Been using Levy & Sons for over 15 years.They installed our first system over 12 years ago and have been in charge of our maintenance before and ever since. Levy&Sons employees are always friendly, professional and on time. Highly recommended business. Recently(10/30/24)we had Juan do our winter service and the system needed attention. We decided a complete new system installed using their Advantage Program was perfect for us. The team done an excellent install in a cramped and narrow closet and I was amazed at the attention to detail that was used. They were on time, worked hard and finished with everything left the way it was when they arrived. Thanks Anthony for the patience in such a tough and tight installation. Working out a plan for the new system couldn’t have been easier and Kevin explained that we had several options. With his help and advice, we made the best decision possible for our family. Just wanted to say thanks again for the Expert service over all the years and the future.

Matt and Joe visited us today for the maintenance service and they did a excellent job. They were professional and helped us with good recommendations to keep our HVAC system maintained. Highly satisfied with their service.

I wouldnt recommend this company if it was the last one left. Sloppy work, over priced, unprofessional, this company busted a huge hole in my brick then say its not there problem that theres a hole in my house. They then dig under my house which their previous rep had said it was a slab leak and not a wall leak. But unfortunately the second day crew didnt care. I now have to find a Mason to hopefully match my brick bc they didnt save it. By the end of it I find out my water heater went out and called them back to check about the only cold water. When their professionals said lets recharge the heating element. which is impossible, its either replace the element or new heater. Customer service is not a priority with this company

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and feel like I was overcharged for a service that didn’t resolve the issue.My furnace wasn’t blowing hot air and kept turning off and on. The technician arrived at 9:48 AM, inspected the unit, and believed the problem was a dirty flame sensor. After cleaning it and reassembling the furnace, the issue persisted. Ultimately, we discovered that the real problem was a frozen flue on my roof, preventing proper exhaust. Since the technician couldn’t access the roof, I now have to call another company to fix it.Despite not fixing the issue, I was charged $349—$99 for the service call and $241.80 to clean a flame sensor that wasn’t the actual problem. After I complained, they waived the service fee, but I still paid $241.80 for an unnecessary service. The technician left at 10:40 AM, and I’m still without heat.I understand service fees, but charging that much for a misdiagnosis feels unfair. I expected better transparency and accountability. If you’re considering using this company, be aware of their pricing and make sure you’re paying for actual solutions, not guesswork.

I liked these guys a lot at first. Over the past year however, it became all about NEW sales. “How can we get you to replace your equipment?” Coincidently, both our systems, we were told, needed full replacement within the first year post warranty. The tech who came by our house actually said, “I’m the guy that gives bad news” before he even looked at anything. Clearly the mandate at Levy is Sell, sell, sell!!! I need a trusted partner not a car dealer. We dropped them. Too bad, they were great back in the day. The quote for one system by the way was over 20k!

Brent and Thomas provided outstanding service during our annual plumbing inspection. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and did a complete inspection of our plumbing system. During the inspection they pointed out things which may need repair and explained in detail what the process would be. No high pressure sales, just good information. Would definitely recommend for future applications.

Juan and Fabian did a great job! Explained everything in detail to me so I felt comfortable with what they were doing. They were timely and respectful of my time/schedules! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends!

Ive been with this company since 2017, and they take pride in their work, we had a 20 year old system running on bandaid and finally decided to flip to the future base on cost and recommendations finally coming to a head. Thank you again, Levy and Son.

Kevin, Ron and Jonathan came out in the heat for my AC. They arrived and went straight to work., They had pictures and explained what each one represented.. They presented options and offered quotes for each with no pressure for anything. They have time frames on how long I could continue with what I currently have. All 3 are knowledgeable, open to questions and helpful. I definitely recommend them. Easy to schedule as well.

Matt and Brad arrived as scheduled and thoroughly checked everything. I appreciated their personal touch while still being professional. I would have preferred to not have the sales pitch for a new unit or the warranty program but they respectfully stopped when i asked. Great personal service. Thanks guys

Been with Levy for ages because of their dependability and quality of work. Brent And Thomas came out this week and did just an amazing job as always. They have been here before and when I heard it was them I was very confident that there would be no hiccups and the problem would be taken care of quickly. I was right. 😁

Encountered problem on a Saturday evening with clogged main sewer lateral line from street to our house. Called Levy & Son that night, and they scheduled plumber to come out the following morning, on a Sunday. Brent arrived, quickly diagnosed problem and snaked sewer line to successfully remove blockage, all within less than 2 hours. Brent was highly knowledgeable, very courteous, professional and patient, answered all my questions and explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. He offered good recommendations for a follow-up video sewer line inspection, which I plan to schedule. I was very satisfied with Levys and Brents work and their responsiveness on a weekend.

Two nice guys in two vans came to my house to fix two running toilets. After thirty minutes, and installing about $50 worth of parts they charged me $500. I’m feeling overcharged.

I was very thankful for the personal responsiveness good communication up to and through the service experience I had with Levy & Son. I felt that they expertly advised me on the best course of action and that Todd did an excellent job on our repairs. My work involved a city permit, and I appreciated the great inter-company communication they had in making sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend.

The guys came out for our plumbing and heating/AC maintenance this week. Professional in appearance and manner, thorough, and presented options for upgraded care options for our systems. No pressure to buy, but pros and cons and moved on. We are happy with Levy& Son Service Experts and recommend them highly.

Brent and Thomas rescued me right before thanksgiving! Hot water was pouring from my water heater and Brent and Thomas were able to repair the water heater in under an hour! They made sure there was no air in the line, re-lit the water heater, and walked through the charges with me before doing the work. Dependable, professional and all you could ask for in a plumbing professional! Great job Bent and Thomas. Happy Thanksgiving!

Plumbers Antonio and Alex were super helpful. Antonio came and resolved by drain issue quickly. Alex helped to get me scheduled for the service. Everything was great but I wish the dispatchers were more on top of getting jobs scheduled and were as friendly as the plumbers.

Antonio was quick, efficient and friendly. His communication about our issue was A+. We were grateful to get the gas back up and running at our tenants home on a Saturday in freezing weather and couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Brent did a great job and is the reason I continue to use Levy & Son. They came the next day and always have the best customer service. Brent answered all my questions, fixed a leaky faucet & drained my water heater. Highly recommend!!

First time using Levy & Son. Brent and Thomas fixed my clogged garbage disposal right away. They arrived within window time, called ahead to confirm arrival. Great customer service, friendly, and knowledgeable. I’d used them again.Only downside is cost. They are comparable to Baker’s Brothers.

I have been doing business with Levy and Son for many years. I have spent many tens of thousands of dollars with them after a 40 year stint in this house. I have never had anyone show up late. I have never had anyone perform on a subpar level. Simply put, you will not be sorry getting them to do your plumbing work. They are professionals to the core. I wish that all my service providers were as reliable as these guys.

Juan and Matthew came today for our scheduled tune up. They both were very professional and elaborated on several things that I did not know about. They were detailed with their findings and recommended some great solutions that would be beneficial for me when the time comes. Than you.

I was told that the our furnace needed over $2,500 in repairs and could not guarantee that it would work. Strongly recommended that we replace the unit for $17,000. Landon from Baker Brothers looked at the unit and cleaned the flame sensor and everything fired up and was working correctly for $159. Definitely will call Baker Brothers first next time.

Incredible service. Brent and Thomas were running behind schedule and as we were the last appointment of the day they politely called and asked if we still wanted them to come. We are so happy they did! What appeared to be two small clogged drains resulted in about three hours of work. Brent and Thomas were friendly, professional and provided us with details throughout the job. They also recommended routine maintenance to prevent recurrences. Ultimately they were here until after 9:30pm and never complained. Great guys. Levy will be the last plumbing company we will ever use.

Mathew Madsen and Dagoberto Rodriguez arrived within the scheduled time, promptly got to work on servicing the system and equipment. They changed the system filter and cleaned the compressor of built up debris and then inspected the system to make sure there were no other issues. They were both pleasant and professional. They did a very good job, I am very happy.

Trey Henning came out to do the Advantage Plan maintenence on both of my HVAC units and called to let me know when he was on the way. He was here for 2 hours and was very thorough, explained what he was going to do and showed me pictures of before and after. He was very personable and knowledgeable and provided top notch service! 9/10/2024Bobby, Alex and Anthony did the furnace install in a little over 6 hours! They were all very friendly, and they even swept the leaves out of my garage! 1/2024I called to request service for heater not working and Joe and Elias were able to come the same day. I was hoping to have the issue resolved before the very cold weather moved in the following week. I knew the furnace needed to be replaced and had been putting it off for years so it was not surpising to hear that the time was definately now. The new furnace goes in at the end of the week and I will be ready for the cold weather! Thanks Levy & Son for another job well done. 1/2024Fred was very personable and friendly and a pleasure to work with. He made great recommendations and was able to take care of an issue on the spot.

Started out as a clogged drain and a backyard faucet replacement, but it was clear more was involved on the drain. One hydro-jet and camera battle later, it turned out the entire north side run from the kitchen had deteriorated on the bottom of the pipe, badly. Xavier, Alexis, and Carlos dig crew got things squared away in a few days.These guys were professional, patient, and always clear about what was involved. Yes its an expensive repair, but with a 50-year old house, these things are bound to happen.

Kelvin and Jared are amazing. Their work is fantastic. I get great service every time they do my service. I love Levy and Sons.

We were in a bind and Antonio came to the rescue. A gas leak was detected outdoors so of course the gas company shut it off. Antonio was there within a a couple of hours to assess the issue and make plans to address. It involved bringing in diggers, etc. Antonio kept me up to speed and ensured that every step moved along safely but quickly. He was very empathetic to us not having hot water or heat in the winter. We have been Levy and Son clients for years and this is why - they always step up when there is an issue.

Highly recommend asking for Glenn and Jason! They were both incredibly polite and professional. They made sure I understood what caused the problem and what my options were. I truly felt they went above and beyond with their level of service and made sure I was educated in my decision making. They continue to earn not only our business because of this, but we also highly recommend them to our friends and family when in need of Glenn, Jason, and the Levy & Son’s services.

Had to have a follow up visit later this same day. Jesus and Alex came and were amazing. They came after hours to deal with a small fluke plumbing issue that “came out of left field”.

Todd (technician) was very professional. When he was finished with the toilet install (toilet was provided by me), he explained the remaining issues (my toilet seat did not properly fit the new bowl, the toilet model has an adapter that would need to be accessed through the hidden bolt hole if anyone needed to work on it) and how to fix them. He was quick and efficient. I welcome him to perform work in my home in the future.

Showed up during the window of the appointment provided on a Sunday morning. Fixed my clogged sink in an hour, charged $530, to snake to the drain, before our guest arrived for a parry.

Juan was here to perform our seasonal maintenance on our system.Juan was very polite and explained everything he did as he went along.He sold us on a new maintenance agreement and had our UV light upgraded to a new better system that replaces the other one that came with our unit.

We have been using Levy & Sons for almost 50 years and on Tuesday (Oct 15, 2024) under our membership they came to clean on our 2 AC and Air Handlers for the fall inspection. After their inspection their Sales Consultant advised that we needed the upstairs Air Handler Vents cleaned. He told me that it would take approximately 5 hours and I said go ahead. He made me sign some papers on his iPhone & I didn’t have my glasses. He arranged to have my vents cleaned today Oct 17, 2024. Yesterday I called and asked him to send me a quote which he did. Today 2 gentlemen turned up from levy & sons at 9:45 am and I showed Evan the upstairs where all the vents were located (8 vents in total) and Evan said it would take them 1 to 1-1/2 hours to complete including disinfectant. They went ahead and completed the job in 1-1/2 hours and presented me the bill in the amount of $2,099.00 less $315.50 as a membership fee leaving a total of $1,776.50 I couldn’t believe the figure and I checked with several of the top duct cleaners in the Dallas area and asked how much it would cost to clean 8 cents including disinfectant and their prices were from $185.00 to $675.00 max I paid the price as I didn’t read the original contract. However, after nearly 50 years using Levy & Sons, this is the last day that I will ever use them again.Tim Carnell

Miguel and Luis did a great job replacing 2 of my HVAC systems. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. They did their job well and explained everything that was done. They showed me how to work the new thermostats on the apps as well.I trust Service Experts. I have used them for years and have always felt they did a good job.

Awesome services. I was serviced by Thomas and Brent on a slab leak repair. They were both really helpful and answered all my questions during a stressful situation. Also finished the job really fast!

Alfredo Escobar and his helper came out today to fix a gas leak I had. They arrived quickly and got to work immediately. Escobar explained everything to me and was able to stop the leak and repair the gas pipe so I no loner have to worry about it. I will definitely use this company again.

Ran into a plumbing emergency on a Sunday afternoon. From the moment I called until the work was completed, top notch service. Great communication from the staff, plumber was great to fix my issues.

I needed a few leaking valves replaced in my kitchen and garage before moving into my house. Levy and Son came by and did a nice clean repair and checked for any possible leaks. They noticed my toilet valve was sticking and replaced it for free as a first-time home buyer gift. Thank you Glenn and Jason for the excellent customer service and clean installation. Ill definitely use Levy and Son for my next bathroom project.

Kyle and Kevin came out bright and early after a 2:30am call for an AC unit that had cooled its last. They arrived promptly and were very open with their processes. After 15 or so minutes, they diagnosed and gave best steps. They presented multiple options with no pressure for anything. They said what was offered and what they recommended. The process for setting up repairs was smooth, both guys are knowledgeable and kind. Would recommend them both and they’d be the first people I’d call for help! Simply put, they were great!

We have had Levy and Sons do quarterly maintenance on our unit for the past two years and have always been satisfied with their work. This past time, Tim was quick and efficient. Highly recommend for commercial maintenance.

My Annual HVAC maintenance was performed today by Levy & Son Service Experts. Received a call from KYLE with their ETA. Upon arrival he explained what they will service today and BRAD performed the maintenance and after summarized the services performed. Great overall experience today. This team was prompt, courteous, friendly and are highly recommended. Thanks KYLE and BRAD.

They bomb your phone with calls insisting that they schedule a system inspection. When I finally allowed them to come over, my unit started acting wierd and has not functioned the same since. Another frustrating thing about them is that they keep charging me random amounts and when I call to inquire about the amounts they say they dont know and that someone will contact me about them since they cant see what is going on. I have yet to receive a call from the so called billing specialist. For example in the month of November they charged my credit card twice for $15, then when I call to ask why they say they cannot see those amounts. Today December 20, 2024 they charged my account $30 when I called to ask why, the lady on the phone said that its a past due amount, but again they charged my account in the month of November twice so how is that a past do amount. Its frustrating dealing with harassing calls, a lagging system that they more than likely caused, and billing issues that they cannot resolve. Please stay away from their services. Simply pay the extra cash for your thermostat unit elsewhere and avoid the hassle of dealing with Levy and Sons.

Contacted Service Experts (Levy & Son) and they were able to schedule me very quickly. Kyle Mayberry is a very good consultant. Kyle was very knowledgeable, personable, and transparent through our discussions. Kyle addressed all of my questions and was very resourceful. It is great to see when individuals take their profession seriously, like Kyle, and always place their best foot forward. He was not pushy trying to make a sale, instead, Kyle shared his knowledge with me so I can make a well-informed decision. Javier Hernandez is an excellent tech—-very knowledgeable and caring and customer oriented. He explained the problems and all the advantages and disadvantages of the possible solutions without any pressure. He went the second mile to keep our bill as low as possible. He is very pleasant to deal with. He did a very good job in getting everything back in working order for us.

Freddie came out to do our regular tune up. Recommended a duct clean out. He showed me pictures and their price to do it but was not pushy at all. We’ve been using them for years and they always do a great job!

Let me start by saying I am in a rental that has had ongoing AC issues. Levy & Son were called this morning and arrived this afternoon, Glenn and Kyle (I think) did a very professional job of diagnosing the issue which frankly couldnt be fixed with one visit. During our discussion they did offer some alternatives to what I was doing that might help, which I am going to implement just in case the owner/agent wont make the recommended repair. Overall, this was the first company to take the time to explain the issue, offer alternatives, and most importantly not pretend to a quick fix. I highly recommend Levy & Son if you want quality, ethical service, and good outcomes.

Kyle & Alan serviced our a/c heat systems. Both men were neat, respectful and thorough during our service time! We hope we will see them again! Most impressed with their professionalism!

Kyle and Dago were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient for our fall HVAC service. They alerted me about some worn components, but did not suggest replacement yet on our old system. No issues with this service call whatever.

Alejandro and Ruben were very helpful. I had a emergency with my shower faucet that would not turn off and was continuously running water. I called Tyler & Sons now Levy & sons i guess and they were able to help me out. The pair were very polite and respectful of my home. They fixed the problem within the hour. They are a bit pricey for repairs but they will help when you are in a pinch. Thank you for all of your assistance today!

We received our annual plumbing inspection from Levy and several problem areas were identified. Javier and his assistant were quick to offer solutions and reasonable pricing. The work was completed the same day. Very well done.

Javier and Alexis came to our house to repair our kitchen sink and dishwasher. They were on time, polite and extremely careful in their work. Javier patiently and expertly walked me through every step of the process. They were quick to assess the issues we were having and gave us options for proceeding. In the end, the work was done quickly and completely. Our new sink looks great, and we appreciated their advice for issues going forward. Definitely a five star experience.Also, this week, we had a pressing issue in our front yard with a broken pipe. Alfredo came out the next day to assess and confirm the problem. Levy realized the problem couldn’t wait and had the provlem fixed within 24 hours at half the cost of another plumber’s quote. Alfredo was super friendy and knowledgeable. We really appreciated the care and attention.

Alan and Kyle repaired my air conditioner this afternoon. They arrived within a short 2-hour window on time. They changed out a broken part and did it all within 15- minutes. They were personable and very professional. I couldn’t be happier with their service performance today. Thank you Levy & Son

Glenn McDonald came out to perform the annual home inspection. Glenn was completely thorough in his written report of the description of items inspected. He also went over the report orally. Glenn provided A++++ service. I will be requesting Glenn the next time I contact Levy & Son for sure.

Kevin and Kyle came to my home today for routine maintenance of my HVAC system. I told them I was finally ready to replace my system and asked them to go over all of the options and financing with me. I had a ton of questions, and they were extremely patient with me. Kyle made a phone call to make sure he was providing me with 100% accurate information. They were both so personable and helpful, and in the end, I have all the information I need to share with my family as we make this important new investment for our home. Edit:Response from Levy & Son: no follow up re: unethical behavior of tech who is either fully incompetent or lying about the unit needing new parts.the response was basically stating that the flat rate is for my protection in case the job takes longer or is more detailed than anticipated. Well that is basically telling me they are either crooks or they think their techs can’t identify issues properly. Unbelievable. Just stay away from this company.One of our units stopped blowing cool air last night. Levy installed all new units for us 6 years ago and has done all PM yearly since installing. The tech came out today and essentially LIED about needing $6000 worth of repairs - mind you the PARTS are under warranty so the $6000 was for LABOR ONLY! They would have replaced a coil and fan motor. The tech was either incompetent or deceitful. They did charge $995 for the capacitor replacement - which was under warranty. Immediately called a different HVAC company to come for a 2nd opinion - they ran diagnostics that refuted the need for the parts LEVY and SONS tried to sell me and ended up adding freon and changing the filter - which the previous tech DID NOT do for that $995 charge. I will never use LEVY and SONS again based on this very deceptive service call and will make sure I tell anyone on social media requesting recommendations NOT to use them - I will be recommending our 2nd vendor instead.

Great experience with Todd B, he was super professional, kind and helpful. The company website was helpful, responsive and I was able to book an appointment the same day I researched plumbing companies.

After receiving a free inspection through electric provider back in the summer they stated compressor was going out and I needed replacement, they recommend my whole system to be replaced 27k. My unit ran great all summer ( this is shameful )

This review is for the L&S Tech, Dago. He came to our house to address our A/C being out. He took his time and thoroughly investigated the system. We have a Trane system, which I understand L&S is now a Lennox Shop. Given Dago previous worked for Trane, he had the knowledge to understand the problem and he was able to get our system functioning again. We are now waiting on a new thermostat which is the root of the problem. I cant say enough how outstanding Dago was while here at our house. Thorough, knowledgeable and polite. Exceptional at what he does and he cares.

Levy & Sons did an amazing job taking care of me when my air conditioner went out. Because it was the middle of the summer and I was without air conditioning, they made sure to help me the same day. They even worked on a holiday to make sure I was taken care of. Jeff and Hugo installed my new units and not only did they do a great job but they waited for me to get home so they could walk me through the new system and the best way to operate it. They were both polite and more than happy to answer my questions. They even showed me how to use the new thermostat. Hugo and Jeff are awesome!!! Great experience all the way around.

1/7/25 update. Joe and Joseph came out today for my routine HVAC health inspection. We’re timely, friendly, and knowledgeable!! —Trey and Kyle came out to do a home health inspection on my HVAC system today. They showed up in the designated window and were very friendly and professional. They answered my questions and offered several tips regarding maintenance. Will be using them in the future for any issues that pop up.

Had a main drain issue from the air conditioners in attic above the second floor. Alejandro and Jesus did a great job in clearing the drain and installed a new clean out opening for any future issues. Very responsive and very fast.

From the person answering the phone and setting up the appointment for us to the service technician, they are friendly, helpful, and courteous. Alejandro Sanchez was our service technician and he is amazing. Really knows what he is doing and explained it well. We have been using Levy and Son for years and will continue to do so.

These two guys were very professional, kind and hard working. I had my AC maintenence done which had not been done in...a long time. They had to clean a dogs worth of Pyrenees hair.

In 2017 I bought an 8 mini splits (ductless) ac system from levy and sons, and it came with 10 years of free maintenance. Now in 2024 I felt the need to share my wonderful experience with this years annual maintenance, specifically calling out Ron, Freddie and Kenny.These guys treated me like family (good family not bad family), cleaned the heads, checked the freon, and scheduled follow up service for all the issues I brought up.Id like to especially thank Ron for asking about my water heater (which is from 2001) and hes looking into heat pump electric water heaters for me. Hopefully Ill be able to update this review after having my new water heater installed. 🤞 🍀

Phenomenal customer service! I called Levy & Son for my concerns at 3:30 PM and had a technician at my house by 4:30 PM. The technician, Alan Meyeraan , and representative, Kyle, were very professional. They diagnosed the issue in my unit and completed the job within 20-30 minutes. Their response time was incredibly quick, especially considering I called during a heat wave. I am very happy I chose Levy & Son and signed up for their maintenance membership. Antonio Martínez did a tremendous job replacing an old, out of date, broken shower faucet with a new shiny one that looks and works great.Two week later the house sprung a leak in the water line. Alfredo Escobar was able to immediately fixed the major leak, it took awhile to locate a smaller leak, but he and an associate carried out a detailed seismic inspection to find it.

Was very happy to get same day appointment. Javier was great. Very knowledgeable. Work was done promptly and he was very pleasant and helpful explaining exactly what he was doing, what caused the issues (with my toilets), and sharing preventative maintenance tips going forward. Will request him next time I call Levy.

We had concerns about being billed for something we thought had already been repaired by your company. Javier was professional and courteous in getting these matters resolved. We would be happy for either to come back for future services.

I recently used this company for an inspection based on their advertisement claiming the inspection was free. However, when the technician arrived, he only took basic readings on the system and then claimed it would cost another $600 to diagnose the actual issue. When I expressed that this additional cost was too high, I was informed there was still a fee for the visit, which was not clearly stated in the advertisement. This felt misleading and frustrating. Beware of potential hidden fees with this company.Update: another company came and actually resolved the issue for the amount of trip fee that was causedUpdate 2: Steve followed up and waived the initial fee for me due to the followup conversation I have decided to be bit moderate with my rating only because there is an actual feedback.Update 3( rating changed to reflect current issue): Cant believe calling this company would turn into a constant nuisance. Its been 3 month since I made a mistake of call ing them and apparently the last guys has been let go I assume because he cared about the customer and they are back to asking for a charge. DONT CALL THEM as they are just going to waste your time.

Having used Levy & Son - Service Experts for many years to maintain the HVAC system at my home, they have finally reached a new low in their service and deceptive recommendations to try to sell total systems when small repairs were all that were needed. In addition, their maintenance program (charged monthly) has gone up in price and no longer includes the filter. I am done with Levy and Son-Service Experts!

I had Levy & Son out today to service and flush my tankless heater. As it happens my hot water pipe going into my house failed last night. The joint and all the piping was pex connected with Sharkbite fittings done by prior home owners plumber. Bryan from Levy & Son came out not knowing about the issue that just came up and did a fantastic job explaining to me the cause and how to prevent it from happening again. In under 2 hours he flushed my tankless, redid my piping and the uninsulated pictures show how well it was put together. I would highly recommend Levy & Son and next time I will be asking for Bryan by name.

Manuel was able to do the impossible, after so many plumbers non of them knew what kind of pipes I had, they are just not used here in Texas, however after I got the right kind of parts he was able to work with them and actually fixed my issue. I am very very grateful for him and the extra time he took to resolve it.Both him and & Nick and even the prior plumbers at L&S that helped with my issue where very transparent, honest and willing to help even though my case was a bit different from what they usually do.Excellent service.

So, I’ve been informed the iron sewer pipes last on average about 50 years. Our house just turned 51 and guess what. We called Levy and they sent one of the most polite knowledgeable down to earth professionals I’ve ever met, his name is Cameron. He gave me several options and his professional opinion as to the course of action to help us. We opted to replace the entire main line. Now I’ll be honest, this is an investment to say the least. Cameron explained the entire process, gave us a good understanding as to the time frame of the project, and what to expect afterwards. After the digging was done, Cameron, Jesus, and another gentleman owns name I forgot installed the lines. I can’t express in words how great they were, if you get these guys on your project, you hit the jackpot. We had a small issue with water lines that Cameron expected, but he fixed it up with no problems.Bottom line, use Levy, and ask for Cameron!

I gave this company multiple opportunities to get things right, but unfortunately, they consistently fell short. After encountering an issue, I reached out to speak with a manager. Weeks passed, yet I received no call or email. I scheduled an appointment for service, and the technicians who arrived seemed unprepared, stating, Were not sure what were doing, but well try to figure it out in the attic. After five minutes, I asked for an update, and they responded, Not sure, trying to call someone. With a baby in the house and the summer heat, I couldnt risk the A/C malfunctioning, so I asked them to leave.I contacted Levy again, and they promised a manager would reach out, but I never received a call. Instead, I received an invoice with my forged signature, falsely indicating that the work was completed. I have been a customer of Levy for both my personal and commercial properties, but after a series of disappointing experiences, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Bryan Schaubroeck is a God-send. I was actually relieved to see him show up when I made an emergency call this moring to assess my Tankless water heater which just stopped working at 6am... He quickly assessed the situation and provided a full root cause analysis and even contacted his supervisor to ask for more time to fix my issue properly for longevity and to avoid repeat calls during this time of inclement weather. He explains things fully and assess the needs of the client and it very empathetic to the plight of the customer and their families!We will be requesting him every time as our regional tech. Bryan is Punctual trustworthy and has a wealth of knowledge.

Initially, I was very disappointed in the service they performed, but they went back and did a much better job the second time.This has value.I don’t expect them to be perfect every time, but I’m glad Joseph reached out to me and got this into a better place. Solid manager.Overall, ideally I would like the service to be done right the first time. But a solid 5 stars for getting things back on track and great following up. Good customer experience after a major complaint. Customer service is becoming a lost art. Levy And Son are the WORST service company with which I have ever dealt. Their guy came over on a Saturday afternoon and replaced a capacitor and charged me $573 for what should have been a $200 job. He also told me that I needed a new motor and it would cost $1100 and hed have to order it and would have it on Monday. Monday came around and he never called and I called another local HVAC company who got the motor locally and charged me $500 while Levy And Sons guy wanted to extort $1100 out of me for the same motor. The second companys service person also asked me a question that the guy with the Levy And Son should have asked. The service person from the second company asked me if my air conditioner was still under warranty which it was so I got the new motor for free.The second company was very professional and ethical and I will keep using them. Its my opinion that Levy And Son need to learn some business ethics. My experience with LEVY AND SON was the WORST EXPERIENCE that Ive had with a service company EVER!!!

We had the regular Advantage Program service today. Technician Freddie did an excellent job. He was more thorough than some of the previous technicians that have come. He checked the unit, washed the compressor fins down, checked the freon, changed the upstairs filter and looked at the electrical and mechanical components of the AC unit in the attic. I appreciate Freddie’s work and want to give him props for a job well done today.

Javier did an absolutely wonderful job of locating the hot water leak and repairing it. Since my house is on a pier and beam foundation, the water needed to be drained which took 2 days. For those 2 days, I didnt have hot water, but I at least had water. Once it was safe to go down in the crawl space, the leak was repaired.Javier was professional, knowledgeable, and so very pleasant. And, his apprentice, Alex, was wonderful as well. I would work with them again, and they are an asset to Levy & Son.
