Evan was very prompt, efficient, respectful and filled me in on what he did to my heating system. He advised me of additional safety precautions I could add to my system. I was appreciative of his advice, but declined at this time. He was nice and not hard sell at all. Milestone has a great technician with Evan.

Cody did an excellent job and was on time for our appointment. He was able to identify the issue and fix it in the same time slot and was even able to save me some money by finding out that my parts were covered under manufactures warranty. The pricing was fair and I’ll be sure to call them back out if I have an issue again.

I needed several jobs done in a home I recently moved into including a dryer breaker repair and an install of a new receptacle in my master bath. My technician Neil Miles with Milestone Electric did an excellent job explaining price and work involved before starting the job. It’s nice to know cost in advance with no surprises at completion. He also referred me to a Milestone plumber to install a natural gas line for my grill as well. That appointment was scheduled for the next day. I cant say enough good things about Trevor Moore. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he wasnt just here to fix a plumbing issue – he genuinely wanted to help me understand the situation. He took the time to break everything down in simple, easy-to-understand terms, which was incredibly helpful for someone like me with no plumbing knowledge.After his thorough inspection, Trevor referred me to a restoration team because he noticed water was seeping through my walls, something I hadn’t realized. That level of care and attention to detail was impressive, and I really appreciated his honesty in looking out for the bigger picture.But it didn’t stop there. Great experience. He gave me a quote and let me know how they would proceed and even indicated they could compete all the work that day. I added a few other outlets I needed and he worked with me on the pricing a bit. He dispatched the call and the crew showed up with all the equipement and completed the job in about an hour. Very professional group of personnel from start to finish.

Austin was awesome! Our system failed just as cold weather was coming in . Austin came out quickly, was so knowledgeable and informative and had our new system installed same day! Definitely can see the difference in using Milestone over other companies. The whole experience from beginning to end has been outstanding.

Wil Menzies is an incredibly capable repair person and I highly recommend him. Not only did he diagnose my complex furnace issue and fix it promptly, but actually explained everything along the way. He is very polite and cleaned up before completing his work.

Milestone provided electrical services at our home 15 years ago, and we were very pleased with their craftsmanship. So, my husband & I decided to ask them back to bid a few small projects this year. Logan was the first electrician to appear, and he did such an incredible job supporting us through our decisions on those small jobs, that we asked him to price a large project that weve been putting off for years. Looks like not only will we be getting additional electrical outlets, but also a new generator that will kick on automatically at the first sign of power failure! I recommend Logan highly. He is most friendly, very helpful and truly trustworthy.

Charles was amazing! He arrived on time with advance notifications, was polite and explained everything so that I truly understood. He was thorough, evaluated everything and made a video to help me “see” and be able to adjust in the future! I’m asking for him by name again!!!

I had a few drains that were starting to clog up me, unfortunately I just had surgery a few days ago and couldnt do it myself. Robert showed up and from the moment we shook hands I had a great feeling, that’s always a plus. Being in sales myself I feel it very important to have a good feeling about anyone working in your home and Robert definitely made me feel confident and comfortable about him and his work.We had a great conversation and his work was great. Julio was part of a team, with Bradley Browning and Francesco Loredo that serviced my AC and Heating units and did a great job. Was very polite, very knowledgeable and was efficient with my time. He also installed safety stops on my units to prevent overflow and infrared lighting to prevent mold growth and hopefully help seasonal allergies. i am pleased with my Milestone advantage plan.

Raven did a great job of getting us going and explaining all that was going on and that could happy due to she of equipment. I did purchase the monthly membership based on the information that Raven shared. So pleased that Milestone was able to get someone out here do quickly. Thanks.

Otis was very professional and precise. He let me know everything he was doing and how long it would take to complete so I could go about my business. He cleaned and tuned up our system. We went over the age of our system and what to expect in the future. He talked about some of the EPA changes for next year, so we wont be blindsided when the time comes. Excellent service call that cost us nothing.

Will did an incredible job from finding the issue and walking me through the options. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and helpful from A-Z of the process. We recently had Zane Larman come out to perform a heating system health checkup to be ahead of things for the cooler weather.Zane was phenomenal - friendly, thorough, and helpful. Zane Larman did an INCREDIBLE job!!! He was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He took his time to make sure our systems were functioning properly. Always get great service from Milestone. Logan Henson came out to the property to quote some work for us. Quick, efficient and courteous. Always a great experience with Milestone.I give a lot of reviews on this company, because I use them a lot. Mainly because I am on a subscription program and get yearly checkups, cleanings, discount on services, and more.

Not only is Milestone 3x more expensive than a normal electrician, but the very simple job of installing an outdoor gfci outlet was done so poorly I have had to have them come back out and redo the work. I now have twice as many holes in the exterior of my house and a useless outdoor plug thats too far away from where it was needed to be usable. I would avoid this company if you want quality work for a reasonable price. You wont get it with them.

Michael from Milestone came out today to asses our requirement for our portable generator hookup to our home.He answered all of our questions and provided a reasonable quote.

Will was great to work with. Very detailed and patient. And he made me a video to help explain his work and findings.

I had someone from milestone came to do a A/C heat tune up, i was milestone advantage member, and they messed it up my system. They left the fan cover open and did not screw them properly and because of that my A/c was not blowing any air. In fact they gave me stress about i needed to change my whole unit which is between 15k-25k. Never trust Milestone. This company needed some professionalism.

Zach came out today and did a very professional and thorough job going over the steps for a water heater replacement. Very upfront with all steps processes that are needed.

I was extremely impressed with Milestone and Zach. They were able to see us within hours of our call, and Zach was the most polite, informative and courteous service representative I have ever done business with. His communication was outstanding, and the problem was explained and promptly fixed. He checked several times before leaving to see if I had any questions or other problems with our plumbing. Milestone will for sure be our go to company for future plumbing needs.

We had a tune up appointment for our HVAC units. Troy was polite and performed the services in a quickly and efficiently. He made a note of something that needed to be checked during our next maintenance tune up, and said that it would still be under warranty if it warranted repairs at that time. Troy is definitely an asset to Milestone.

Justin fixed our AC in a flash! He had the part with him and performed a complete AC check for us. He also looked at all the vents to ensure maximum air flow. We are so happy with our Milestone service, and Justin’s professionalism! Thank you.

He was pleasant and informative and within an hour and a half head repaired EAC cleaned the outside unit and unclogged the drains. Staff is great and offer good customer service. I didn’t get the work done because the cost just seems unreasonable for the work I wanted done (replace an old GFCI outlet in the garage).

Trevor did an excellent job evaluating a water valve repair job and setting up installation of a washing machine water connection box and replacing the outside water cutoff valve. He was informative, courteous and efficient. He was quicker than the time estimate given enabling me to make some appointments, so I didnt have to reschedule/cancel them. The work is already scheduled to be completed in less than 48Hrs.

We had a HVAC tune up on 11/14/2024, and Jeremiah Araujo was our service rep. He was extremely polite and professional, as well as being punctual. I am extremely happy and impressed with the Milestone experience! I had them install a new HVAC system last year after ours went out, I had always heard they do the right thing and take care of their customers, so I chose them even though they were not the “cheapest” option and am I happy I did! The AC went out 14 months after installation and they came right out. Dennis, the technician, called to let me know Milestone would be repairing the system under warranty and at no cost to me. Dennis was extremely polite and communicated very well with my wife and I throughout the process. I never had to argue, negotiate, or say even one word about a bill, they just did the right thing. I am relieved I chose Milestone and highly recommend this company; they will not be your cheapest option but the value, integrity, and peace of mind they provided me was 100% worth it. They have a new customer for life, and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

Was given a price when scheduling appointment for an exterior light fixture replacement and when the technician showed up he quoted my father who is an elderly man way more than the price I agreed when scheduling. I went ahead with the job but upselling at last minute is not conducive to a good review.I’d recommend going with a different contractor I had the same problem happen after last week January 9 2025 ice storm and the electrician that did the job this time changed less than a third of the price I paid for this job with milestone.

Zane was efficient and communicated what he was doing. He also respected my home and worked clean and cleaned up his area when finished.

Zach provided excellent service as he repaired my shower. Along the way, Zach took the time to explain the root cause, the estimated cost for repair, and showed me other underlying issues that I should look for in the future for maintaining my plumbing fixture.Zach performed the task in a timely manner and took care to respect my household. He even took the time to provide estimates on future plumbing projects.

Zach rebuilt an upstairs toilet that had been leaking from the tank. He was professional, personable, courteous, explained the options and offered his recommendation, which actually wasnt the most expensive option. While testing the repair, he discovered a manufacturer defect in one part causing a leak inside the tank and fixed that too. I will be sure request Zach for any plumbing repairs in the future.

There’s always a lot of trepidation when calling a service person to come into your home to fix a problem. I was very happy I made the call to Milestone Plumbing for an issue I was having with the kitchen sink. They sent out Cristian Hernandez and he was an absolute gem. Very knowledgeable with a great ‘sink side’ manner. He diagnosed the problem within minutes of arriving, corrected it and then took the time to look around at some other minor concerns we were experiencing. He very kindly and throughly wrote out an estimate of what fixing some other plumbing related items would cost and left it with us so we could follow up. I will DEFINITELY call Milestone, and specifically Cristian, when we’re ready to address further plumbing needs. I told Cristian he was our hero today for his pleasant demeanor and his great plumbing skills!

Christian from Milestone Plumbing came out to give us estimates and possibly resolve some plumbing issues. He was great! Resolved several issues on the spot in a very professional manner. Needed fixes were quickly identified and clearly explained. He went out of the way to insure we could be happy with planned future work, so we have them coming back for more work.

Zane was first class all the way. After treating each furnace to a tune-up, he clearly presented a video of his work and introduced me to the AIM issue and we discussed a future need for duct cleaning.

I had a separation in my sewer main line that was causing blockage. Milestone was able to line the existing pipe, saving me the hassle of breaking up our back patio. The technician took the time to show me video before and after the repair. Communication during the repair was awesome with updates along the way. I highly recommend this company.

We had a real problematic drain but Marquise and Milestone made it happen. There wasn’t an easy fix to this but he stuck with it,kept me informed in the process and charged me what I was originally quoted. Hats off to Milestone!

Zach at Milestone was great. He diagnosed and fixed the plumbing issue fast. Scott was also great! Scott came the same day and fixed the kitchen electric as well!

Tyler did NOTHING. He said he was to do a heat check and we all know you do heat checks in the fall. This was a waste of my time and yours! No wonder you charge through the roof for things when you waste time on calls. He said it was too cold to do an AC check. Why was it scheduled?

Wayne was helpful with repairing a wire in our electrical panel on our home built in 1984. He took the time and explained the issue and gave us suggestions of other items to look out for living in an older home. We appreciated his expertise and would request his service again.

Technicians are always very nice but Kody was exceptional - he was very friendly, responsive to my concerns and questions, he went straight to work and did not let up until the job was done (plumbing fixes and updates). I was very pleased with his work and the good results. He even went the extra mile and helped me with a couple of smaller fixes not on the original agenda. Ive been very pleased with Milestones service over the last few years. Ive used AC and Plumbing services so far and Im very glad I joined the Advantage program.

Scott did a great job figuring out what was wrong with our plugs. He had a nice personality and was easy to work with.

Team was great and knowledgeable. They confirmed the issue and suggest two options. The first wast to replace GFCI outlet and if there were still issues, offered to comeback and move outlet to its own breaker. Unfortunately they charge $250 for outlet so I will replace myself for $30 dollars. I will call them back out if we need full circuit added.
