The two technicians performing the work were both very polite, very professional, and very knowledgeable with any questions I had. They were very respectful of my property and done an excellent job cleaning the work area when the job was finished. Everyone I dealt with from beginning to end was courteous.

Isaiah was phenomenal! He explained everything in a way I could understand. Although the first day did not solve the issue , he was prepared to install a new breaker the next day. Everything is working well now! I would recommend Isaiah highly.

Clayton did and excellent job for us. He was very thorough in correcting the issue we had with our A/C. Called on a Sunday morning and he was there in about an hour. Couldnt ask for a more known and professional person to help us. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Clayton did a great job of servicing our heater and air conditioning unit on Tuesday. He arrived on time, checked out both the AC and the furnace unit, took time to look at one of my concerns in the attic regarding the ventilation duct and left everything cleaner than when he started. Since I expressed interest in the ultraviolet unit which can clean the air into your ducts, he even got back to me with a quote.Excellent service all the way around!

However, I’m pleased to say that they reached out promptly after my feedback and took immediate action to make things right.Their team handled my concerns with professionalism, listened carefully, and provided a solution that exceeded my expectations. The service manager (Eric Luna) was very knowledgeable, and wanted to listen and make things right. It’s clear that they truly care about customer satisfaction and are willing to go the extra mile.While the initial situation wasn’t ideal, I’m happy with the outcome and appreciate their dedication to resolving the issue. This is a great company. They came out the next day when they said they would. They diagnosed the problem quickly and were in contact with me to discuss the issue I was having. I am using them again for sure.

My technician Isaiah was very knowledgeable and friendly. He check my heating system and checked the calibration of my thermostat. Isaiah also explained an option to buy a contract and purchase a water sensor for the pvc drip line. He also noticed lint/dust around the ceiling vent and asked if we have ever had the air ducts cleaned? I told him it was something my wife and I planned on having it done. He told me the company was running a special and explained the entire process the company would use to clean the ductwork . I was Very satisfied with his work and going above and beyond to educate me about the other services available.

Installers are 3rd party contractors. They screwed up my AC but an actual signal tech came out, his name was Isaiah, and he was fantastic. Assessed the issue, fixed it and got to getting a claim into fix the damage. Their answering service isnt helpful but once you talk to actual sigwald folk they take care of you.

Showed up on time. Found the problem explaining what to do, fixed it quickly and professionally.

Siegwald took my call on a mid Saturday afternoon. I was out of town but had guests in the condo where the AC was not blowing cold air. We told the dispatcher on the phone we needed same-day service for the comfort of our guests. The tech Isaiah called within two hours and informed me of his schedule. He kept me updated and arrived early. He diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes and had it fixed in short order. He communicated well and was professional. Excellent experience.

The service was done at our condo in Rockport. We were not there so the technician had to go to the office to get access. The scheduled visit was between 1:00 and 5:00, but the office closes at 3:00 and Sigwald made sure that they adjusted the time. Great feedback on the service performed .

I cant say enough great things about my technician Brinson R., hr was super friendly, patient, knowledgeable and very thorough. He came out on Saturday late evening and replaced my thermostat and got my ac going again. Will definitely ask for him in the future. Very happy with the quality this company provides.

Called the company and advised that our system s working fine but is putting out dirt particles since it has not been serviced in some time. On 2/27/23 Technician came out promptly ( 2 stars for that). He removed the cover from one unit and showed me the dirt. He then went into a discussion of what needed to be done and claimed that a replacement of the whole system was the best way to go. He did nothing else to the units. He gave me the impression that is is a big job he did not want to do ! A sales guy called a few days later saying he was in the area. I was unavailable for a few weeks but never heard from them again. I guess he realized that the cost of a replacement system is a bit larger that the labor cost of cleaning my working system. I still was charges $ 120 for the no work information call. Your people know their jobs but are unmotivated and lazy. I found another company who cleaned all the units at a reasonable price. I am taking my money and your reputation every ware else.

My experience with this company was excellent. My air conditioning went out on Saturday and by Saturday night, they were already here working to repair. Unfortunately I was not awake so they immediately came back on Sunday exactly at the time they promise. I worked with Steve Govea and I can’t express how wonderful he was. I would highly recommend using him if possible as he is so efficient, communicative, and transparent. I really appreciate this company and my technician, and would love to use them again in the future.

Brinson Rusk came out late in the day when my a/c didn’t seem to be cooling after a power outage and kick over from my whole house generator. He checked everything at the unit and in the attic. He found nothing wrong. He reset the a/c at the power switch outside and everything went back to cooling.. I have a service agreement with Sigwald and it sure proved its worth as I got a great technician who came out the same day and was here about an hour or so after I called. Thanks, Brinson.

Great experience and also got tips on how to keep my unit clean and general knowledge.The service was excellent- above and beyond, what was I need without high price tag. He checked all the units to make sure everything was working and the issue was just the thermostat. Truly appreciate the same day service because my pipes were frozen and needed the heat on. All the companies I called were not available, this would have ended up as a expensive issue if I did get any service same day.Thank you, new customer but staying forever and will be calling again for any AC, electric or plumbing issues.Great customer service.

I was glad that Sigwald still has local roots even though it was acquired by Beyer Boys. Thanks to Isaiah & Steve! The preventative maintenance inspection found a couple of items that could be remedied by us without additional service. It was nice to not feel like we were upsold repairs not needed just yet. Isaiah started the heating system check, found a 2nd filter in the intake that we had never discovered after purchasing the property. He said this will improve system efficiency since we only need 1 filter in the attic unit. He advised that due to the limited clearance in the attic, he requested Steve return to finish the check since he could not safely access the attic unit. Steve arrived same day, finished the check up and recommended some maintenance on a the dryer part. He said in the future, It would need to be replaced, but we could hold off for now.

The Beyer Boys were amazing from the moment we called. Our A/C went out early in the evening. After one company failed to show up we called the Beyer Boys at 10 P.M.. They apologized they couldnt get a technician out until the morning, which was understandable given the time.Jose showed up promptly at the scheduled time and easily found the issue. Had the part on hand and installed. He made sure the everything was working properly inside the house, attic and outside the house.Jose and the whole company were very professional and empathetic to our situation. I would recommend them to anyone for regular or emergency service.

Our most recent repair was done about 3 weeks ago when the drain line to our AC was not draining outside. I believe the guys name was Brandon came by 30 minutes after being called, and it was after hours. Did an amazing job and only charged the hour fee. My husband had worked on it the full day, sure wish hed called Sigwald earlier, them boys got it done in just a few minutes. I highly recommend them!

There was no service. Service man came out (nice guy) to fix refrigerator ice maker. Without even looking at it less than a minute later he said your problem is a Samsung factory defect that they will fix, but you have to call them, not us. Handed me a $120.00 billing.I am an architect and general contractor of many years, I know this industry.A ridiculous service charge when spending only a few minutes doing nothing in little Rockport Texas. I have used Sigwald for years, a reputable company but not any more. New owners that rip you off. I advice anyone and I will advise everyone now and in the future, not to use this company, find someone else!In summary, they do have good technicians, just watch your pocket book if you use them..

We have used Sigwald a few times and have been extremely happy. They have never tried to sell us more than we needed. This visit, they came on a Sunday in less than 1 hour. Time and a half on the weekend, but it was mid 90s outside and well worth it! We explained the problem and the technician (Warren was awesome!) said he knew it was a capacitor. In 15 minutes, he was done and it was fixed! Awesome!

Clayton was here only a short time -- got his business done and was gone. Clayton has been here before -- good guy, an asset for Sigwald.

I called them to repair my washer which was not spinning out and draining properly. They sent a repair guy out a couple days later. He told me he knew what needed replacing and the office would contact me about the part cost and when they could do the work. Thier estimate was decent (though they charged me an hour in labor when it took 15 minutes) so I said go ahead... took another week for them to get back to do the replacement. This cost me around $250.00. I only do laundry on weekends so I didnt know for 4/5 days, but the washer still didnt spin out when I tired it. So, I called them to come back and ACTUALLY fix it. The repair guy came back in a couple days, and said NOW he was sure it was the shift actuator that needed replacing. It took another few days, but then Patricia - from the office called me and said the part would be around $50.00 again, but that Id also have to pay anther service call fee, and labor. Excuse me I said, but Ive already paid you guys for this same repair. She said no, this was a separate call out...I argued that I had called them for the same exact problem as before and that I wouldnt have to call them again if theyd fixed the problem the first time. I was told that they had no guarantee on thier work and so to do the repair Id need to fork over another $260.00 to $280.00. Im thinking if they will not guarantee thier work in any way then how do I know that thier repair guy didnt just decide he was going to come back 3 or 4 times before he ACTUALLY fixed the machine. Then they can charge a service fee and labor multiple times for the same job...so when she says Do you want me to order the part or not? I tell Patricia I need to think about it. I check the part price online -$28.00- and see if I have any friends who can do the replacement. Having no luck, I call her back back 2 days later and say ok, fine, order the part and schedule the work. I hear nothing for a week and a half so I call again and when I finally get a hold of Patricia she didnt remember this conversation and apparently couldnt find the part order. She says shell call me back. She never did call me back. I ordered the part online, watched a YouTube video and did it myself. It took 5 minutes... and the washer still didnt spin out. Sooo, I had to buy a new washer. Meanwhile, I had no washer from July 15th until October 13! Its my opinion that Sigwald is not the company it once was. I used thier services many times in the past, but they are so untrustworthy now I will NEVER use them again. It is not ethical to charge someone multiple times for the SAME repair! Period. They now seem to have no pride in the work and feel no moral obligation to do the job right. AND if you dare to question this behavior miss Patricia gets more and more rude, curt and then nonresponsive.

Sigwald worked with us to replace and relocate our AC unit. David Beyer was especially good at answering our questions and identifying our options. We highly recommend Sigwald.

Our AC went out last night. Called Sigwald Services at 8 AM this morning and they were here by 8:30 AM. Issue was found and corrected by their technician and we had cooling air before 9 AM. Repair costs were very small, far from what they could have been. GREAT JOB! When we need service again, you can bet we will be calling Sigwald Services of Rockport TX.

The young man (Russel Taylor) was very friendly and professional. He found our problem with the thermostat and resolved it quickly. He is certainly welcome in our home again.

I have used Sigwald twice now, for different properties. Darren responded to my call on a Sunday within 1 hour and had my A/C replaced the next day. I was thrilled they accepted my payment by credit card. I consider Sigwald my go to A/C and heating company in Rockport!

We have had Sigwaid since 2004 and tell everyone about them. When the motor went out the guy came here at about 1:00am and changed out the motor.

Service call to to find reason for wet ceiling below vent in garage . They said possible water leak. Another company could not find any leaks. Hired another air conditioning contractor. After I went to sigwald twice to get another service call to which sigwald never responded.
