I received service from Good Earth Air Condition & Heating on 4/22/2020. Two days after they completed the so call repair, there was no air blowing through the vents! I called and left a message on the 25th and the 26th. I did receive a call back on the 26th advising; its 77 degrees and I could hear the air blowing, but nothing was coming from the vents. The company claims I said I could feel air; BS! Why would I call if I could feel air and its cold in my home; makes no sense. However the guy who answered the phone, name unknown was very rude and so was I as I did not receive what I paid for; which was a working AC unit! See the response he sent after we got off the phone! Is this a response of a 5 star company....?
Initially Mr. Robert Snider the owner, was very accommodating and efficient with installing a new AC/heating unit. But, now that I am having issues and have a valid 5 year “ labor” warranty provided by his company, he has not responded in a responsible or professional manner. I am asking for my warranty to be honored and my calls or requests responded to.
We just had the best experience with Good Earth! We woke up today (Sunday) to the ac not working. After working all day to try to fix it ourselves and searching all over for parts we just happened to see a Good Earth van pull up at the neighbors house. When he finished with them we ambushed him in the street begging for help. It was almost 6 pm on a Sunday evening and he didnt hesitate to help at all! He was so respectful, intelligent and quick. He got the system back up and running in no time at all and was so thorough educating us with everything he was doing. I will be using Good Earth with all of my AC needs in the future and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs services!
Super service! From the time they accepted my call for help at 12:20pm from my home warranty company to the time job completed (6:55pm) super fast and to the upmost professionalisms. With my ac not cooling I had to do something fast! Houston Tx heat is no joke. Contacted my home warranty and expected the old usual run around. Not this time! Call back within minutes from Good Earth Air conditioning and heating. Stated they can get to me by the next morning however since they took it upon themselves to speed the process up since Robert the technician lived close to my house. He contacted me by email stating he was in route n can take a look. Before I knew it the job was done and mother in law and my dogs at my home were getting cooled once again! Confirmation email and invoice was emailed with a balance of $0 due! Awesome!!!!!!!!!! These guys rock solid! My recommendation to the highest! 5+ stars!
Robert was up front and honest and quick to respond to voicemail and texts while dealing with my home warranty company. I had 2 other AC guys also show up and we went with Good Earth and we are glad we did.
Their original service was great. Everything went smoothly, and Robert provided me with all of my warranty paperwork and everything else I needed.However, when my AC unit stopped working 22 months later, he was nowhere to be found. He seems to have dropped off the face of the earth. Numerous texts to his cell, voicemails, calls to his shop, and messages on his website all went unreturned. I eventually went with a competitor and pay a couple hundred bucks out-of-pocket to replace a $15 part and $1 fuse. So much for paying for that warranty.I dont know what happened to them. Either they closed up shop, or theyre still in business and simply dont want to help an existing customer. Either way, editing my review & rating seems appropriate now.
My AC stopped working and Robert was able to accommodate me the same day I called for an appointment. He was diligent and worked very quickly to resolve the issue! I am so happy he was able to fix my issue within 24hrs of calling. Great service and friendly! Definitely recommend!!
