I bought a 240VAC 30amp single pole fan motor contactor to replace the faulty one in my condenser unit from AACA Parts & Supplies in Rockwall, TX. It worked for about 5 weeks then failed. I returned with the faulty part and my receipt asking for an exchange. The manager made it clear that they would provide no exchanges and that all sales are final so I was forced to purchase another contactor. I replaced the faulty one with the new contactor the same day. It worked for about 24 hours, then the new one failed. I ended up taking the old contactor apart and cleaning out the internal components for a temporary fix. The AC is working - for now. This batch of Jard contactors they are selling have some kind of manufacturing flaw thats keeping the internal mechanism from working correctly. Made in China. They do not stand behind the quality of the parts they sell. Glad it was just a cheap contactor and not a whole HVAC system. Ill just take my losses and avoid getting any parts from them in the future.

The way they treated me was awful. One of the guys talked to me from the end of the counter without looking at me.Also, they didn’t give me the information I needed in order for me to make an appropriate decision on my purchase.If I would know I needed an account with them to be able to do returns, I wouldn’t buy the product. They didn’t explain that to me at all. I didn’t use it at all and now I’m not able to return it.

$53 for an $18 capacitor. Absolutely ridiculous. I simply cannot recommend a shop that has this kind of price gouging. Recommend going to grainger instead. Grainger had the part ($18.56 with tax for the exact same capacitor these guys were selling for $53) no price gouge and had it ready for pickup by the time I got there.

These guys have saved me from spending hundreds on AC repairs through HVAC repairmen. Getting the parts sold directly to me for the simple fixes is great. Highly recommend.

I needed an ignitor for my gas furnace and was charged $97 for a Supco IG401. Unless your needs are an emergancy or you dont mind paying 3 or 4 times retail.... avoid them.

I purchase with these guys through my employer, Xtreme Air Services. Open every Saturday, great prices, have saved our neck many a times when we need something for a customer in a pinch.

Talk about the old bait and switch...drove 100 miles because Amarie said they had the part in Mesquite for $100 when I got there they told me it would be $219 very poor customer service

Walked in and out in probably 5 minutes with what I came in for. The staff was friendly and helpful and prices reasonable. Highly recommended.
