Home Services at The Home Depot

NIGHTMARE!!! Purchased 11/30, Countertops removed 12/15, I wanted to modify the seam placement to be less obvious, Home Services quoted me in a Change Order signed but they failed to ensure 3rd party fabrication was in line with Change Order.So on install day, the stone was not pre-cut according to design, so they removed everything partially installed. Home Services then told me they did not accurately quote Change Order and needed an additional almost 5k even though scope of work identified my changes in Change Order. This FAILED project resulted in a CANCELLATION with full refund due to miscommunication in properly identifying costs and ensuring installers were aware of updated design changes before fabrication. So, 3 months now I have been without a sink, dishwasher, ice maker, or any countertops & they have not returned to me original countertops, sink, & faucets valued around 4k so attorney involved.

Spend over $200 on Halloween decorations. Biggest waste of money on earth. This is where every Halloween decorations purchased from home depot belongs. What a massive pile of Garabage. Have pride in what you sell because you absolutely ruined Halloween for me and my family to the point we will never use home depot again. The outdoor decorations were ruined by the sprinkler. Completely rusting out and short circuiting after 1 run with my sprinkler. massive piece of crap. Makes me think everything HD is a massive piece of crap. Thank go theres always a lowes, or Ace.

They are very rude here. Id advise going to a different homedepot, the one in Greenville is not to much further to go for good service. I asked someone for help and they were rude, acting like I was bothering them and looked at me like I was stupid when I told him I needed my wood pieces cut at a certain measurement and told me it was wrong... Even though I measured everything out by my self and knew I was right. Then messed up on cutting all the wrong pieces. They are sexist and rude here. So if yours lady and red help go to a different store.

Always get great service here and unlike Lowes, I leave here feeling like Ive learned something about my current project. I can always be directed easily and if I have questions then the staff is always helpful. Darrell in plumbing/irrigation IS THE MAN and verbally walked me through my entire irrigation system installation and I bought the parts and went home and did it!

I dont have any confidence that what is told in the store is going to be true at the appointment time at home. I wasted time hoping to get a fair honest estimate for a small kitchen redo yet I felt like the guy who came out just did not care. 20 minutes is not enough time!
