Set up an appointment to have a technician come look at our water heaters to offer recommendations for replacement or upgrading to tankless. Technician didnt show and I never received a call. Called service line and was told theyd see what the status of the technician was and they never called me back. Called an hour later and was told the tech is too busy today and was hung up on.

Made an appointment for a technician to check our water heater. The appointment was scheduled between 9-11 am. By 11:30 I had not received a call from the technician or the company regarding the appointment. Next, I left a message for an update. By 12:30 I called again, only to be told that a technician was on the way. An hour an a half later I called to see what had happened to the technician only to be hung up on. Not sure whats going on, but no one will talk to me. At least they did not get any money from me! I would have given zero stars but the website would not allow it.

Very completely satisfied with all of the work. I will be rehiring them from now on forth for any future pipe/toilet issues that arise hopefully by no means haha ! Very properly carrier overall ...thank you
