Each time they went out, they always disinfected their shoes. The carpet looks so much better, and it was affordable. We had a lot of pet stains, and they worked extra hard. This service did such an excellent job at my parent’s house Sugar Land. We had precious called another service and they untruthfully shared that we had black mold contamination in our vents and tried to charge us way too much money. Our clothes dryer wasnt getting nearly hot enough. A friend said the problem likely was a clogged lint and dust duct (going from the dryer to the wall, then exiting the house). Turned out he was right. Wilbur and Miguel vacuumed away 10 years of gunk, and the unit now works like new. They did a great job, and at a very fair price (under $200). We highly recommend them.

You asked whether I wanted AC cleaning to which I answered no. You probably inferred that I was saying no to everything. The price for duct cleaning was in my budget. Asking potential customers to stop texting is plain out unprofessional and rude. I wouldnt want someone with that attitude to come to my home.

I don’t usually write reviews but this company is absolutely amazing!! I was referred to AR through a friend who used Wilbur for his investment properties. We have two young children with severe allergies so I used Wilbur’s services for duct cleaning and carpet cleaning at my home. I was so impressed with the professionalism and level of service that Wilbur and his company provided. To top it off his prices are really reasonable. Most companies only clean part of the ducts but Wilbur cleans the entire way through and shows you the before and after pictures to prove it. I have used several contractors over the years for several types of services and I can honestly say that Wilbur is hands down the most thorough contractor that I have ever come across. He cleaned every aspect of our air ducts, sprayed the mold prevention foam, and took down air vents and cleaned. For my rental properties, he saved me a lot of money as well. I was told by an HVAC technician that I needed new coils. Wilbur instead thoroughly cleaned the coils and the blower. The AC units are back to running great. His prices are more than reasonable. I have used Wilbur for my personal residence, my parent’s home, and several investment properties. I am normally hesitant referring contractors to family and friends but I have referred Wilbur to several family and friends. I would definitely recommend Wilbur and his services to anyone!
