I paid $155.00 for a part for my heater, which they stated had to be ordered.The part was never replaced. I have contacted them several times, they refuse to refund my money.. I still have not received my refund. They are thirves. This company will give u false information and take your money. Don’t use them

My air conditioning was not working so I called Alpha 4 Real. They scheduled me right away, working with my schedule. The office personnel called thirty minutes before they were going to come, a nice detail. Brian arrived right on time, assessed the situation, and quickly fixed it. He was friendly and knowledgeable. This company will rip u off for changing a capacitor that is worth $20. They will charge u way too much. Beware. Learned my lesson the hard way.

Just to change the old thermostat to new one, TO NEST THERMOSTAT which I had, comes with easy installation manual, even a non experience person can do it in easily. This company charges $250, can you believe it. My Ac unit is just 3 years old, I gave business to him, his guy came & leaving, I asked if he has checked the filters says NO, it’s ok, I insisted to check , & found it need be changed. I am curious about changing thermostat $250 for 15 minutes of work, would you?

Alpha installed a new HVAC system at my house this morning in the 77084 area (Trane equipment: new condenser, furnace, evaporator coil and plenum). Throughout the inspection and quotation process they were upfront and thorough. I received competing bids and they were able to nearly match but offered a much longer labor warranty than other provider. That helped make the decision for me. The crew arrived on time in the morning and were well prepared. The entire system was installed, tested, and operational within 3 hours. System is functioning as modeled, my house cooled 9 degrees in just under an hour and is still dropping. Very much appreciate working with this team and recommend them.

My AC went out, and where other AC companies usually recommend replacing the unit for an exorbitant price, Bryant, from Alpha for real, was great at diagnosing the issue and replacing the part at a fraction of the cost of a full unit replacement.When the AC stopped working again, they quickly scheduled 2 technicians to come out and diagnose and resolve the issue.I am real thank for their professionalism, quick service, and helpfulness, and would definitely recommend them to others.

We had an appointment scheduled about a week in advance and on the day they were supposed to come out, no one did. We called and were told because it was raining they were behind and she would call us back. About an hour later we called again and said that they wouldn’t be able to do it and would have to reschedule. Terrible communication and if we knew we would have gone with someone else.

One word...Amazing! We have a maintenance contract with Alpha 4 Real due to an earlier issue with our AC unit several years ago. This time our outside unit died and it was 90+ degrees in our home. My husband is on dialysis and not in good health, Alpha 4 Real went above and beyond to get our air back up and running in record time, probably saving us a trip to the hospital. I always have a great experience with this company. I call and each time they make me feel like a priority. They take pictures to show me the issue, discuss options, and get to work. I have been with them for over 10 years and will be there for another 20!

Worked with this company over the past few weeks to diagnose and resolve multiple issues with our Heater and AC. Ended up having to replace the entire furnace and have some repair work done on our AC as well.I wish communication was a bit better, but Mr. Bright did make a great attempt to keep me informed along the way. I wish we had a tighter schedule and that some features were thoroughly tested before visits ended.We had issues with the project, but at the end of the day it is working.

We had three companies come out when we first bought our home through a home warranty company and none of them could figure out why our unit wasn’t working. I called the home warranty company and raised many concerns as it was summer in Houston. They finally sent out this company. Bright came out and in about two minutes knew what it was. He came on time, had what was needed to fix it and explained it all as he went along to make sure we understood what he was doing. I highly recommend this company.

These guys installed and check our system since our house rebuild following a lightning strike in 2020. They do great work, are prompt and courteous and do a great job explaining things!

Our construction company hired this air-conditioning company to install our entire AC system for new construction in 2019. The motherboard was defective and did not work and the air-conditioning unit was not cooling or heating I found that no batteries had even been placed inside of the thermostat. Once I replace those we found it was still not working.. We called on Friday afternoon around 2 o’clock and were told that they could not service it until the following Monday. I’m disabled and take medication that I cannot be in the heat. We decided to hire John Moore to come out and fix the issue as we are not able to stay in the heat. They had to replace the motherboard. A month later our air conditioner quit working again. We called them and got no call back. We called a second time and were Called back by a very rude lady who would not even let me speak. She said that because I had another company that the warranty was voided. She was very rude and did not really answer my questions at all. Alpha 4 real never dissapoints, Bright and George keep me honest about my HVAC system and they inform me of any concerns they have of my system. I have been using them for years and I would highly recommend them for any of your AC needs.

Do Not Use This Company!! They do not know what they are doing, especially Sr. Technician, Bright (who I believe might be their only technician on staff and the rest are helpers). They were hired through my home warranty company to replace my evaporator coil. One of their helpers fell through my attic ceiling into my media room during the installation. While they did do the right thing and had a contractor out to quickly correct it, they failed to put my insulation back where it belonged. I had to call and ask them if they had, and they said they forgot. In the meantime, I noticed when I was outside the condensor was making a weird rattle noise, so I brought it to Brights attention. He tried to blame all the wind wed been having, which I told him was ridiculous, I know that sound is not right. So he went to look and they had failed to replace the two screws they removed during the repair, so the side panel of my unit was exposed to the elements for several days!Fast forward to four months later, and I had my annual winter check up, and the technician called me up to the attic immediately upon arrival to show me that the evaporator coil was not installed level with the plenum - it was tilting. Also, the seals were loose, and when they opened the coil, it had been displaced as well. It was a complete mess and I had to pay $685 to have the coil installed correctly. It looks like Alpha had dented the box the coil was in, probably when the fall through the attic happened.Of course when I called them to reimburse me for this expense (since there was no way I was having them back to my home), they claimed it was past their 90 day warranty and they would not do anything for me. They tried to say my warranty company was responsible, which is not true. Regardless, I will never use this outfit again, and you are putting your systems at risk having them anywhere near it.
