Awesome experience. On time arrival, checked my AC system and found a very minor issue, diagnosed and repaired in same visit.What stands out is the high level of honesty and ethical business practices by the company. Most companies want to charge you as much as possible for everything. Element Mechanical is different.Call them first, you wont regret it.

Update: We are still VERY PLEASED with the service! This week we turned the heat on and no heat to the down stairs unit. So I called about noon, they sent someone out by 3 or 4. Determined they needed a part, parts store closed, they came back the next day 8:30am with the part and then determined that it was a flue vent issue. Came back the next day with a crew, got on the roof found the vent the roofers had sat on, or put a tool bag on that bent it all to heck, fixed that and stayed till they made sure the heat was working. Great service guys!!(Oh and our AC bills went down significantly over the summer - worst one was about $320 vs over $600-700 last summer with old units).We are VERY PLEASED with the service provided by Element Mechanical! Their communication was great. When they arrived on installation day, they covered the floors first, then got to it. They replaced both of our old HVAC units, redid some duct work, added an air return in about 6 hours. Left everything clean and neat. Registered the equipment for the 10 yr warranty. We are happy to have consistent, COLD air from much quieter units. :)

If I could give them more than five stars I would! Ryan and his crew have saved us a tremendous amount of money throughout the years. When other companies were insisting that we need to replace our HVAC units Ryan and his crew were able to buy us a couple years with inexpensive repairs and gave us enough time to be able to save up and eventually replace our HVAC units at a very reasonable cost. We shopped other companies even though we were very satisfied with Element and Element Mechanical came in at the best value, once again! Highly recommend Ryan and Element Mechanical!

I have been using Element Mechanical for over nine years. They are professional, trust worthy and provide excellent service. We just had Element Mechanical Ryan assist us with a AC issue. It was 99 degrees out and out AC went out. He responded and got it taken care of. I cant speak highly enough of his service. Today it is more the exception than the rule to get such outstanding service. I would recommend Ryan and Element mechanical without a hesitation.

Ryan and his assistant came today as scheduled for annual air conditioning system check up for warranty coverage considerations and general upkeep.Ryan spotted a loose smaller duct from the main distribution system, apparently knocked off by a cable provider technician working up in the attic earlier this year (it was not that way when Ryan was here to do the same kind of service on the heating system last Fall), potentially saving us a lot of cooling and $$ this season without their support today.Thank you for your help with our systems and HVAC equipment over the past twenty years; we really appreciate your assistance.

We have a been a customer with Element Mechanical for 8 years. They show up on time, are professional and are trustworthy. This last visit it was finally time to replace the AC units that were 16 years old. They offered competitive pricing, were quick to get the equipment needed and replaced, cleaned up everything after doing the install- including vacuuming. If you are in need of normal maintenance or a replacement we confidently recommend them.

Came home from vacay to A/C issues..Welcome back to Texas! Called Element Mechanical and they sent someone out same day! Ryan did his inspection and let me know what was wrong and pricing. This is BY FAR the best HVAC we have ever worked with. They continue to go above and beyond anytime we have needed their services. The technicians who come have always been very professional and were great with explaining the issues and how to properly maintain our system. Ryan, the owner, takes pride in their work and is involved from start to finish. Maria and Lorraine, the office ladies who I speak to in the office, are SO kind and so helpful when getting us scheduled. Tim and Jeb are the techs who have come to our home and are absolutely wonderful, they sure do know what theyre doing! 5 stars doesnt seem like nearly enough!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE!!

Tim was sent out to look at our unit because we had another company out 4 times and things were left out of our unit, wires out and other issues. Tim was very good and even though the fan kept going out he realized the one installed recently was not right. He put the equipment back together, put the wires back, did the drain clog properly since he said it wasn’t done correctly and looked at everything. I really appreciated he gave us his cell number and wanted to make sure everything was running properly. The office staff was very nice as well. They got us in quickly because of a cancellation and came out today to correct some things with the system since the actual system brand fan needed to be installed. Thank you for your help the past two days. We have people with serious medical issues and a non working AC in July/Aug is super tough. We appreciate your help.

Furnace would not come on each time so called Element Mechanical (EM). Had used them a few years back when had Home Warranty in place and was very impressed then. So, called them and within a few hours they showed up at the door. EM kept me informed along the way on timing of all this. Ruben was very friendly, had his mask on, and was very professional and efficient on the use of his repair time. He quickly zeroed in on the problem and fixed the problem--no parts. He encouraged me to get on a maintenance schedule for furnace and A/C which I definitely plan on doing. This call would have been prevented (sensor that tells unit the flame is on was corroded) by a regularly maintenance check.The cost was very reasonable and I highly recommend Element Mechanical! I hope I get Ruben next time!

Element Mechanical installed my new HVAC system four years ago (2018,) replacing my old 25-year-old system. When I called them this week (Apr 2022) for repair, they were able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair my system in about an hour after they arrived. They even had the part needed to fix it. The best part is, it was all covered by the 10-year parts and labor warranty! Thank you Element Mechanical for your expertise and speedy work.

Ive been using Element Mechanical for years and they always do a great job at a fair price. They dont try to sell you on new products that arent necessary but will provide answers on any new products available. They are very knowledgeable and professional.

If locally looking in the Rockwall, TX area for a great HVAC company that is full service and top quality, this is the one. I never really leave reviews, but I wanted to send a quick review because of the incredibly positive experience. My AC was acting up and the technician came to my home and got it fixed quickly and did a Spring maintenance prevention check up. The Element Mechanical team were quick, neat, and polite. I will continue to use for years to come!

Their crew arrived on time and completed the installation of a new Amana 16 Seer Gas System to our complete satisfaction. Ive utilized Element Mechanical over the past 15 years and found them to be honest and very reliable. Obviously, were highly satisfied customers.

My home warranty required me to use them. Ruben came by today to look at our AC very professional/polite treated us great. Wore a face mask. Did not charge me for parts I did not need. Very knowledgeable of AC units. I would recommend them to anyone.

They did our annual maintenance and check-ups for both our units. They were punctual and professional as usual. The two techs were efficient and worked quickly to get the check-ups completed. They cleared a small clog in a drain, but otherwise everything was working as it should.

Terrible experience. I purchased a new AC unit from them, and after a couple of years the unit wasnt working. The technician came out and said I had leaks in the system. He said he fixed them, but we could never get any cool air in the house. After several times, of different technicians coming out, finally one came and said I had a leak in my wall. They wanted to charge me $4,000.00 to tear up my wall and fix the leak. My system was new and under warranty. I had a feeling they werent being honest. I called another company, and there was not a leak in my wall it was in the outside unit. Very incompetent, or maybe they thought after I had spent a week without any AC I would cave in and recklessly trust what they were saying. They never stood behind their warranty. Their technician was very rude and demanding. The owner of Element Mechanical would never return any of my calls throughout the entire ordeal. Dishonest, and no honor. Horrible experience! Our AC units went out and our home warranty company required us to go with these guys. The unit was installed in February and they told us they would have to come back out to top off the freon when it warmed up outside. Never heard from them so we called back in May. The technician said that he personally took care of the freon level.Fast froward two years. We are selling our house and the buyers requested that the AC be serviced. Due to a poor customer service experience when dealing with Element Mechanical in the past we went with a different AC company. The AC company that serviced our units found that there were code violations on the Element Mechanical system and that the freon level was 1.5 pounds low!!! This caused our AC unit to not only work poorly it also resulting in extremely high electric bills and additional money to fix their system correctly!!! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

Horrible service. Called home warranty that one bedroom is not cooling enough. Element Mechanical came and didnt fix the problem. Instead they asked us to pay $60 service fee and $2995 to buy a new coil. Never work with them again.

Called thru my home warranty company due to ac not working upstairs! Tech was here for 5 min. And informed me there was a leak in the coil. Red flags went up when he said I need to replace the entire system! Said my home warranty will not cover. Did not tell him at the time I Am familiar enough with HVAC that this did not sound correct. Decided to call another HVAC person I trust and he told me the pressure caps were not on! Called the company to have a supervisor call me! 15 min later the tech who had been out called my wife on her cell thru the home warranty company and called us liars. I will be forwarding this to the BBB.

These guys are awesome. They will give you a great deal and their work holds up. Call them when your AC goes out.

Needed a new AC and they were able to install it within 48 hours. Great team that spent extra time and effort to ensure the unit was working as expected. Finally feels great upstairs and cools quickly.

Through our home warranty company we have had to use Element 3-4 times and all have been a great experience. They’re timely and professional.

Technician are amazing. Office lady that answers the phone is horrible. They order parts and cant give you an ETA on when they will arrive. I been a technician for 9years I worked for 2 different companies, I worked with over 100 different companies and I have NEVER heard of a company ordering parts and not being able to track them. They called and said our tech is on his way. 1hr later tech NEVER shows up, so we call back and ask for an ETA on our tech and the lady says your not scheduled, so we said well yall called and said tech is on the way, she said no we didnt. Why would we lie about that lady? I would AVOID this company is it was not for their technician.

Horrible and every term of the wordI had a service person come out and charge me $600 for repairs on my upper level unit. The service person blew out the drain line and did other repairs. 4 months later I had to call them out again and this time the service person adjust the refrigerant levels and says everything is fine. Within 2 days, we noticed where the AC unit is the walls and ceiling had accumulated water damage and the AC still wasnt working properly. The 3rd service person comes out and finds the unit freezing up, which caused the fluid to run down the walls and ceiling in my home. I contacted the owner who refuses to pay for the walls or ceilings that was damaged because of workers negligence. If anyone is reading this please be aware and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. At the end of the day they are not trustworthy and I questioned the professionalism and competence of the service people they use. If I could, I wouldnt give them a 1 star

Ryan was great, I used them from my home warranty so I can’t speak for pricing. But I had same day service and problem fixed along with tips of what to do!!

Element helps us whenever we need help with our central air. We have a series of 20yr old systems that Element helps to maintain and service. The responsiveness is top notch where they often come out the same day we call or early the next day, even in summer heat.

Very professional and knowledgeable! Ryan explained everything during the 2 visits and was able to get my repair done quickly once diagnosed and part received. Great service!

Contractor was hired to do warranty repair and broke ceiling drywall, and then had a not liable disclosure signed by a renter. When called back they denied doing so and then refused to complete repair. Would not even provide information regarding a/c blower motor when asked even though co- pay had already been paid. At that point contractor chose to start insulting me and cursing at me. Low class operation. I would run before using this company.

Haven’t even used their services, but one of their trucks nearly drove me off the road at a two laned round about, then when I honked to avoid a wreck they flipped me off. Incredibly unprofessional and I would never want them in my house.
