They were able to fit me in for a repair the day after I called and got it completed in one dispatch. The tech communicated the needed repair and was detailed enough to care for a small squeal that I would guess most wouldnt care about unless you pointed it out. Highly recommend.

I can’t overstate how impressed I was with this company. Long story short, I needed to have my entire HVAC A/C and heater replaced. Got several quotes, and low and behold, they came in several thousand cheaper than the others. That’s with better equipment too !!!Paul, the sales rep went above and beyond and was extremely knowledgeable. Brian the installer, was a true professional and his work was immaculate.Bottom line, I couldn’t be happier and saved a lot of money to boot.Thank you all for a job well done.I would recommend this company to anybody wanting quality work at a reasonable price.

I’m a very loyal customer when I find a company that provides quality service. I used the same service for 33 years and my guy retired. As a Chamber member I wanted to find a fellow Chamber member who could help us with our units . I call Lyons, explain our situation and was told, “We will get someone out there TODAY!” Okay, I’m already impressed! The service tech calls and I’m texted a confirmation and a picture to know who will service our AC units. PROFESSIONAL service! The tech arrives and is very knowledgeable and friendly. Our parts were ordered and we are waiting for them to come in so Lyons can come back and replace the part.I’m going to be loyal to Lyons from here on out! I love Lyons and they service 2 houses and 3 ACs for me. They are great about scheduling. And if theres an emergency, they are great at trying to fit you in super quick. This has to be the worst A/C & Heating Company in Rockwall. I talked to someone different every time I called to check on the status of getting my A/C working again. I was without A/C for 5 days during these 105 degree weather. I was told each and every time that someone would call me back right away. It never happen each time. Then Im told the fan motor was never ordered because I needed to except the new price sent to me on my email. This company is only interested in making money. I talked to a girl named Jordan that was trying to help me. She told me that a manager named Sal would call me back. He finally called me back hours later. He asked me whats up even when he knew that I had been calling everyday. Told him I was so, so discussed with him and his company. That every time I called, no one knew was going on. But, I kept getting told that the part was already ordered and someone or Sal would call me right back. Like I said , no one ever called me back. The only thing that Sal would say to me was, OK after every sentence from me. He was so unconcern about my situation having no A/C. Thats even knowing there was a 5 month baby girl here at the house. I told him that I was going to find someone to fix my A/C. Again all he said was, OK and hung up. I contacted, 5 STAR A/C company in Rowlett around 1:00pm. A tech named Rick came out and diagnose, went picked up the fan motor, came back and installed the motor and got my A/C working again by 6:00 pm. Rick was very professional and knowledgeable technician. I highly do recommend 5 STAR A/C Company for now on. Stay away from LYONS A/C and Heating Company. I wouldnt use their services even if was free. Definingly, NO STARS for this company.

One of our HVAC units was blowing hot air. Lyons came out the same day and fixed it fast, very good work.

Aaron Dudkewitz was here early respectful waited at the door patiently had a wonderful smile (as I had gone out on patio to finish a project so he waited a min) he put covers on his shoes that’s always a plus & got right on the inspection of the the A/C best news it was in good shape. I called Lyons this morning when our AC went out. Steven, our technician arrived promptly after I called, gave me an estimate and removed the blockages on our drain line. They are always so friendly, skillful and professional about reminders for maintenance, scheduling visits, and the visits themselves. If you need an AC/Heating service that is going to always going to have your best interest in mind, this is the company. They are very reasonably priced as well. I am a dedicated customer.

Where do I begin!! This company Lyons air conditioning and heating AKA THE LIAR!! Came to my home and replaced a air conditioning unit which I paid almost $4,000 on I’ve been having nothing but issues with.The unit was supposedly new and is still under warranty. However, it keeps going out every year since it’s been installed. At this point I don’t believe this will ever get resolved I just want to let everyone know beware of this company. Don’t waste your money! Use at your own risk!

Absolute horrible pricing. Charged us $325 for 15 minutes of work that involved no parts and used our towels for the mess. Thats an hourly rate of $1,300! I understand your a business and you need to make money, but you dont need to steal from my 77 year old mom. This business is a disgrace, fake polite and then rip you off and sleep just fine. Should be ashamed of your business tactics. You call yourself honorable? Nothing more than a common thief hiding in plain sight. You make me sick. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would!!!

I made a call to Lyons Air to have my air conditioner drain unclogged in my home. They were very responsive and quickly sent a repairman to my home. After his arrival he inspected the drain and informed me it was clogged at the p-trap in my bathroom. He quoted me $450.00 for repairs. I inquired why was it so much and how long would it take. He said our quote is not by the hour but by the task. Keep in mind there were no parts needed for the repair. He finished the repair quickly in less than a hour. What he didnt know was I sent the previous repairman on his way after I paid him the $89.00 service fee because of excessive pricing for the amount of work done. I had a decision to make would I pay this one his service fee and be out another $89.00 service fee or agree to the service. I chose to agree to pay the $450.00. Is this really where we are in this world? You decide if you think this was fair pricing for the amount of work performed.

Two technicians checked unit upstairs then outside unit. During a light rain they cleaned the coils and added a small amount of freon. I feel the cost was reasonable. They were very informative and I am glad the unit is ready for summer.

In the 4+ years we’ve had a service contract with Lyons, not once have I had a complaint. In fact, I have only praise. They are punctual, send polite and respectful service people, and contact me when my quarterly service is due. Can’t give enough thumbs up!

Cole was courteous and seem to provide a good service with pictures, feedback, and provided estimates for suggested work. I have two concerns about the service provided. The first one the door for the filter was not properly installed when they replaced the filter I provided. Secondly, I was told my UV light was burned out along with the spares I had up there. I went back up to check, after they left and found all it needed was the reset button pushed. Also checked an additional bulb up there that also worked. Expected a little better service for being in the business for 8 years per his bio.

I have had issues where my house had hot/cold spots. I called Lyon’s AC & Heat and they scheduled an appointment. My technician Steven showed up and checked out the system and ducts. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He advised me that there were no dampers installed in the ducts which would help push air to those hot/cold locations. He ordered the dampers and when they came in he got the installed. Thank you Steven! I will definitely call Lyon’s AC & Heat in the future.

I’m so happy with the service I received from Lyons A/C. Our unit went out in 100 degree temps and they were able to come out the same day for diagnostics and repair. The young man who did the repairs was courteous, professional and quick to diagnose the issue. They have definitely won my business!

We had Lyons replace our aging, broken HVAC system, and were extremely pleased with their products, knowledge, reputation, and pricing. This is a company with great integrity and they stand behind their work 100%!Weve run into a couple of issues with the new system, and each time theyve sent our technicians same day to repair the problems with complete coverage under their amazing warranty.Every employee Ive interacted with at Lyons has been nothing but the ultimate professional. My only complaint about having chosen to use Lyons services is that the new AC blows too cold for my Texan blood! 😂

Had Lyons come out for a second opinion on service recommendations from another company. Cole was very professional, personable and open about needed service as well as services that were not necessary. He represented Lyons well and I recommend calling Lyons for any ac/heating isssues.

From first contact with Barbara in the office, to working with our service tech, Cole, we were treated with respect and kindness. Barbara helped us shift our appointment around when we needed to change our own schedule. Cole kept us posted on his estimated arrival time, and was very respectful with our home and equipment. I have been with Lyons Heating & Air for 2 years on their maintenance program. The techs have also been respectful & honest about my system. I just had a repair done yesterday (that I knew was needed - but putting off). They had the part I needed in their truck and the repair was done within 30 minutes. Steven and Kyle were great. My complaint would be scheduling, appointments made well in advance but having to not know all day long when someone will show up is a problem. At least having an am or pm would help.

Our heater wasn’t working, so we called for an appointment around 1:45pm. We were told that they would be out between 6pm-10pm. That was not a problem as it is one of the coldest days so far and 3 days before Christmas. Our technician, Cole was awesome. He arrived before the scheduled time and was very professional. He fixed the issue all before 3pm. We will most definitely call Lyon’s for all of our ac/heating needs!

My air conditioning system is five years old and started making some noise. I signed up for a one year contract with Lyons and had them come out to inspect my units and tune and clean them plus fix the noise. The technician discovered the noise problem and fixed it in no time. He tuned and cleaned my units and gave me instructions as to how to maintain my equipment. He was on time, professional, and treated me with respect. I’m pleased.

The HVAC professional that fixed my system, had puzzle through years of poor repairs in order to create a solution for me. He rescued us from sweltering-and with a great attitude and genuine concern. We had a blower motor go out right before going to bed. We called Lyons, and they had Steven come out in a couple of hours. Poor guy crawled up in our attic in 100+degree temperatures, took about and re-assembled the blower motor, and got it working again, all within about a 30-45 minute time frame from when he first arrived. He was also kind enough to replace both our air filters (we have two units), which are also located in the hot attic. We feel that Steven went above and beyond to make sure our AC was working again in a timely manner. He was very courteous and professional, and never complained about the working conditions the situation called for. This is pretty typical of Lyons AC and their crew. This is about the fourth or fifth time weve had them out at the house, and this has consistently been the way they operate. We are on our second contract agreement for yearly maintenance with Lyons, as we feel it is a good investment for our money. It is a decision we do not regret!

Our experience with Lyons Air Conditioning and Heating was great. They came to our place when no one else would during the cold, harsh winter temps. They fixed our immediate issue quickly for no charge. However, we also knew that we were due for a replacement for our 25+ year AC system, so we decided to update our entire system through them. They came in a few days later in a timely manner and proceeded to put in a whole new heating and air system very professionally. They also installed a smart thermostat for us at no extra charge. We were very satisfied with their service.Update: We used Lyons Air Conditioning and heating again for a tune up and for service on our AC system. After we made a call they showed up at our house in less then a half hour and fixed our problem. Our technician, Cole, was also professional and knowledgeable. We definitely plan to use their services again.

This is the first time I have ever used Lyons. They had been highly recommended to me by a friend. Their technician, Blake, didnt waste any time getting to the problem and at the same time kept me informed. I plan on using them for all my HAVC needs in the future!!

Cole was our service technician this time and did a great job! He tested all of our equipment and found that only the thermostat was out. He replaced it and we were good to go. He also found a part that was weakening and informed us of his find. No pressure to replace it at that time although I had him there so I asked him if he could replace it. He did and now in all set. These guys do phenomenal work, they do not pressure you to buy anything. I recommend these guys 100%!

Lyons is absolutely amazing. Cole came out on a Sunday to fix our heating system. He arrived early in the window we were given, found a simple problem in a line, and fixed it quickly. He only charged for the service call (which was incredibly reasonable on a Sunday call). We won’t use any one else for our HVAC needs.

The 3 service techs we dealt with were all professional and polite. The needed repair was explained clearly with options provided. My only gripe is the day of repair we were told an 8am-12pm window, but the techs didnt show up until almost 1pm. Considering this was a Saturday it wouldve been nice to know they were running late and had given us an ETA. It wouldnt keep us from using Lyons again though.

I had Lyons Air install a new furnace a couple of years ago. They have maintained that system with professionalism and at a reasonable price, so when I needed duct work done, they were my go to for service. They were able to come out same day to assess and give a quote. Work was scheduled 2 days later. Lyons texting system kept posted on the status of the technician. Technician was very prepared to complete the work and did so in a timely manner. I cant be more please with the work and would highly recommend that anyone use Lyons for their AC & Heating needs.

Ive used Lyons twice now and they have been excellent both times. They replaced a capacitor for us last year and the tech was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. He even walked me through what he was doing and how to test for different issues as he went along.The second time was a summer tuneup and again they were great. My wife met Larry Lyons and said he was incredibly kind and approachable and again he did a great job getting the system cleaned up.

Cole showed up on time. I liked that I got a notification letting me know he was on his way. He was very meticulous and professional. During his systems check he found some discrepancies that were done by the last business I used. He fixed the issues and explained why it should be fixed. Called Lyons Air & Heating on Friday, 12/23...when we were experiencing our coldest day of the season. My heat was not getting past 65...they indicated they could be out between 4 and 8 p.m. They got to my place by 5...located the problem immediately, as it was a closed damper. We moved here last year and I wanted to use a local HVAC company for routine preventative maintenance visits to head off problems before they occur. Lyons has a great website with easy online appointment scheduling, fair prices, and prompt courteous service. Yesterday I had to be away from the house during my service appointment so when he called that he had arrived I felt perfectly comfortable remotely opening my garage and unlocking my door to let him in. When I returned home he was just finishing and went over the system with me and answered questions I had. Very professional company for sure.

Called on the morning of the coldest day of the year. They were able to get someone out the same day. Steven Stine was the technician. He was very professional and had it figured out and the heat running within 10 minutes. Pretty expensive for a blower capacitor. >$300 but heat is on. The ability to get someone here same day and the professionalism was worth the cost.

Our upstairs AC stopped working during June just a month after moving into our home. Being new to the area, I had to find a new HVAC company to assist. Seeing the positive reviews regarding Lyons, I gave them a shot. They were able to get a tech out the same day (which can be tough to do during the summer) who was able to take care of the problem and then some. Blake, our tech, was very knowledgeable, personal, and took his time to explain what was going on and what to look for in the future. He answered all of my questions and even took the time to draw up an estimate for some other work were interested in having done. I cannot express how much I appreciated his help. Lyons will be our first call for HVAC in the future!

The technician was very knowledgeable. He found an issue with a condensation drain tube and corrected the issue. I was using a competitor of Lyons and they never inspected that particular drain tube. He was extremely thorough and professional.

Worst services ever. They accepted the contract about 3 weeks back. And gave us a date and time. We called them on the day we were scheduled to confirm that someone is coming today and they said no it’s not for today it’s after 3 days. Called them after 3 days they said the same thing no it’s not for today it’s next Monday. This is been going on from 3 weeks now. I am give a single star coz I dont have the option to give negative rating. Think 10 times before have contract with this company. Worst service ever. Won’t recommend it to anyone. Again think before reaching out to them and have them do your work. My A/C was installed 6 years ago by another company and I have had issues with it at least once or twice every year since. The most recent was 8/13/22, when it would take 3 - 4 hrs for the temperature on the thermostat to register just 2 degrees cooler and shut off. The company that originally installed the A/C was to come out two different times and never did and when they came out on 8/15/22, and after 2 1/2 hrs. they left without fixing the problem, telling me I was rude and they didnt have to deal with me. I contacted Lyons and they had someone out the very next morning when they said they would and fixed the problem within 45 mins.

I would recommend Lyons AC & Heating over and over again! I dont know if Larry went out of his way for us, but it sure felt like it. We didnt expect an install for a few hot miserable days due to national shortages, but he made it happen earlier than expected. If youre looking for an honest family owned company that will get the job done and provide exceptional service, youve found them!

This is the BEST AC repair service in Rockwall TX. I called on a summer Friday and they were able to provide service within a couple hours on our townhome. I was out of town so the technician called to walk me through all the repairs before starting and sent me an invoice promptly after finishing and walked me through exactly what he did. Such lovely service provided by the customer service individual as well. Cannot recommend them enough!!

Lyons A/C continues to earn our business, year after year. Our July 2020 appointment consisted of regular tune-up / check-ups, as well as diagnostics and repairs of a minor leak we didnt know existed. The technician not only made sure everything was functioning properly, but explained the Why and answered all of the What If? questions we had. Lastly, the tech went above and beyond to call me at work (could not be home for the appointment) to make certain my wife and I were on the same page with all the repairs, costs, and preventative maintenance we can do ourselves to keep both units running 100% through the Texas heat. Previous company I hired did not fix my system and actually made the problem worse. Lyons came out and evaluated the HVAC end to end, fixed everything the previous company did wrong plus the original problem. They were honest, matter of fact, and did what they said they would do. Highly recommend!

My AC went out on a Friday evening in August. I called the dispatch number Saturday morning before they were open, and had a call back within 30 minutes to schedule service. A couple of hours later David was at my house. He was quick to diagnose and fix the issue. Or house was cool again by Saturday evening. Overall a great experience. Fast, efficient, professional and friendly all around!

Cole showed up on time (actually called to see if he could be early!), was very professional and thorough. Explained what needed to be done and other preventative suggestions. Excellent service. This was my first experience with Lyons and from my initial phone call to repairing my system, they were great. Cole showed up on time and was kind and professional with a quick fix and upfront pricing.

Our AC went out on a Saturday at 2pm with temperatures in the mid 80s in the middle of the Covid - 19 lock down. I had very low expectations of getting a service technician to help us anytime soon. I spoke with Gabby who was polite and professional and after a minute she was able to confirm that a technician would be at my house, Four minutes later I received a text from David the technician confirming he would be there between 3pm-5pm and it included his photo for security. 30 minutes later I received another text that David was on his way arriving shortly before 3pm and completed the job in less than an hour. He was able to identify all areas of concern immediately and provided helpful solutions to avoid future issues. David was very polite, friendly and professional, I would highly recommend him and I am confident that the rest of the Lyons team is of similar character and worthy of your business.

Zach came today to our home, which is new to us. We have 3.5 and 4 ton air conditioning units and were alerted by the system that it needed routine maintenance. We called Lyons because they have great reviews.No wonder! Zach took the time to tell us how our units work and what we need to do every quarter to keep them running smoothly. He even went a step further by showing us the warning signs of a malfunction and where those symptoms would appear.We are signing a maintenance contract with Lyons and it’s because Zach obviously knew what he was talking about and is trustworthy. We arrived home after work to find water dripping from our 2nd story ceiling. Our a/c units were replaced 3 years ago but the installing company was no longer in business. I called Lyons a/c and was offered a next morning appointment and David arrived, diagnosed the issue, made the repairs and the charges were less than expected. Another excellent service appointment! This time, Steven Stine came out. Our A/C went completely out. I called Lyons late one evening, and they had Steven out the next day- which is amazing given the Texas heat and how many A/Cs are going out. Steven was wonderful and able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem! We wont ever use another A/C company again!Exceptional service! Cole Patterson diagnosed a problem we were having that 12 prior contractors had missed! We had several HVAC and plumbing contractors out to figure out the origin of a mystery water leak. No one was able to figure out the cause of the leak- until Cole! (Even though he is HVAC, and the leak did end up being a plumbing issue!) Cole also installed air scrubbers in our HVAC system, replaced a filter, and properly hung sagging ducts in our attic. We are all breathing better for it! He was dogged in discovering the origin of the water leak, patient, professional and polite, and the appointments were made next day- which is incredible for an HVAC company in Texas in the summer. We absolutely love Lyons!

I broke my leg a few weeks ago and am in a fiberglass cast, so when my husband and I got home from church on Sunday to an AC that was runnng but not cooling our house, I was devastated. I called Lyons Heating and Air the day it was a 108 degrees outside, My air conditioner had gone out and they sent a technican right out. The guys they sent out were very professional and went the extra mile of letting us borrow a window unit until they could get ours replaced the next day. Great staff and technicians!!

It was 98 outside, our A/C stopped cooling, I called Lions. They answered on first ring, had someone out here 45 minutes later and we were cool again half an hour later. So happy we have a maintenance plan with Lions.

I called around 830 am, and got an appt window beginning at 10Am. Cole arrived at beginning of window and was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly through a series of 3 parts that were broken. Had the parts with him and got the unit running again. Within 1.5 hrs. This was my best experience with an HVAC company.

He was honest when he told me he couldnt be sure either but recommended something he thought would help and improve long-term functioning of the unit anyway. So we went with his suggested and it has made such a difference. They were so nice and professional. Id use them again in a heartbeat.Visit 2: Johnny came out this time. It was for a non-AC related service. He was so sweet. Just like Zach, I felt I got an honest answer from him. It turns out, he couldnt help me with exactly what I was needing (to no fault of his own). I really appreciated his time though. He was thorough and really looked at what I was asking. I have had issues with my AC for four years and many companies have come out to fix and did not succeed. Lyons came out and quickly identified the issues, found other issues from the previous companies, like blowing air in my attic. I could not be happier with the service and price from the beginning. Entered a service request in the evening on the 4th of July knowing I wouldn’t receive a call back until the 5th. I called on a Thursday morning about 10a and they were able to fit me in that same day. The tech. that was originally assigned to me got busy with another customer so the dispatcher called me to see if that tech. could come out later. A later time wasnt going to work for me so they got a different tech. to come help me. I got a text with the name and a pic of the guy who would be coming out. I thought this was a great idea and very forward thinking in an industry (hvac) which really isnt known for their innovation. Zach came out on time, was very nice and considerate of my property. He was very thorough. He explained my options to me and was HONEST! I know because I double checked what hed told me with a friend who is a retired HVAC guy. Zach was willing to do any work right then and there if I wanted it done. I will call them again for my HVAC needs.

They showed up as promised. The tech did a thorough inspection of entire system. He explained and documented all his findings.

Mr.Steven was on time professional diagnose the problem and changed a fuse. the charge was $125 for the fuse !!!!! It was too expensive for a fuse. I was thinking it will cost me around $100 not $214 for something not a big deal

Too expensive!!! Charged me $80+ just to come out and another $168 to flip a switch. For this price I would think they would check my A/C unit for other issues. The tech was there less then 10 minutes.

I live way out in the country east of Rockwall, and on a Friday night at 6p I called Lyons HVAC after my AC Unit pooped out. The service tech Zach, came out to my house after he was already home!! And fixed my unit that night. If you live in Rockwall and East, dont even bother calling anyone else. Seriously.
