help keep my very old system (inside unit original to our 1986 house) running. He was a pleasure to work with and was happy to address all my questions. Its hard to put into words the blessing they were on a hot day, when it would have been easy to take advantage of a situation. Chris and his team have my full trust.

Called AireServ at 11pm when I got home and found out my AC is not turning on. AireServ picked up my call right away but told me they couldn’t send a tech out immediately. They said they will send someone out first thing in the morning (7-8am) without service call fee. Chris arrived at 8am and repaired the AC for me. I needed the gas line relocated for me so it’s not blocking the access to the AC unit and Chris did it and made sure everything is up to code. He then installed a new blower motor fan and the bracket, reignited my gas water heater, and cleaned everything up for me. He’s punctual and professional! I would use this company again when I am not tied down to my home warranty company!

Aire Serv has been a great service . They are like family and friend . They explain everything and make you feel at ease . Their pricing is excellent and quality of work is the very best . Chris was fantastic and helpful. Called late Friday (5pm) and they were able to get me in. Arrived promptly within the time window given (between 6-7). Super helpful and explained what to do in the future to upkeep the hvac and fan. and how to maintain things. Highly recommend them in the future

It was Saturday night when my AC stopped working. I knew it was on overflow switch in my drainline. I called after 10 pm and I had a appointment for noon the next day. He was 15 minutes early. He fixed the issue in less than 1 hour. But in something to help prevent it next year. Highly recommend!@

Chris came out to check our AC earlier this week given we had leaking from a vent. We had a similar issue he helped out with a year and a half ago. Being that our AC is 20 years old it needed replacing and he fit us in this week and replaced it today. Communicative, explains things easily, thorough and friendly. Highly recommend Chris.

Chris did a great job on my repair. His communication was great and he was timely as promised. He quickly found the problem and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He completed the repair and also pointed out that I was overturned for something that I did not need from a previous repair person from about 6 months ago.

Were extremely grateful for Chris, Dona and Dylan for their professionalism and excellent service. After numerous runs with our home warranty failing to replace our unit, we hired Chris to inspect, remove and reinstall a new system. We met him after needing to find a reasonable priced company to remove and reinstall a new mini split. It was during this experience that we decided to forgo our warranty and purchase a new system outright from Aire Serv. During install, the space was so tight he had to dismantle the unit then reassemble in the attic. He rebuilt the walkway in the attic as well. He did his best to maintain order in my sons room where the access is, and was always tidy, which we we very happy with. I will use this company again moving forward with all my ac/heat needs.

We found Chris on a Round Rock community impact news. Chris came over to save us on a 100F Sunday noon. He’s knowledgeable and recommended us a few things to do to help better maintain our unit. We also asked if he could clean the unit but he thought it wasn’t necessary as how our AC condition was.Would recommend!

Chris got here very quickly. He confirmed the part and helped order the parts needed on the spot. They are being shipped. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I expect that the repair will be completed after the parts arrive.

OVERCHARGED and DIDNOT COMPLETE THE JOB- Our system had cooling issue, the technician came and checked something and declared it was just that the plug was not in place, he didnt give us an estimate, he charged us $275 and left. The issue reappeared within a few days, he came back and this time he checked with the meter and said the system is low on refrigerant which he didnt even test the first time.And to check where the leak is asked us to pay more.So what did we pay the $275 for if he is going to charge is more money for just checking with his gadget on where the leak is ?It was a waste of money.They called me after I wrote this review and started saying very rude things like I am a mean person who wants things done for free.

Chris and Dona were so incredibly kind and responsive when we needed emergency service on a Saturday night for my elderly mother-in-law in Round Rock. Chris was able to assess the situation quickly, make the fix, and recommend solutions going forward. Dona put my mind at ease right away and I knew we were in good hands. Our AC took a dive and stopped cooling and grant it was 7:54 pm I called Aire Serv..Office said let me call you right back within 4 minutes she returned call and said Chris would be here within roughly 30 minutes from arriving at my home. He arived to look at the unit..27 minutes later he arrived and within minutes diagnosed problem and gave me his price for repair, and had it up and back cooling by 9Pm.I cant say enough positive about Chris and Doña..Fantastic company hands down..Cant say your situation can be as fast as mine due to all problems are not the same..But if you want an excellent 5 star company that is fair and wonderful to work with.Then dont look elsewhere and contact Aire Serv for all round 5 star service and honesty and very compatible prices.. I was pleased that they were able to come and fix my AC on a Sunday. The wire to a capacitor in the unit needed to be replaced. They fixed all three wires and checked the coolant levels. They did not charge me extra for Sunday service, and didnt mind me watching the work and asking questions. I like to understand how things work and he was gracious enough to explain things to me. They were professional and I would recommend them.

Man I cannot say enough about the sevice and care Chris gives your AC unit. I have a mini split and he has helped fix the issues with it since the install. (He did not install) we finally got to the bottom of the problem and he took the time to make sure that was not the only problem with the unit, he checked normal maintanence issues as well. Our AC went out this evening. From the time we called AireServe, Chris was dispatched and arrived within one hour. He diagnosed and repaired immediately. We are back to cool within 3 hours of initial onset. We contacted the company that installed the AC unit, but since we were well outside of the warranty period, they could not guarantee service in excess of 2 weeks just for a service visit.We expected the bill from AireServe to be astronomical. It was not and was more than reasonable considering the emergency nature and off hours repair.If you are having AC issues during this heat wave, rest assured AireServ will keep you cool.Charlie & Jenn

Chris first provided maintenance and repair 6 months ago on our heating system, and came back this week to service our A/C system. We are so pleased with his experience, competence and communication - he let us know what was working well in our 20-year-old system, replaced needed parts quickly and provided great ways to save money and assure quality on filters and additional projects. He has earned our complete trust!

Our AC died right before a weekend with 110 degree heat and even though Chris was fully booked, he managed to swing by and fix everything within a few hours! We were fully expecting to wait days. Chris is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and honest! Best AC repair experience weve had.

I had Chris come out to my home for an annual maintenance check on the AC unit. He found some microbial growth (he called it mold) and recommended a new AC unit for $12,000. It was very apparent he was trying to push a sale and use a scare tactic by making so many comments about the mold and the health risk of staying in the home.I had another company come out to get a second opinion and they said that microbial growth is extremely common, that it hadnt spread to the air ducts, and that most of it was dirt that they could easily clean off. I went with this company and will continue to for future needs.I would absolutely NOT recommend using Aire Serv. They are dishonest, unprofessional, trying to push AC unit sales, and should not have questioned if we had any symptoms related to mold, when theyre not a mold remediation company.Save yourself the time and money and go with a reputable, trustworthy company.

I dont always write reviews but Chris at Aireserv deserves a great review. I was in the middle of a kitchen remodel and we realized that we needed to move the ductwork for the range hood. I got very stressed when several HVAC companies were unable to come out right away. I had cabinets on hold and it needed to be done same day. Chris came out immediately and got the work done in short order. Not only that but he noticed that the ducting in my attic was leaking air. I was air conditioning my attic. He showed me photos and I ended up getting that fixed as well... All for a very reasonable price. Chris is very personable and explains things in a simple manner. I cannot recommend him enough. I found a new AC person!

Long review ahead, but in summary, if you need HVAC help, call Aire Serv. They will fix your issue or at the very least tell you honestly what the issue is.I waited a week to post this to make sure everything is still running, and I can safely say now that there is no reason for you to go anywhere else but to AirServ. The customer service is amazing, but the actual quality of work is what is even more impressive.We were without AC for months for our first summer in Austin. Our landlord sent another company out who put a bandaid on the problem that made it significantly worse. I was left to find someone on my own and read hundreds of reviews because there was a chance I could have to pay for this out of pocket. There are companies rated higher, but when I called them for help, the customer service was awful. Not Airserve though!Since we were caught between the landlord, we told Chris (our tech who also co-owns the company I believe) that we couldn’t accept the actual repair because we couldn’t pay and the landlord hadn’t agreed to help since another company assured them there wasn’t an issue. Chris agreed to fix the fairly minor issue regardless and asked us to just to recommend him if the issue was resolved and we were happy with service. Not only do they know what they are doing; they are just good people and deserve your business. We did get payment worked out with the landlord, but the fact that Chris even offered is worth sharing.I know this is long, but I CANNOT recommend this company enough. I will never use anyone else in this area!

I just had 2 HVAC systems replaced and working with Aire Serv was awesome. Communication was great, Chris really takes the time to make sure I understood what I was getting along with lots of other information. There was no pressure throughout the entire process. Our AC stopped working and AireServ was able to get a technician out within a couple of hours. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and had our issue fixed and house cooling again in under an hour.

Chris from AirServe worked with me and scheduled me at my convenience. He arrived ahead if time and waited for my arrival. He immediately diagnosed the reason I had no heat and saved me from a dangerous problem that could have caused a house fire. He provided a temporary fix so that I could have heat while he order parts to permanently, fix the problem. We had a great experience having Chris with Aire Serv fix our HVAC system. Not only did he come to our house within a couple of hours of us calling, but he was able to diagnose, propose the options we had and fix our AC all within a few hours. Chris is very professional and knowledgeable. I also appreciated him wearing covers over his boots which he did without me even asking! Although I dont think HVAC repairs are ever cheap, the price was reasonable and more than fair. If we run into trouble again with our HVAC system we will be using this company!

I called the company with an A/C problem. The serviceman, Chris Rattray, was at my house within an hour, and worked on the problem, resolving it in a short time. Great communication, reasonable repair cost. Overall, my confidence in this company was there due to his knowledge, and experience. First thing I noticed was Chris putting on shoe covers to keep my house clean. The rest of the process was similar. Extremely professional, quick, and affordable. He even offered to drive to Waco for me to pick up a part if I didn’t want to wait to have it shipped to me. Highly recommend.

AireServ Round Rock will be my repair service forever. Chris and Doña are responsive, trustworthy and will go the extra mile to help their customers. My heaters blower went out just as our historic winter event was starting. We couldnt get the parts from Waco because of the roads. Chris lent me a couple space heaters to help me keep warm during the week. Once the roads were passable he drove to Waco himself to get the parts then came straight to my house to fix my heater even though it was after hours. Thank you so much for checking up on me and even offering to help with other things at my house.

We had a Ductless heating & AC System installed in our garage and it works perfectly and does the job that other protable units couldnt do. Were very pleased with the unit, its very quiet & very efficient. But most importantly, were very pleased with the professional installation and attention to detail. Great service!! I attempted to have Aire Serv of Round Rock inspect an issue with my HVAC unit. After scheduling, I was told that a dispatcher would reach back out to me with a more specific time frame for the appointment (I was told afternoon when I scheduled). The day of service came around and I still hadnt heard anything back about a time line. I called Aire Serv again in the morning, and was told that a dispatcher would reach out to me before the afternoon to give me a timing window. The afternoon came and I still hadnt heard anything. I called again in the afternoon, and was again told that a dispatcher would reach out to me ASAP, but that I should expect the technician to arrive between noon and five PM. The technician never arrived. I called the Aire Serv mainline again after the 5 PM deadline, and was given the number of Aire Serv Round Rock (who was supposed to conduct the maintenance). I called that number, but it went to voicemail. I called a local competitor shortly after that, and immediately got an appointment during a specific time slot. I would not recommend Aire Serv to anyone that needs service on a reliable schedule.

They fixed the AC problem quickly for only the service fee. I would definitely use them again.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Air Serv of Round Rock. Technician Chris (who I later discovered is the owner) incorrectly set my furnace transformer during his second service on 11/25/2024, which led to my furnace transformer breaking down after just 1.5 months. Despite having written documentation from another HVAC company confirming the improper settings and still being within the warranty period, Chris refused to acknowledge his mistake or issue a refund. He ignored my email inquiries and unprofessionally communicated with my tenant without authorization about the AC unit, causing additional issues and expenses. I cannot recommend a company that doesnt honor their own warranty, fails to take responsibility for their mistakes, and demonstrates such unprofessional and discourteous behavior toward customers.

Replaced old A/C unit and cleaned and replaced some parts on the heater, reasonable price, very knowledgeable. Explained every thing and came back to check the installation a week later. Hands down, has more knowledge about heaters than any other a/c guy in the Austin area, that I have used in the last 30 years.

Had an AC component fail during the Texas summer heat and they came out the next day. They looked up the warranty on the part and filed my claim for me and set me up with a universal loaner part in the mean time.
