Gian explained in detail what is needed to be done and what is best for my AC needs. He was punctual. I appreciate your service. Frontline Service team did such a great job installing the new A/C unit in my house. We love how efficient the new unit works, Alex really knows and is accurate about suggesting what’s best out there that would work perfectly for your A/C needs. I am editing my review. After I posted my review Alex called me. He was upset and assured me that someone would be out first thing in the morning. True to his word someone showed up and cleaned up everything. Thank you Frontline for making a customer happy!As far as fixing the A/C that is perfect. However, I was very disappointed in the mess that was left behind. Pieces and parts were just left in the closet. Also, my floors were covered in pieces of sheetrock and so much dust. It ran from the closet in the hall to the front door. The serviceman should be cleaning up after himself. I have pictures attached.

I had the pleasure of working with Gian and his two-man team, and I must say it was a great experience. They were extremely respectful and I finally have heat in the house!! My heating did get fixed. After 3 trips, with 3 different men, one man that didn’t speak English, 2 of the 3 men tracked mud on my carpet. One man showed up earlier than expected and my husband had to cancel his patients.However, Alex did call me, he was concerned with my review. We discussed it and for that, i will give him a five stars.

They showed up well within the allotted timeframe. They were fast, friendly, and effective. The issue with my heat was taken care of before they left. Definitely would use them again. They are professional, experienced, and very nice.

Gian Ferrer with Frontline is absolutely fantastic! He quickly identified 2 issues quickly and efficiently. One of the issues with the duct in the attic he found a gap where the air was blowing out into the attic instead of cooling out upstairs as it should. Gian was prompt, arrived ahead of schedule and quickly resolved the issues. He also educated us on the fix and was pleasant and courteous. Would recommend Frontline 1000%!! ❤️

Alex is very knowledgeable and ran a few tests to confirm the issue (and that it wasnt something serious), and even made a recommendation to fix the issue from coming back that was not an upsell. Reasonably priced, honest, and a good service overall.

These techs were awesome at diagnosing my cooling issue. What they didn’t know is another vendor had been out five times since April and could not figure out the root cause. This team worked quickly on the repair and had my house cooled down in no time! Plus they were very friendly and kept great communication with me all along the way. I’m impressed with their service and I highly recommend them. Oh, did I mention they cleaned up after themselves too!

Service tech was very polite and diligent with the task he had. He was able to diagnose the problem with my AC unit quite fast. Even though he couldnt finish the repairs the same night, he made arrangements to come back the next morning. So hopefully everything goes well tomorrow and we can relax in our home again.

When my AC stopped running, Frontline AC came the day we called. Their team was friendly, courteous, and professional. While they were able identify the problem right away, they weren’t able to fix it the same day due to a part issue. However, they came back the following day and got my AC up and running again quickly. Very thankful!

Our compressor broke on the hottest weekend this year so far. Alex was helpful and flexible with our schedule and was able to be here to help the same day we reached out. The final repair was completed the day after the diagnostics. The communication was great and he was here exactly when he said he’d be both times. he completed the repairs in less than 2 hours and our house is already cooling back off. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking!

The guy was very perfessional , he let m know what was going on I talked to his boss they were communicating with me . He didn’t speak much English but he was doing his best . I would recommend these guys anytime .

Did not fix the problem the ac is still leakingThey called back and have been working to make it rightAfter not saying anything I left a 1 reviewAfter I left a 1* review they called and said they were going to fix it when the supplies store opened. They did do that it is now less than a week later and its leaking again. They came back and fixed it today Tuesday July 2nd. They are very responsive if you update the review though I wish they would be more communicative.

These guys worked very hard, including late hours. They certainly had a difficult job trying to diagnose what was going wrong with my AC. But in the end they got it fixed, we’re very polite and professional the entire time.

Excellent service and communication, extremely prompt and very efficient. Inspected thoroughly, then displayed pictures of each issue found while also explaining the issue and repair strategy. After repair did walk thru showing me everything step by step and gave great preventive maintenance instructions to follow. A+

Well he found and issue and repaired it and when he left it was blowing 68 or less but now it is blowing 76.1. I’m hoping it is just cycling.After 10 minutes yes it was cycling and the house is cooling down. Awesome follow up by the technician too.

My second ac unit was D.O.A (that’s dead old air conditioner)!! Within a couple days, Alex was back with his partner and a brand new AC still in the wrapper. After we bowed our heads for a moment of silence, he respectfully removed our old AC to be buried after donating some of its parts (per old ac’s request). They installed the new one in less than a couple of hours and we couldn’t be happier. Very professional and great customer service. They didn’t take any shortcuts, they took their time inspecting my HVAC system and fixed every problem they discovered including a problem that I’ve been trying to get fixed for two years that no one else has been able to fix.

Angelo went above and beyond! After our property management failed to address our broken ac after multiple days (in triple degree heat) we were referred to Frontline. Even though our property management company scheduled our appointment for two more days after the multiple days we were without ac, we reached out and Angelo was able to come out later that evening and fix our ac. He was very professional, and efficient, getting our ac running in less than an hour.

My AC had stopped working the other day. While other guys I called to check it out suggested I need to replace the entire unit, luckily I found Alex and he pin pointed the problem and offered a solution without needing to replace the entire unit as that was not needed. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Alex and Frontline AC. Our downstairs AC unit was not working and I was told by another company that I had a bad fan motor and leaks in the coils. The system is 16 years old so they could repair for over $3,000 or replace the system for $10,000-15,000. After seeing Frontline AC on Nextdoor I gave them a call. Alex came out same day and after running a diagnostic disagreed with the coil leak. He was so committed to really educating me about the HVAC system and made videos and took pictures of everything he was observing in the process so I would fully understand the whole process. In the end there was no leak at all and he was able to fix the fan motor in one unit and replace the capacitor in the other so both are running great! Alex came back after hours to deal with the capacitor issue and texted me the next morning to make sure all had run well overnight. I am so impressed by his professionalism, transparency, and outstanding customer service! Plus the cost was incredibly fair and a fraction of what another company had quoted! We know we’ll need to replace this old unit in the near future and we will absolutely trust Alex with this next step. He has earned customers for life from our household!
