Richard just replaced the furnace at my house. He has been looking after our HVAC for the past two years and did everything to repair first and have replacement be the last option.This winter the little furnace that could from 1999 was beyond repair and parts were either very expensive or not available.We went with a replacement and it was the best decision. Richard is very meticulous in his work and takes pride in doing things the right way.

Excellent and top notch service by Richard with Yoeman solutions. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and great communication. Called Richard because my AC wasn’t cooling. He immediately came out, quickly explained the issue to me, and informed me the part was under warranty so we should get it for free and only pay labor. He didn’t have to tell me that the part was free and he could’ve charge me anyways. But he didn’t. He was an Honest guy which is super important with AC and Mechanics especially since most of the time client doesn’t know what’s going on. I can’t believe the fantastic service we just got from these guys.We had a weird smell from our AC so we called at 9PM to schedule something for the next day. I got a text message 5 minutes later from the owner asking about the problem and he decided that because there was a small chance it could be dangerous he would come out immediately and take a look. He drove 40 minutes both ways just to make sure we’re ok, and we weren’t even their customers.I guarantee we’re customers forever now.Thanks yall!

In todays day and age where people value greed and money, Richard gives me hope for humanity, hes probably the most honest, truthful and knowledgeable HVAC person Ive met and does his due diligence even for the smallest things to do the job right. Always straight forward communication and pricing with Yeoman Solution. Just an all around good company. Very rare for this kind of service from an independent service base business. They go above and beyond for their customers. Most ac service companies will just charge you an arm and leg w/o giving options or details. If you want a AC company that will value your business. Richard, the owner of this company just provided me the best experience Ive ever had with a service professional. My AC unit stopped working Friday night so I was prepared to either pay an outrageous after hours fee, or go the weekend without it. Neither were the case.Yeoman Solutions came recommended from the nextdoor app, I called him, and he was at my home within the hour!Richard got my AC working super fast, didnt charge after hours fees, and even came back Saturday morning to make sure all was well.I believe Richard operates his small business with integrity and cares about the community he provides service to.Cant recommended highly enough!!

Tenant called at 10pm that AC not cooling, Yeoman Solutions was on site within minutes and replaced faulty parts and had the system cooling by 11:00pm. Definitely 5 star service!

We called right at 5AM after a miserable night with our house being hotter than the outside. Richard answered, we explained what was going on & he said he could be here in 15 minutes. Not only was he here quickly, his pricing was very fair, he didn’t charge extra for coming at such an early hour & he finished very quickly! Best experience I’ve had with a mechanical company. Richard was very forthcoming about pricing and services being performed. My wife was 34 weeks pregnant at the time and he fixed my A/C same day that it broke. Super clutch and a very nice guy. I’m signed up to get my heating and cooling systems serviced 2x a year now.

If you have any HVAC needs I highly recommend this company. My heater stopped working and I took a chance on this company based off Google reviews. They did not disappoint, they were here within 30 mins of my call. They diagnosed the issue, and went out of their way to grab the necessary parts after hours to get me back running in the same day. 10/10 experience I highly recommend this company!

Let me start by saying I normally dread dealing with any type of mechanical professionals. This is mostly because I have absolutely no idea what’s going on half the time & when something breaks, I have no choice but to roll with it and hope I’m not being taken advantage of. I found Richard on NextDoor - from his service fee & didn’t charge extra for “after hours,” weekends or holidays. I called him at 1155AM on a Saturday, while he was at another job & he was still able to be outside my house at 135PM - he ran and got what we needed, fixed everything and drove off before 5PM.He explained what was going on & what needed to be done. His pricing is beyond fair and made suggestions on what we needed to do in the future. Honestly - I found my new AC guy & signing up for his Annual System Maintenance plan so nothing like today happens again.

I don’t think I have enough space to write all the wonderful things Yeoman Solutions offers. Now days is RARE to find a good company that is reliable, competitive and honest. Richard and his crew offer that and more….there’s been several times that I’ve called Richard to see if he can help me get other things fixed (besides HVAC) and he has delivered every single time, he is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They are awesome and I highly recommend them.

I actually starting working with Yeoman August 2022 after my lovely Choice Home Warranty people gave me the run around by not answering their phones and sending me all of the place (Its a long story), so of course I cancelled my membership and now I just go to Yeoman whenever I have concerns about my AC. His work is excellent and efficient, not big on conversation but the MANNN is on a mission to finish the job ASAP. I trust his recommendation and I look forward to working with Yeoman again, because as long as I am in this house the AC WILL need maintenance, because lets face it. I cant do it!

Highly recommended. This team is who you call when is 100 degrees and both home AC units are out. Very professional, trustworthy and Proficient. The most technically sound expert I have ever met in this field. He promptly arrived and identified the problem and immediately began the work. You could not ask for better service.

I would like to give Richard Callahan a big thanks for repairing my a/c leak. Richard was very professional and was able to come out the same day for repair. Richard explained everything he had to do step by step. He was also nice enough to remove brass piece that prevented me from using my water hose. If anyone need assistance with HVAC repair I would highly recommend him.
