Fast response. The two technicians James and Carlton replaced my heater unit and coil. They were able to use the same quality brand as the one that lasted 23 years and did a professional job and clean up. They explained the warranty and details of my new unit. Over all I gave them 5 stars and certainly will be calling for yearly maintenance checks.

It was Saturday and I had friends from Michigan coming into town. They dispatched Carlton out and he did a great job clearing the drain and finding additional problems with the unit. He was very thorough and checked everything to make sure we would have a pleasant time with our friends. Its great to have businesses like this in town. I recommend these guys to a lot of people on a daily basis.

The technician arrived quickly and fixed our heater in about 15 minutes. The price was reasonable and fair. We are very pleased.

Gabe was prompt and professional with his estimate. Asked all the right questions and understood our needs.James and Carlton were great. Came in, set up, worked all day with only a lunch break, explained every step of the work, instructed us in use of remotes and new units, cleaned up after themselves and both had a great sense of humor. We recently had the team replace our AC at our second home in Lamar,Tx. They did a great job with three installation and were very fast and professional, but that isn’t what this review is about. It’s about their on call response by Carlton on Thanksgiving to fix a faulty service valve and recharge the system. The leak was no fault of their own and couldn’t have been prevented but they stood by their work and covered everything. Great job team.

Had a carbon monoxide alarm go off, contacted Baker AC to check furnace. During phone call, I decided to sign up for their Maintenance Program for $250 and use it for this carbon monoxide check instead of their $95 service call. Technician came and checked my furnace and AC as advertised. Then Baker AC billed me for the service call as well and refuse to remove the service call fee even though I requested the Maintenance Program in leu of a service call. I have called three times since and it’s still not resolved .

Gabe and Carlson with baker AC are awesome. Carlson came by and fixed my ac on my recently built home, some of the issues were under warranty. After a week I called back because although the ac was working the house just wasn’t cooling how I’d like. They sent Carson and Gabe out. Turns out my duct work was totally insufficient. They figured out a game plan and fixed my duct work free of charge. They are both very friendly guys and were really friendly towards my pets. On the second visit I trusted them enough to let themselves in my house without me being home. They cleaned up and after themselves and just acted like regular professionals. As a business owner I believe that half the battle is having employees who are friendly and trustworthy. These guys check those boxes. 5 stars

I called Baker to come look at my ac cause it had frozen over. I dont live there full time and had come in for the weekend and wanted to have someone look at it and have ac while i was there. I called a few places first and then told myself instead of using a big company i would find someone local and i came upon Baker. The lady i spoke with on the phone was very nice and said someone would be out to look at it this evening and i said no problem. At the end of the day a tech showed up. We agreed to let it fully defrost over night and he would come back the next day to fix the issues. It Had a crushed coil which made a hole therefore let out all coolant. He said it would take about 2 hrs to fix. He put me on the schedule for 3 the next day. Well 3 comes around and noone showed nor did a single person call. I didnt want to leave and have someone show up so i stayed around the house. Around 6 that evening i get a text saying someone is on their way. I was told they were short handed and i understand. A tech showed up not the same one so i told him what the other one said and showed him the unit. He said the fix was the same as the other tech said but he would have to make a call to the office to see if they would allow him to fix it cause it was going to take 2 hrs and it was already 6 45. He came back in and said he couldnt do the work that he would come back monday. Thats when i got pissed and said nevermind i will find someone else to do the job. I get it that running a business can be hard and people calling in is a pain but they could have called me and told me that in the morning or before 3 when they didnt show. So once again no ac over night. The next day i called titan ac and repair and he said yes he could do it but it will be a bit. Once again no worries. He showed up and fixed the issue in less then a hr and was on his way. Point of story is all you have to do is call and tell people what is going on and do what you say. They wont ever get a call from me again which i am sure wont hurt them at all but at least i warned people.

Carlton identified a vibration as a failing compressor and got a replacement ordered. Luis was here today and replaced it.Always prompt, professional and friendly.

I had an Air cooling problem on main floor but with summer on its way I wanted both units checked out. Gabe was great with getting to work. He checked the system and found one low of coolant. Then he checked my condenser drains and found the top floor with too many calcium deposits in the line. After working quit awhile to clear the line, everything was back to normal. The attic is never the best place to work especially during the summer. Great work Gabe.

I had Baker come out and just service my unit and as always, nothing but great service. A/C Tech was very nice and did a great job and the expense was very very reasonable.

Baker does a great job for us and I use them for all of our Air Conditioners. My only problem is that the Techs never check out with me. I have to chase down what theyve done after they leave. Other than that, I trust them to take care of our facilities.

After receiving quotes from 4 different companies, we went with Baker. Hannah, in the office, was great about communicating with me regarding the crews arrival time and expected time on task. The two techs who came to my house were polite, respectful and were agreeable when I asked them to make a modification on the installation. The only reason I didnt give a 5 is because there is a new piece of equipment on the clean-out that I dont know how to work. I didnt realize it was there until after they left. If they had shared with me what it was or how to use it, their service would have been a 5. Regardless, I would go with Baker again for any HVAC needs.

They made it out within 24 hrs of call for a bid. Came Wednesday and it was installed Friday. They were right on time (a little early) and they got it installed and running with 4 hrs. Very professional. Pric8ng on the unit and warranty was great! Highly recommend.

Baker gave us a contract to review before asking us to accept the bid price. They had a sudden opening and understanding the ACH problem we were having sent their guys right over to get to work. It took them about 6 hours to replace our old ACH and all its parts. Everyone we worked with were eager to help us understand the problem and fix the problem. Two of the workers even went up into the attic on a 95 degree F day to replace insulation around a pipe that had been sweating profusely. Thanks a 4 ton Baker! I love yalls attitude!

I called them on a Saturday and they sent me a text saying thank you for reaching out to Baker A/C company that they will call me back. Well they did not call me back I had to call them again on Tuesday morning because Monday was a holiday Tuesday I made an appointment for them to see me Tuesday evening because i had to work and they were going to charge me after hours charge and I told them Ive been waiting since Saturday. (It was a tiny leak yet my a/C is still working) so they got here on time Wednesday morning and they were here 20 minutes I had called them because I saw few drops out of the connection and the service tech said there was no leak yet he put a pound of freon in my system the tech repeatedly told me that I have one year left with my unit because it was 20 years old I replied to him and told him its been 10 years since we used the unit weve had it in storage and he kept on telling me you only have one year left he told me that several times and I was saying to myself maybe hes telling me that because they didnt find the leak and if it continues without them finding the leak my unit will last only a year. I called them because they worked on my system last year and had no problems. Total charge was $215 for labor and 1 lb of freon.

We have been having problems with our AC for quite some time. Other companies were unable to diagnose the source of the problem. Thanks to Baker Air, we now know what is happening and it will finally be fixed!

It was just semi-annual service and the technician checked the system thoroughly. They were about an hour late getting started but it is better for me to weight an hour while they work on an AC that is not running.I will definitely be back.

This company has put us first over a year trying to fix our system. AHS warranty company would not allow us to use them. However DJs Hvac Corpus Christi was slow unresponsive and playing games with Warranty Company.I had to end up researching himg and finding my own parts. Then I decided to pull the plug on just letting Baker Air put an entire new Unit in. Spot on Professional Techs Staff. Came next day and installed complete new system.

I recently had to have an outside coil replaced that was still under factory warranty , but the installer was no longer in business, so we called Bakerand couldnt be happier. The two young Techs were a pleasure to work with and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the result. The icing on the cake was when the bill was actually lower than the estimate!Great service and Baker will definitely be our HVAC go-to dealer!

Professional and no BS sales pitch

I have never left a negative review on anything!1.The technician left today after saying he would lock my door.....but guess what?I came home to the door wide open 9 hours later!! My oven was askew and my heater was open with parts scattered on the carpet.2. Once my landlord paid them today, they left my place a mess, unlocked and a broken heater behind them. All they want is the money.

Prompt, courteous, and responsive and my call was on a Sunday and I got same day service!

NO show second time in a month. FIRST, time they said, it was a computer clitch and that a lot of customers appointments dropped. SECOND time, they dont know what happened and i cant talk to a manager they only scedule appointments one company bought out the other company. Now the service experts are are a disappointment

Absolutely great service these guys are true professionals with quality dependability and warranty in mind, I have built 7 houses in Rockport over the past 4 years and I have finally found a contractor for air conditioning that I can trust and work with / long story but my old AC guy could not meet with me I got out my phone and started calling I got Baker to come out and give me an estimate / Nick gave me a verbal estimate and followed up with a written estimate the same day I gave them the approval and they got started the next day / very clean install with attention to detail / down to the service technician that came out to do the startup when its 105° outside everybody had great character and was fun to work with I love their nicknames for each other Scooby-Doo and Scrappy were excellent men to work with Im so excited for my next project / please do yourself a favor just call Baker and have them install your next AC unit / 10 year parts and labor warranty
