AC Parts Warehouse Aero Climate Control

As of OCT 1 , 2024 , Well unfortunately I must drastically change my review from 5 stars to 1 star! WHY? They will not stand behind their warranty. Super nice family business, but will pass you around for months to Richard, Ricky, Robert, Zane , Jennifer, with always the promise they will call you back within a day ( THEY WILL NOT ) so you have to keep calling them back , just to get passed around time and time again . They said they would cover shipping back to inspect the compressor , then $208 later after I sent it back , THE BIG UNFORTUNATELY we cant cover that cost . I was told they just dont have compressors go bad !! 2 months later with no resolve or reinbursement , they said it was in line to be inspected , they just havent got to it yet ---WELL , they have a 2 month back up on inspecting compressors , when none go bad ???? They are great at being nice and passing you around , but if you expect them to care about a bad compressor that only lasted 800 miles , you best find another business to purchase . They are friendly and fast, but warranty is a joke . Purchase a $1000 compressor and its yours . Dont waste your time or money sending a compressor back , just more money and time wasted.My original review on . 5-15-24 We needed parts . We called , they helped , they got order sent out . They answer the phone . Best experince I have had in a while . This is how business should be done .And when we had a question after the order arrived , Zane got on the phone and was extremely helpful10 stars

Great prices but slow for any warranty claim. Ive used acparts a few times due to the good prices. I had to send back a compressor for a warranty as the clutch came apart. Compressor still rotated just a failed clutch. Super obvious and a no brainer. I have waited 2 weeks now and still no credit granted. Still being told we will get to it. I have other parts that were going to be ordered for another job, but am holding off to see how they handle this claim. It was $41 to send the compressor to them out of pocket as well. When time is of the essence on a/c repairs in the summer months waiting and waiting and waiting for a confirmation on a warranty drags out my business with my clients and my billing. This is ridiculous. I gave them a 3 only for the good prices they offer. All my orders have been on line so no human contact. The human contact came in only for warranty. So far 4 phone calls and still no answer on the claim.I feel they can do better on this and really should be more pro active on the warranty claims. Not just because I am a company too but its customer service at its most basic level.Going forward with this company for us will be dependent on the outcome for sure.update: It took 5 weeks and numerous phone calls to get the warranty credit we were owed.

I had a great experience with AC Parts! They had the Sanden compressor I needed in stock, and were able to make me new hoses on the spot. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. If you need AC parts, AC Parts is the place to go.

Got the wrong part… Tried to exchange it had to pay freight to send it back and buy a new one with no credit to the old one would not use this company ever again

I bought an air cylinder dual shaft BOA 80-618-019 for$70.98, July 19,2021, Order 42161, up to date not yet delivered or refunded, when I asked I was told order was delivered in address by ups ,I asked a picture of the order delivery and signing but was told no picture taken and confirmed signing was not omn signature, call many times was told will be refunded but upto date nothing, I was okay with errors occurring on delivery but then I expected refund. Finally had to order part from freightliner took 3 months, but part was delivered since its a 1999 truck model...Will not order again. Customer service is low.

Sent me the wrong fitting, sent two emails with no response. Cost me a week. Would advise buying from Napa if they have the part.

ZERO communication, they sent parts with no clips, so impossible to use, and do not work with or answer customer calls or emails.

These guys will help you out in a bind I was needing a evaporator for a Freightliner and everyone else was 6 to 8 weeks out I got on the phone with the owner and he only had the display with a expansion valve on it and he got it to me in 3 days for a job I was on. Will use for my future ac parts.

I wouldn’t buy from these folks. In the process of trying to do business with them cost me a customer was told 4 different things even the owner Ricky don’t have a clue.

These guys always go the extra mile. I have been doing business with them the last 4 years and service has always been excellent.
