I called to check stock on uv bulbs, they were polite, thorough, and willing to help. Glad to have another HVAC distributor in the Richmond Rosenberg area. We use to do exclusive business with this company (ACR, before it was bought out), I hope this is an indication that Watsco has turned a corner in customer relations.

25$ for capacitor isnt bad considering its right there and you need your AC They also sell to the public which I dont know why other places would not...

Customer service is lacking. Felt as though theyre staff was not properly trained on parts carried in store. Overpriced, but is in a great location. Had to give at least on star to write a review otherwise I would have given no stars.
