Be aware! We had Very bad experience! If I could give 0 I would! Our walking freezer had been fixed 2 weeks ago. It took 2 hours for young inexperienced guy to add freon he didn’t know what kind of Freon he needs! He called to the company to ask about it! They still charged us for 2 hours of work. But problem was not fixed because freezer didn’t freeze well. We called yesterday again . Technician came took everything apart and left. He said he would come come back the next day but he didn’t. Our freezer didn’t work at all since technician left because of them. I called to the owner he was rude on the phone and denied that they touched the freezer. They messed it up and didn’t know how to fix it and they don’t want to pay for their mistakes!

I thought I was a current client but I guess not! The owner quickly turns over invoices to aggressive collection agency. (See Sonny’s review below). Came out 3 times and frozen drink machine still not fixed. Wants to be paid for work not completed. I do not recommend this company for your business.

We had a piece of equipment that needed to be fixed. They came out once, and the next day it still wasnt working. They came out again shortly after informing them it wasnt working. Another day passed by, still wasnt working. Long story short, had them come out three times, the piece still isnt working, and we got charged for all three times. Keep in mind one of their reps had informed us that if we call back for the same problem within two weeks we wouldnt get charged. We paid the first bill but tried to dispute the other two, and they just ended up sending us to collection. We paid it because it was easier, however we will never be using this company again and wouldnt recommend anybody using them. Theyre not good at repairing and theyre dishonest.

Amazing experience with this team. Very personable workers and quick service! Thank you for getting heat back in our studio! Yall are a life saver!👍🏻

Worst equipment repair company I ever dealt with.!!Came out to fix it my cooler was there five minutes told me they can’t fix itAnd charged me $160.00Be careful with this company.!!

Had to find honest and professional service any more but these guys , know their job and do a great service at a decent price
