David did an amazing job fixing our master bath light fixtures in our new home. He even went above and beyond by helping us replace other bulbs not on our work order and addressing our concerns and questions. Very professional and provides exceptional customer service.

Very lazy. Not and organized company. They send workers out who dont know what they are doing. They have been coming to my house almost two years. A lot of the plumbers look like they came from TDCJ. Once my warranty runs out this company is not to step foot on my property. This the fourth time they put this rod up and it keeps falling down.

David Curiel, an electrician with L&S Mechanical, is quite simply the best skilled tradesman that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. On two separate occasions, David remedied my electrical issues in a prompt and professional manner. He also patiently answered all of my questions and made suggestions to help mitigate future issues. He quickly assessed the problems with my outdoor faucets and irrigation system, explaining each step of the process in clear terms. His expertise was evident, and I appreciated how he took the time to address my questions.The repairs were completed efficiently and effectively, and Jamie ensured everything was functioning perfectly before he left.

Victor was very thorough in analyzing our heating problem and gave us good information on the way forward along with a cost estimate to help us in our decision making process. Ultimately it led to the purchase and installation yesterday of a brand new upgraded air conditioner/heater. Victor worked smart and hard in setting everything up, and he did a great job in explaining all the features. A+

Chris Garrett is the absolute best! He came to my home to fix a broken water main pipe and was fully dedicated to do it by himself since they were short staffed. Never complained, was so professional and his work was of the highest quality. He needs to be promoted and recognized, since workers like him are hard to find and keep. Mystified to Chris Garrett!!!

Chris was timely for the appointment and went straight to work. He was very polite and finished several things before he left. I would welcome him should we need a plumber again.

The service provided was great! Out a/c went out Saturday morning by Saturday evening we were back to our home cooling off. We had to wait our turn for service on a Saturday but that was to be expected. Once the technician made it to our house that evening it didn’t take long to fix the problem. It took the technician about 30 minutes to what he needed to do. He was pleasant and provided all the details concerning the issue to my husband. I would refer this company to others.

Clayton called to let me know he was 10 minutes away. When he arrived he was courteous, professional and explained what he intended to do to resolve my toilet issues. I am very impressed with this young man.

Christopher Garrett was exceptional! He called in advance to provide ETA of his arrival and when he arrived he was courteous and professional. He changed out the toilet seat in our new home and even explained what to do if we experienced “slippage of seat” in the future 😊.

Joe was on time. Very cordial. Straight to work. I am a wiring handyman but this had an unusual wiring in an outlet which he recognized shortly. He then cleaned his work area, promoted his business and politely left.

Kyle is the most amazing plumber!! I’d give him 10 stars if I could!! All the plumbing in my house was backed up and he fixed it all!! Not only did he come after business hours and exuded professionalism, but he voluntarily fixed other issues that I didn’t even request to be fixed such as increasing the temperature of my shower. He was very thorough and checked everything before leaving. He answered every question I had and addressed every concern. I’m personally requesting him if I ever run into any more plumbing issues. Id recommend him to anyone!

David was here today and replaced the smoke detector batteries and advised me about installing a surge protector in the garage. I think I will have one installed in January. He found a GFCI outlet that had been tripped during a heavy rain preventing our outside lights from working. We appreciate him and L&S!

Installed a replacement electric tankless hot water heater for me and did a great job!

He called 30 minutes prior to arriving, followed ALL Covid Safety Compliance protocols without ever being prompted. The service order was to replace our standard Stainless Steel plumbing fixtures to upgraded Bronze fixtures and he did an amazing job.Everything is as expected and he was very professional. David was great. The meticulously assessed everything inside and out. He went out of his way to educate me on the electrical requirements of different electronics. Such as computers and vacuums that could potentially cause breakers to flip. Clayton is an awesome guy. He fixed my freeze break outside hose bib. Answered all my questions patiently.

I would appreciate it if the technician would come with a check sheet and perform the maintenance according to the check sheet and at the end of the maintenance for them to give me a copy with any notes required and both our signatures for not only my records but L&S as well. I have been with L&S since my house was built. L&S did all the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC for my new house and the preventative maintenance has been done by them all 7yrs. The check list was provided back then just wish they would start using it again and give us customers a copy of the maintenance performed.

Justin addressed additional work listed but not on his schedule. He identified problems which others missed and the solution. He was professional and efficient. Because of his work I will sign up for the maintenance program.

Fernando was attentive, concerned and identified the root problem quickly. He resolved the issue at present and made sure to let him know if another problem comes up.

Tim was methodical, professional and friendly. I had a minor problem that preventer the furnace from running. He corrected it and explained how it occurred and how to check in the further. Great and promot service.

Gustavo Aguilar did a great job in finding out the issue and explaining in full details and next steps.

Although both times he came to my home was due to a builder contract issue, I will keep this company for future reference and specifically ask for Chris. Whatever you do, stay far away! They misinstalled our second story toilet and refused to fix it when it inevitably began to leak and cause damage to our ceiling. Thousands out of pocket for us to cover a mistake they made.

Amanda came out to repair my dryer outlet and change out the breaker to my oven. She was very quick, professional, and knowledgeable. She got us back in working order in what seemed like 10-15 minutes tops. A+

The two men sent by L & S to replace my vents in my new house were excellent. They switched out the incorrect vents and replaced them and cleaned the floors. They checked their output and effectiveness. They explained the problem and answered all my questions. Quick, efficient and effective. Good experience all around.

My wife and I were very pleased with work done by Christopher Garrett. During the construction of a home next door to ours the construction company broke a water line going to our home causing some sediment get trap in our faucets especially that if our primary bedroom shower stall resulting in low water pressure. Christopher was able to clear the water pressure problem from the shower stall. Now the water pressure in the shower stall is back to normal, thank you very much for your help in resolving this issue.

I had an issue with HVAC few months ago and L&S came in they did air balancing. I was told that this air balancing work is valid for one year and they can come in do minor tweaks if there is an issue.As summer approached we noticed that A/C is not blowing much air in master bed room and all the air is going to living room. I called L&S and made an appointment. On the day of appointment got a call from customer service saying there is a $200 charge for the tech to come in. I told her that if they need to do the whole house balancing then i can pay from my pocket not for the minor tweak. We agreed and she noted that.Tech didnt showed up and when i called the customer care they changed the price to $375. First they didnt explained why tech didnt showed up. Second they doubled the price by evening. I wouldnt waste my time with L&S. I am ok to pay $375 if there is an issue from my side.I was clearly told that they do minor tweaks with no charge for one year. They are not professional. I took off from my work and waiting for the tech today. I do not recommend L&S for your home repair.

Cesar is a pro. Described everything he was doing and even showed photos of his work. Not sure if the actual problem is fixed yet, but he did what he could for now*****The next day - problem has not been fixed. Primary bedroom and bath have no heat. Cesar was great, but the issue hasn’t been resolved.

We have had a gas leak issue for 2 days now from a new build that L&S is responsible for. They sent someone out that was not capable of fixing the issue and supposedly scheduled for someone else to come out that was more knowledgeable. I have yet to hear back from anyone. They claim to have an after hours emergency line but we have left multiple messages and no one picks up the phone or responds. I guess they dont consider gas leak an emergency?We also had a bath tub leak issue from their install that has not been fixed for months. 3 people have come out to try to fix it and its still not done. I have given up on that one.

During a 5 day stretch of 100+ degrees in DFW, our AC went out! L&S did a great job procuring and then installing my new part in 24 hours!! Cesar G (our tech) did a great job!

Victor was Very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He was the first tech to find that the thermostat was located in wrong place and my unit had too much freon in it.

Joe quickly identified and corrected the issues with the GFCI plugs in our bathroom. He was super friendly and courteous.

Marcus showed up on time to take care of my toilet problem (float in water tank). He showed me how to turn the water off and on (pull round knob out and push back in). He cleaned the tank and changed out the flushing mechanisms very quickly. We thought the issue was fixed and he left. Unfortunately when I checked later in the day the problem was worse than when he got there. The tank was making dripping and flushing noises all night. I need to schedule another service visit.

10/10 would NOT recommend this company. We moved into our brand new build in summer of 2020 and started out having HVAC issues, almost like we got a lemon of an AC. We had techs come out 6+ times and they never fixed the issue, only made it bearable. Fast forward to now, we are trying to sell our house and the inspector found the same issue and is requesting that it be fixed for the buyer. Come to find out, L&S noted our account that they will no longer come out to address this issue even though it was never fixed by them in the first place! Service has been absolutely awful and I would never purchase another house if anything was installed or serviced by them. DONT DO IT.

Ryan was very professional and took great care of all of our questions and concerns. Because of him alone and all his helpfulness I decided to do a year worth of maintenance service. He did an amazing job and both me and my wife were happy with his punctuality and actually listening to our concerns instead of just ignoring them like techs of the past. Above and beyond.

Jason did a great job on the repair of my heating system. He was very knowledgeable about the system and kept me informed on the progress.. He found problems in the system and after each one was resolved he didnt say it was fixed and walk away. He continued to ensure that everything was checked and found a major problem in the gas line that was something that normally never happens. He did an excellent job and I would recommend him and his company.

David came out to my new house today because we had a couple outlets that weren’t functioning in our master bath. He checked the other outlets, breaker box and performed other electrical services. Plus he took the time to adjust a couple of face plates that were tilted off center. Thank you, David!

Harold came out and did a thorough check on my system. He was able to identify the issue fairly quickly and provided me with solutions.
