I have had them come out on 2 different occasions and each time was an amazing experience with them. They are reliable, trustworthy and reasonable in price. I will definitely use them again in the future for all of my heat and cooling services!

I would definitely recommend Supreme Heating & Cooling! I had a wiring issue connecting my new smart thermostat last summer and Joe came to my home and fixed it in no time. This year I had a problem with my downstairs unit not working (which turned through my own fault), and Joe came by again to help. A lot of companies will try to get every last dollar from you, but what stands out about Supreme Heating & Cooling is theyll give you an honest assessment along with a fair price. I really appreciate their service!

Joe and his crew were amazing. Joe serviced our call the same day. Unfortunately we needed to replace the unit (previous AC repair companies had been warning us that our unit was going out for past 5 years) so we were not surprised. Our new unit was installed the next day with no issues, the installers were very clean and did an outstanding job. We will be staying with this company going forward.

Joe came out on short notice when our thermostat conked out and really took care of us on a weekend when others werent able to come out until Monday. Super friendly and knowledgeable, we wont be calling anyone else for HVAC work. A+++

I called Joe for my AC Tuneup service.Appointment setup was very smooth. Since temperate was below 70F, Joe called me rescheduled to other day when temperature was 80F. He showed up on time, did the thorough checkup. Found the issue with my condenser and offered help through the Carrier warranty process. Very profession and knowledgeable. I will be using Joe for future service/repair needs.Thanks.

I called Joe and he came out the next day. It was discovered that I needed a new AC unit as my unit was completely fried. His team came out the next day and installed the new AC. Joe then came out to inspect the work and make sure everything was done correctly as well as help me to set up my warranty. He was very nice and professional. I highly recommend Supreme Heating and Cooling for all AC needs. I will continue to use them for the maintenance of my new AC system.

My AC went out on a Friday evening in July. I contacted several companies including Supreme Heating & Cooling. Two companies were unable to do anything other than quote me a price on a new cooling system. Supreme Heating & Cooling sent Glenn out. He was empathetic and very competent. He gave me two options including the purchase of new cooling system. However, Glenn was able to do a temporary fix on my old R22 unit to get me through the weekend until Monday. The new system he presented was a quality brand and was priced fairly. The office manager Rita was a pleasure to work with and she was very helpful. Joe was very helpful during the installation of my new system. I highly recommend Supreme Heating & Cooling. I will be a customer for life.

Great customer service and overall great experience. We were smelling a burning scent coming from our A/C and came to the conclusion that it was time for a new unit after 12 years. A close friend recommended this company. We called on a Wednesday, the owner came over Thursday to give an estimate (which was more reasonable than all 3 estimates that we had received). By Saturday we had a brand new unit installed. Joe and another crew member arrived timely and installed the unit inside and out taking great care by protecting my floors and the area in which they were working. The A/C has been working great and keeping us cool. We also received an upgraded smart thermostat with the purchase. I would recommend Surpreme to anyone looking for an honest, locally owned and reasonably priced A/C install and service company.

Mr. Joe did an excellent job. I had to call him because my A/c was making noise after the electric company fiddled with it and they said it need to be fixed. Joe was very punctional and fixed everything in just a few minutes.

I called Supreme Heat/air to get an estimate for installing a new reversing valve on our 4 yr old Rheem 3.5 ton ac unit...Joe came out and told me that he was going to quote me on a new ac unit because the reversing valve that I needed was more than $3500..he quoted me $4956.00...blew my mind...I called Betz ac in wylie and Kevin replaced reversing valve for $1335.00 and the heat pump/ ac system works like a charm...I saved over $3600.00 by callIng Betz...Supreme heating and air should be ashamed...Im a senior citizen and he was trying to rob me....DO NOT TRUST SUPREME HEATING AND AIR.

Our AC was frozen over and when I called Supreme Heating & Cooling on 4th of July, JOE answered and the next day they on 5th - Joe and his co-worker Robert, came over and fixed our AC. Were really professional, they explained everything what happened and how, cleaned the AC unit, checked the upstairs.If you ever need an AC/heating company - I would always recommend them. We took a shot on Supreme Heating and Cooling, and on Joe. We could not be happier. Joe added us to his schedule at 7pm and was out here on time and well past dark on a fridged cold night. His care, demeanor, and honest concern for our ability to stay warm on a bitterly cold night showed in everything he did. His prices honestly had me asking myself if I was under paying the man.....If you need help and you dont have a service you know to call, call Joe and his people. Youll be glad you did.

Called this company in an emergency (I was burning up) and they arrived quickly. Great prices and service! They were all very friendly and got the job done without any hassle. Wouldnt hesitate to call this company for any heating & cooling services in the future.

Came out quickly and helped with my issues. I was offered and accepted a yearly service plan which was only $30 more than the service call. For the extra money I got my system checked out and the condenser unit cleaned of debris. Also got a couple of estimates to replace the existing unit. Tim was very courteous and professional. Will use them for all my ac needs.

Excellent response time to my inquiry on HomeAdvisor. Arrived quickly and fixed the problem. The first contractor was talking replacement ($$$$) and Sam repaired, charged less than I was expecting and offered to clean the carpet where my overhead ladder had made a mess. Very personable and I will definitely use this company again.

Called on Friday night and Joe arrived by noon on Saturday. LISTENED to me and was sure what the problem was. He went straight to the capacitor outside and tested it. It was bad and he replaced it. A/C came on with cold air within a few minutes. Pricing was reasonable. Also balanced one of my outside units that was crooked. Very professional and very personable. Also military vet.

Theres no way these reviews are actual people and my experience was so poor. I wont get into details but I will say keep looking and dont take a day off to meet them up they missed 2 appointments of 4. In fact nobody even called and they just said oh we missed it hahaha. tech was nice but miss informed. Its a really long story Im easy going and wont throw anyone under the bus but keep peaking around. We had to have another company come in anyways because we couldnt get them back out. Other company came same day and we had to pay to get our ac serviced again few days apart. Bummer. Happy hunting people

Our AC unit stopped working.We called a friend and they recommended Supreme Heating & Cooling.They came to fix my AC unit in no time and on a hot Sunday afternoon during the Labor Day weekend. Supreme has been out to my house a few times over the last couple years and they are a top-notch organization. Recently, a 4-year old unit installed by a previous AC company was on the fritz and I called Supreme because they are now my company of choice. Since it was a leak issue still under warranty by my old AC company, they advised me to call them. The old company denied it was a leak issue, but Supreme came back out for a 2nd opinion and sure enough, there was definitely a leak which the other company finally did own up to and correct. If it had not been for Supreme, who knows how much money I would have been out when things really went south with that other unit! This is why I have been with Supreme for 2 years now - they are honest, have high integrity, quick service, and they keep the bad guys on their toes! They are the BEST HVAC company in the entire metroplex, and they have our business for life!
