Nathan is always quick to respond and help me with emergency situations! His team goes above and beyond! Anthony came out to check a few things and finish a project we had going on. I needed a different vent and the color to be black. Anthony came out and brought a new vent and spray painted it black for me. They go above and beyond and Im so thankful to have them near our small town!

We built our home in Rockdale in 2022. Last summer we did okay energy wise and our AC worked fine. Coming into the heat of summer this year our AC just couldn’t cool the house. We added solar screen on our patio, reflective tint on the windows, and even bought a portable AC thinking maybe it was just the heat because our AC is new like the house. Out of desperation we called a few HVAC companies in town and these guys are the only ones who responded. We were given a window but the tech had finished a job earlier so he came out within an hour of calling. Turned out that the original HVAC installer never filled the Freon all the way and left it with the charge it came with from the factory. The tech was knowledgeable and immediately solved our issue. Our energy usage each day is now 1/3 of what it was. This is the company we will use from now on.

My cousin was in need of immediate work on her air conditioner and asked for a recommendation. Without hesitation, I told her Climate Control Heating and Air Conditioning in Rockdale, TX. I even called to get things going for her. The young lady who answered said that they would contact my cousin within 30 minutes. Now cool air is coming through the vents! We scheduled an appt for 8am on friday because it was so late in the day already, but they came right out instead!!!! Quick, great service. Very respectful of my family, my home and my property!!! Had my AC fixed in less than 30min!!! Thank you!!

Was very pleased with the quick response of Climate control. Our AC completely quit Wednesday. Our house was 97 degrees inside. They came that day, assessed and diagnosed the problem, and today by 630 pm our new outside unit was Installed and our house is cool. The personnel were professional and knowledgeable. I’m very pleased.

Great company. They’re always quick to come out and fix whatever issue we are having. Our AC went out while it’s 108 outside and they had us back up and running in less than a day- and they had to get a part out of town.

Just had a new outdoor unit and indoor coil installed, climate control did great work, and were able to order and install within 2 days of calling. Fast service, fair pricing and great people from the office to the installers. I am grateful for this company and recommend to anyone and everyone in need of Ac/heating repair and replacement.

Update: They couldn’t figure out what the problem was. Lee said that he would come back out “tomorrow “ with boss. That’s been over a month ago. I’m taking my business elsewhere. So far I’ve paid them big bucks for nothing. My heater isn’t working either since they were out.Fast service. The guys were professional. Cost was surprisingly better than I thought it would be. I’d recommend them and will use again.

A few days ago, our thermostat stopped working and just couldnt figure out what happened. Because our team is always busy, it never became important until about 10pm each night. Today around 10am, I remembered and called Nikki. My call was received professionally and someone was scheduled to handle it today. Around 11am, my phone rings and its Zack. He was asking a few questions and said he was on his way. Then the call... Hey, has anyone been in the attic? because someone accidentally turned off your power to the unit. I pride myself on investigating things before calling anyone. I sure am glad I called Climate Control today, I would have never looked in the attic. Thanks for the great service, follow up, and flipping the switch.

My AC wasn’t working properly and making a strange noise. They quoted me $2300 for either a compressor or a new unit. Had another company out, $300 fan. I am extremely disappointed in their integrity. Save your money and call someone else.

Fast, efficient and professional. Wont need to use anyone else as long as these folks keep it up. Weve had both heating and a/c work done and we are above satisfied.
