Highly recommend! We had pretty extensive water damage in our kitchen from a roof leak due to a hail storm. They came out the same night to set up equipment and were all very honest and professional. They also really helped walk me through the process with insurance. Hunter, Robbie, and Ibrahim were all great along with the rest of their team. We had at least 6-7 guys that helped pull our floor and kitchen island out. They were all great! Again, highly recommend!

Robbie took extra special care of us with our shower demo. He was thorough, kind and informative. We will definitely call Servpro Highland Village for any other restoration needs.

I went through the main corporate website and submitted a request, not expecting to get a call as I didnt know if they would be able to work during shelter in place. Not only did I get an immediate call from the Highland Village team, they offered to come out immediately. Service pro was on scene within 2 hours and once able to do so immediately started trying to remove the water from the hardwood floors. During this 5 day treatment, a technician responded to my house everyday to check on water damage and moisture readings.Service pro kept me updated on issues and what they were doing while they were there. Gave me a time that worked for me and was on time and very friendly! Great group of workers!

Response time was quick. The two men who came were polite, worked quickly and were very thorough. After doing the water extraction, they left a dozen heated fans in place for about 24 hours and the carpet got completely dry. We could have never done this job on our own this well. They saved us from loads of damage that would have occurred if more time had passed. Thanks Servepro!!!!!

Cant say enough good stuff about the team at ServPro Highland Village. We had a washing machine flood at 10pm at night. The mitigation team was out within 30 min and working to clean up our mess. Harrison and Lindsay were on top of everything and took great care of us through the entire process. We would highly recommend.

SERVPRO was very responsive to the water damage our home suffered. The owner called me immediately after our insurance agent made contact with him. A professional and friendly team arrived within a couple hours and cleaned up the mess the water damage had caused; I could not have been more pleased with their extreme attention to detail. Excellent customer service all the way around. I highly recommend this company.

I would not recommend this business to anyone. They are not professional, lack business ethics. They will say they will be there morning, and change it to afternoon, evening and wont even show up, it happened multiple times. I dont even know if they have there own employee, for every job there were random worker who said they work for different company. And, there billing will some how match exactly what insurance provided with less the work. Save yourself headache and use other company if you are not time constrained.

Harrison, Lyndsey, and the rest of the crew were so helpful when our house was flooded from the 2021 freeze. They were professional, worked with the insurance company, and had good communication. We would highly recommend them.

Harrison Stone was amazing from the start. It was a Sunday when I received the news that a leak from a condo I was renting out had leaked to the downstairs neighbors causing major damage to her bathroom ceiling. When I called two other businesses, they were to charge a Sunday rate just to provide an estimate, he offered to go and provide me with a free estimate as promised. His pricing was beyond reasonable and over half the price of other contractors. I cannot say enough good things about Harrison and his professionalism. Even the downstairs neighbor was impressed!

We had a “water issue” due to our precious, sweet 3 year old granddaughter. I called Harrison at 8:00pm & he was at our house by 9:00pm working on the water damage. Carson, Ayman and Edward were amazing with moving our refrigerators today. It was such a task since they dont make doorways big enough for big refrigerators. They were persistent and figured it out. Would definitely use them again! The whole team was great with packing up our things and taking them to a storage while the damage from our floors gets taken care of. Would definitely use them again!

Harrison was terrific. He was able to clean several stains in our upholstery after helpfully describing the limitations and issues of stain removal. He showed up on schedule and was very professional. We couldn’t be happier.

Hot water heater in attic broke while we were at dinner. Had minor water damage upstairs and downstairs. ServPro showed up same night and worked through the night to diagnose and put a remedy in place. Water removal is not inexpensive. I would consider ServPro worth the investment.

The two gentlemen that came to my home to clean my carpets were very professional and courteous. They were so careful to complete the job to my home. I would call on them again if I ever need my carpets cleaned.

Wow! Water coming in your house is tramatic. Servpro of Highland Village responded immediately and took care of everything quickly and thouroughly. They work hard to make sure your things are treated with care, that the water is removed, the moisture gone all while leaving the least amount of damage. I cant say enough nice things about them. THESE WERE MY MOST PRIZED POSSESSIONS, AS I AM BUILDING A HOME AND IT WONT BE READY FOR A WHILE.STUNNED AS I WAS, I IMMEDIATELY THOUGHT OF SERVPRO OF HIGHLAND VILLAGE, BECAUSE, THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THE VERY BEST IN CLEANING AND CARE IN FLOODS AND MOLDS. LUCKILY, WHEN I PHONED, I GOT LINDSEY ORINGDERFF AND I THANK GOD THAT I GOT HER! SHE CAME OUT PROMPTLY THE NEXT DAY, SURVEYED THE DAMAGE AND THEN THEY SHOWED UP WITH THEIR TRUCKS, REMOVED IT ALL, FINDING OUT THAT BOTH OF MY UNITS WERE AFFECTED. I WAS VERY SCARED AS SO MUCH OF MY STUFF WAS LEATHER AND DESIGNER FABRIC!THE IMPORTANT THINGS IS #1, LINDSEY WAS SMART AND KNEW THAT I WAS FREAKED OUT. SHE STAYED IN FULL COMMUNICATION WITH ME AND KEPT ME APPRISED OF WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND HOW IT WAS GOING. SHE FELT THINGS WERE GOING VERY WELL, AND I WAS SO RELIEVED. #2, SHE HAS STAYED WITH ME THROUGHOUT THIS!I WENT OUT TWO WEEKS AGO TO SEE MY THINGS AND CHECK ON THEM, AND THEY LOOKED AND SMELLED BEAUTIFUL.
