I cannot rave more about the professionalism and quality of service received from Burton Heat and Air! Within 24 hour from my call, I have had a whole new unit installed and up and running. This was not my first time using this company and they do not fail to impress me every time I have had to call them out. They clearly take pride in their work and I could not trust any other company more. They have earned lifetime customers from our family!

We called Burton Heat and Air on a Sunday morning after our unit quit working and the thermostat was off. Jason showed up within the hour, and got us up and running while he ordered the other parts needed. As soon as he was able to pick up and install the parts, (just a couple of days later) he let us know and got to us first thing that morning. They are very efficient, affordable, and friendly. We will definitely be using them from now on.

Wanted to give a quick shot out to Burton Heat and Air. Our ac stopped cooling and Jason was here the same day to get it temporarily back up and running. He gave us multiple options on what we could do to fix the issue. We ended up going with a new unit to get the 10 year warranty and hopefully avoid this in the near future. Him and his team showed up on time and were great to work with. Great service and value!! I cannot recommend the Burton’s enough.

Jason and Aidan were phenomenal!! They came out, checked out our system, gave us a diagnosis, options, and were absolutely no pressure! They explained everything, answered our questions, just exactly what you want when you have an HVAC problem. When we called them back and said we made our decision and we wanted them to replace our outside unit, they got us taken care of quickly! Did a fantastic job!! Honest, respectful, went the extra mile... Id refer them to ANYONE and EVERYONE. If I have another problem any time, I will definitely call Burton Heat and Air!

I have a scheduled check up on mine & my sister’s heating & cooling systems with Burton Heating & Air. I have been a customer of Burtons for the last couple of years. They do a through once over & if there is an issue it is taken care of quickly. I’m very pleased with their service!

Burton Heat & Air is absolutely phenomenal. Today has been one of those days where it seems like everything that could go wrong has- then I came home to an extremely hot house. I’ve had different problems with my A/C in different parts of the system and Jason has provided the prompt, professional service I can rely on without an inflated price.First time I got a quote from another company and I paid more for getting the quote than Jason charged for the repair. He didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t really need is why. He has my trust and business.

Very prompt and friendly. Jason found problem with heat pump and returned same day for repairs and saved us $162.00 in the process.

Called Mike for preventative maintenance and while he was checking my heater he found a problem with the fan. I had a problem with the fan a year ago when my new home was still in the 1 yr warrantee period and they came out supposedly to fix it and it ran all winter but apparently they didnt actually fix it and it probably would have gone out when the cold weather hit this winter. Mike arranged to replace it and had everything repaired in a very short time. Very thorough, kind and honest. I would definitely recommend him.

Amazing service. They showed up the same day, actually within hours, to fix AC leak that was preventing me from using my air. Not only will I definitely use Jason next time, Im signing up for his preventative maintenance service.Prices are reasonable, and he gave me a teacher discount.

Burton Heat and Air is the only company I will use for servicing my AC Unit. I love that it is family owned and operated by Jason Burton and he isn’t in the business of price gouging his customers-he genuinely cares about his customers like family and aims to make sure they are taken care of with great service and quality work with more than reasonable prices. Knowing I get great service and I’m helping a local business is a win in my book! Anytime I’ve ever called him for service he’s there the same day (most of the time in less than an hour) and will come even at night if he has to so that we are taken care of-even during the snow storm he made sure his customers had heat despite having to drive in dangerous conditions. He’s never charged more for nights or weekends and his work is by far top notch! He replaced our entire unit in about 4 hours and charged a fraction of the price! Burton Heat and Air is the only company we trust with our heat and air needs!

Jason was promptly communicative upon my request for help, offered a timeline immediately of open scheduling options even though it was after hours when I submitted my request, and upon arrival was HONEST and FORTHCOMING with regards to what the options for repair were. He offered all available options from a bandaid fix, a medium term fix, and a long term solve.No sales tactics, no haggling, just a conversation about all options available.Also, his pricing was given upfront and explained, as well as estimated total cost before completing any work.I HIGHLY recommend Burton Heat and Air and SUPPORT LOCAL!!

Burton Heat and Air saved the day for my family AGAIN in the heat of summer! I contacted him around 10am that my AC wasn’t working and he had us fixed up by 2:30pm SAME DAY! He is kind, knowledgeable, and extremely dependable! I won’t use ANYONE else! Thanks a million!

If you want a highly skilled a/c & heating technician, Jason is your man. Service fee’s are the lowest and you can depend on his repair/replacement recommendations. My mother in law is very sensitive to cold. Our heater stopped working on a Sunday night and she was in a panic. I called Burton heat and air and they came out right away. The tech quickly resolved the issue and restored the heat in my house, possibly saving my mother in laws life. I wont hold that against them.Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough about Jason. My husband called after hours because our air conditioning was not cooling. We told him that my grandson with special needs lives with us and could not take the heat because it would cause him to have seizures.
