LJI Fort Bend Heating & Air

We had another company come and replace a part we didnt need and left us without air conditioning on a Thursday, luckily it was still cool outside. I called LJI Fort Bend, and the owner himself, Dylan came out and got us temporarily fixed up till Monday. Dylan had to get all new parts that the other company messed up. It sounded like a helicopter was flying overhead every time the A/C kicked on because the vibration was so bad. I am so happy that it has been fixed properly. I highly recommend him and his technician Erick. Great group of guys! I just cant say enough about them. :)

Our AC was blowing out hot air and Dylan from LJI came to our home RIGHT AWAY to inspect. He was super dillegent, knowledgeable and super sweet and honest. We’ve had our AC for some time now and thought it would be out of warranty but Dylan called the manufacturer and got them to cover under warranty which saved us over $1500.00. And it was fixed right away. Highly recommend Dylan Langhamer.

I was referred to LJI Fort Bend by a friend and glad I called them. They promptly scheduled my appointment and kept me updated on timing so I didn’t have to sit around waiting. The technician was very professional and identified and fixed the problem with our AC quickly. Great service, great price and overall great experience when compared to HVAC companies I have previously used.

The customer service as far as getting a service technician to service the unite and or more importantly to follow up is terrible: No return phone calls, cancelled appointments on their end with many excuses is the norm. They can not wait to sell you a unit but the follow up and promises are non existent. Never will I do business with them again
