I received excellent service from Energy Attic from start to finish! Each employee I interacted with was friendly, prompt, and professional. Brent did a thorough assessment of the attic and offered a solution that fit our needs and finances. We needed a lot more insulation in the attic. The installation crew came out the very next day and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result! We noticed an immediate difference in how long our HVAC system was running. I would definitely use Energy Attic again and highly recommend!

We accepted the BEST option that was recommended by Casey Moran to transform our attic. The difference is already evident with the addition of insulation, the radiant barrier, ductwork and a solar attic fan. The pictures speak volumes! I noticed an immediate difference in the airflow to the front bedroom, where we could not keep up with the direct sun for almost the entire day! I had to install a window unit to keep the room livable. This is going to make a huge difference in my energy bill, which was $496, $584 and & $586 for the last 3 months. From the get go these guys were quick to respond, quick to get here and quick to complete the work. I had several estimates and was a heavy lean to Energy Attic. I will be recommending Brent and EA to friends and family 👍🏼Oh yea and the 105+ days had my attic at 150+ degrees before radiant barrier. Since it was installed my attic hasn’t been above 115-120 and those were HOT days. Great results 🎉

These guys really know what they’re doing. Period. I know because I really put them through the wringer with my questions and scrutiny prior to approving the project to replace my old, embattled 5T HVAC system which had been limping along since moving into the home less than a year ago.As a licensed chemical engineer myself, I know enough from my day job that my original setup was in a sad state - not just because of age/disrepair, but also because of some atrocious design choices made many years ago. I needed an overhaul, and EnergyAttic delivered throughout an entire process: design, equipment selection, installation, and optimization. They entertained the myriad of technical questions I had; and when they didn’t know the answer, they made sure to put me in touch with someone that did and took notes. At one point they even brought in a corporate Lennox engineering rep to directly address my inquiries, which was certainly unexpected (but welcomed firmly by this engineer).While this is the type of engagement I expect when I find myself spending so much cash on something as engineered as an HVAC system/ducting (something I personally understand well), I also recognize that may not be the typical HVAC customer. With this in mind, I’ll be clear in stating that even though I may have been heavily involved in my own system design, I would fully trust EnergyAttic even if I wasn’t so informed. The guys who stayed with me this whole way (Andrew and Chris) were outstanding professionals that can easily explain complex issues and articulate the value of any options they present. Additionally, they employ some critical installation practices that are above and beyond what I’ve seen others do in the past, and these lesser-known/added steps are critical to ensuring that your system performs to the manufacturer’s nameplate conditions up to (and hopefully beyond) the upper expected lifespan limit of the equipment - steps I prescribe in my day job to reduce maintenance issues/costs and maximize equipment life. Lastly, their work was simply “pretty” and clean (see photo). It’s clear they take serious pride in their work!Ultimately, an investment in HVAC is an investment in comfort - both in terms of physical comfort in the conditioned space AND mental/financial comfort that you’ll have a system that performs as described for a long time (possibly well beyond “typical”). EnergyAttic knows how to deliver on this to maximize value (i.e. - [Comfort x Time]) for your money, and I’d be happy to work with them again in the future.

From the first interaction with Kristin to schedule a free inspection of my attic with Brent Hare to then scheduling the work to both blow in 8 inches of fiberglass insulation and install a radiant barrier with Summer, every step was a breeze. Brent was punctual and explained what he identified as the most beneficial things we could do to reduce our utility bills while also improving the air quality in our house. When I needed a little flexibility with scheduling the work to be performed, Summer was so pleasant and helpful. The crew showed up right on time and got to work immediately. They were diligent and efficient. They took before and after pictures and the comparison was amazing. The quality of their work is evident! I would not hesitate to use Energy Attic again, and I give them my highest recommendation!

I could not have been more impressed. From Brent coming out to do the estimate, to Stephanie following up with options, to the crew who came out for the install. They were all outstanding! The crew was very professional and efficient. When they were done, they offered for me to go up and see what they had done. I was shocked how level they were able to blow the insulation in. It was like a tabletop! They had a few dime size pieces follow them down on the garage floor where they stopped to clean that up immediately. With the extreme lack of customer service/satisfaction these days, working with yall truly was a breath of fresh air.

We hired energy attic for radiant barrier and insulation to R38. They did a phenomenal job from start to the end. Mike was very informative and the workers were very courteous and diligent. During the process one of our AC thermometer went out, and I thought it was something with wiring since they were up there but it ended up being the thermometer just went dead. They even replaced that for us without any cost, which I appreciated a lot. Thanks energy attic.

For a long time, we needed to act yet dreaded the experience of getting attic insulation. I cant say enough about the customer service I received from Energy Attic. From my first meeting with Andrew, to Kendra at the customer service desk, the install techs, the follow up techs, Chris, and Ethan, everything went smoothly and Im cool as a cucumber! Im retired and on an extremely limited income. I recently had Energy Attic install a new HVAC system, and I couldnt be more pleased with their service. From start to finish, the entire team was professional and friendly. They worked till 930 PM to get the job done correctly. They even installed an HVAC system at my mothers house and, during the process, discovered a gas leak. Cannot recommend this place enough. I live outside of Dallas and called in with a lot of questions, planning to do the job myself because I live so far away. Summer, who took my call, was patient and informative through 10 minutes of questions lol!At the end of the call she asked if I would be interested in paying them to do it. They gave me a great price and got it done within the week!What a great experience!

This company is a delight to work with! Brent was great! He answered all of my questions and quickly got me a quote. Due to some unexpected family health issues, we had to postpone the radiant barrier installation by a couple of weeks but when the crew showed up to do the work, they did an awesome job! Such a huge difference already in how comfortable our home feels now too! Looking forward to seeing our next energy bills as we know they will be down! Have had to do new AC system, radiant barrier, insulation, duct work and attic fan for a second story that was impossible to cool since we moved in 4 years ago. Not only is it finally comfortable upstairs on the hottest days, we are using substantially less electricity in the summer than we have in previous years. February 2022: Energy Attic repaired problems we experienced with our aging A/C system. They are patient to answer questions and willing to provide multiple solutions to consider. We never felt pressure to pay for anything we didn’t need. From the first person that answers the phone, to the person who does the work, their team is top notch.Update May 2022: with the rising temperatures, we realized our old air conditioner was just not going to make it through another year. It was time to bite the bullet and ask the team at Energy Attic to come replace the whole system last week, and we’re so glad we took the expert advice to invest in the two-stage 16 SEER unit. We’ve lived in this house for over 17 years and the air has never felt better. The immediate difference in steady air temperature and lower humidity is unbelievable! I can’t imagine how much better it’ll be when we do the radiant barrier and new attic insulation in the months ahead. Thank you!

Energy Attic replaced our attic insulation in April of 2024. We couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. David and his crew were excellent, they were in and out and did very thorough and high quality work. We have noticed a huge difference in the temperature and humidity regulation in our home as well as cleaner air quality.

Energy Attic did an outstanding job. They completely cleaned my attic of the old insulation, sanitized, sealed and sprayed in about 16” of new fluffy white fiberglass! Amazing! I would highly recommend them.

To start, just bought a new home and quickly realized we had a significant cooling issue on one side of the house. Energy attic quickly identified the problem, investigated, quoted, and installed the insulation missed by the builder/inspector/ etc nearly 20 yrs ago. My wife and I can already feel the difference and suspect we avoided some sweeting, huge electric bills and HvAc problems during this and future summers. If you have similar issues, I would be sure to give Energy Attic a call because the solution might be easier and cheaper than you think. Plus, who wants to be crawling around your attic when you can have them do it for you.

Energy Attic installed a radiant barrier, solar attic fan and extra insulation in our attic. Casey was great at explaining the process and even came by afterwards to make sure all looked good and was to our liking. The installers were professional and friendly. We had a small ceiling crack show up during the installationand someone came the next morning to repair it (looks as good as new). We hope to see lots of saving from this work come summer. We highly recommend Energy Attic!

Energy Attic was amazing from start to finish. I almost never leave reviews, but I needed to for these guys. Casey was our rep that came out and looked everything over. He gave us options for our attic insulation, and was very knowledgeable about each of the 3 options. As soon as we agreed with the quote, the next day we were called and got the insulation installation scheduled. The two guys who came out to do the work were nice, courteous, and did amazing work . Not to mention they got done FAST. It was maybe 2 hours time, but I think truly was closer to 1 hour 30 mins to 1 hour 45 mins. Casey followed up with us and was in great contact the whole time. Alexis even helped us get a bit of simple paperwork filled out so we could get a pretty large credit on our Garland Power & Light utility bill!Overall, our experience with this business was amazing, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their attic insulation worked on, or find a better solution for cooling/heating their house. Were already feeling the difference, and its only been 3 days. And we felt a difference the same day they finished!Cheers and I hope this review helps you.

Energy Attic re-insulated my 25 year old attic, but thats a misnomer as they do so much more than that! Andrew comes first and does a assessment on the best course of action to improve your attic. He was professional and very courteous as he explained that the he recommended the following:1. Vacuuming all the existing insulation from the attic.2. Sealing all ceiling air leakages (fan, light, bathroom fans, etc)3. Attic disinfection because of pests4. Installation of soffit baffles (not required when my house was built but very important)5. Blown in r49 insulation6. Installation of damper to even out cold master bathroom in winter7. Installation of turtle vent on unvented side of houseI accepted all recommendations and a few days later the install team directed by Paco show up exactly at the appointed time. They were very considerate of the home as they worked tirelessly on all the install items and after they left I could not even tell that they had been there.What a difference in the house after the installation. The HVAC hardly turns on any more and the whole house just feels friendlier (dont now how to describe it better).After that experience, I decided to use Energy Attic as my HVAC maintenance company. Again, Andrew came but I threw a curve ball at him by surprising him with 2 IWave-r units (great home air quality devices) that I wanted him to install in addition to checking out the HVAC system. No problem he replied and did a professional job in the installation. I have lived in Dallas for 40 years and in multiple homes and have never received service of this quality.

Super happy with this company. They were less than half the price of the lowest next bidder, but they actually did more work than the others promised. Brent was super professional and no pressure. The guys who actually came to do the work were also very professional. Zero complaints from me and nothing but a happy customer.

My family and I have used Energy Attic for all our HVAC needs and they have been amazing. Whether it was a small issue or our entire system needing to be replaced, all the technicians have been able to help us quickly and act professionally. The team is very qualified and we’re able to take us from our AC system dying on a Tuesday to a brand new system in less than a week during the busiest time of the year in greater than 100 degree weather. Could not recommend a HVAC company higher.

We had Energy Attic install a radiant barrier in our home to help reduce the brutal Texas heats impact on our home. Full transparancy we had some issues with the installation vs what we were told during the sales process...which happens sometime. Whats important is how Energy Attic handled it...they took care of the issues and even threw in some extras as an apology for the issues which says a lot about them and their drive to ensure the customer is happy. The home service went well.Id also like to acknowledge Cathy who works on scheduling appointments and answering questions. Shes a pleasure to speak with, can usually answer your questions right away. If not, she calls you back when she gets the information.

Called EnergyAttic because I was having problems with my new system (from another vendor, who couldn’t get it right). Chris came out and within 20 mins had diagnosed the problem and had a solution. Great job!

Our experience with Energy Attic was Great! Coordination was great, the service was quick, and everything was clean when they left our home. We are already feeling the difference - the attic is so much cooler and our A/C units are not working near as hard, even with the record temps.

JUST WOW!!! From getting the quote, to scheduling the appointment, to getting it installed. They did a phenomenal job! Great installation both outside and in the attic. They even rearranged ducts to make more space to go in my attic. Before they left, made sure to test the cooling, heating, setup thermostat and helped me with getting the app to control via phone. Dont use these guys. Waste of time. They come out to do an estimate but then have no follow-up when you have questions. All you get is there bot asking you if you want to buy. You cant buy when there is no one to talk to.

I researched multiple firms for insulation installation and it was between two different firms one of these being Energy Attic. I did go with the other firm just due to personal scheduling. That being said, I cannot say enough good things about Energy Attics professionalism and communication. Casey was my sales person and he was great! Very honest and upfront. He worked to do all that he could to suit my needs. Would absolutely recommend my friends and family to reach out to Energy Attic!

Multiple opportunities to complete agreed work promised before hired. I was told by theyre expert of areas the that still need addressed after the initial installation. They even sent me photos of the issues. They never came back out to complete the work. I have open gaps and can still see day light coming through my roof. Instead of completing the work they chose to run my credit card without my permission. Which I never gave them permission to store my credit card information quite concerning. Company stated a min of 20% energy savings when quoted. The trailer they showed up in stated 50% energy savings. My ac runs more now than it ever did before. Called to speak with them about the situation. Of course I dont mind paying for the work once completed or even if we have an action plan to address issues. Instead the manager told me they are done with the job. I was told they have zero intention to address any of the issues pointed out by theyre expert. He then told me to hire my own expert if I feel differently. All being said, the only expectancy I have is what was originally promised. A sealed, more energy efficient attic space.

Energy Attic sticks by their word and will do everything in their power to do the job right, or make it right if there is an issue. Our home was designed in an incredibly non efficient way which made it hard to keep the attic ventilated in our upstairs room. Energy Attic worked for months designing solutions to help correct our homes excessive heat issues. In the end, they were up front and honest when asked if there was a solution that would solve our problem completely. When they said there was no guarantee I knew that they were not in it for the money, but rather to help people solve their attic and home energy issues.

Need a new A/C unit? Don’t hesitate to call Energy Attic! Our units were almost 20 years old and we knew it was time to replace them. We called Energy Attic and spoke with Kendra. She scheduled Seth to come assess our situation. Seth was prompt for our appointment and was very professional and thorough. He explained available options and the following day we received his proposal. My husband called the office to ask about a few details and Ryan personally responded. We had both systems replaced. The entire crew was very professional; Lopez was meticulous with the installation. They covered our flooring with protective cloth, cleaned up all of the debris, and left inside and outside tidy. Seth did a great job explaining changing the filters and gave tips on basic maintenance. Thank you, Energy Attic, for a job well done. Our experience was excellent from beginning to end.

Energy Attic, Randy and every member of the crew were outstanding. We had return ducts added, leaks taped and sealed, dampers added and insulation done. They took the time when they got here to plan out exactly where and how they would make the additions. Everyone was very respectful of my home and took time to not only prevent dust from falling but also cleaned any that did. Randy went above and beyond to make sure each room was receiving the amount of airflow we desired. The price was very fair and actually price met and beat other bids. My job was scheduled and completed ASAP. As busy as they are at this time of year I was very pleased with the quickness and efficiency in which this job was completed. It was days away from being 10 degrees for a few days and my heater broke. I called Seth at Energy Attic at 9 AM and by 10 AM Andrew from Energy Attic was at my home to evaluate the situation. Andrew was quick to find the problem. The part I needed was not available around town but there was a store that had the part in Fort Worth. Andrew drove to Fort Worth for the part and replaced the part and fixed my heater before 4PM. This is the second time I have called them and they were immediately there to fix my problem at a reasonable price. I will always call them any time I have A/C needs.

We have had Engery Attic come out in 2013. They did an excellent job. They came out to do some repairs that was no fault of theirs, It was a excellent decision to install the Radaint barrier

I worked with Chris at Energy Attic to replace my entire AC system, move the blower into the attic from a wall closet, add radiant barrier, and increase the insulation to recommended levels. While there were bumps along the road (as to be expected in a project this size), the Energy Attic team kept me in the loop as to what was going on. The overwhelming majority of the project was done in 3 days, with inspection going perfectly. The office staff was especially helpful in answering calls, sending documentation, helping with financing, and being available to answer questions. I have had no problems since, and have already seen a drop in electricity usage since the switch. I would gladly use and recommend them again.

We have an older home and our attic was too hot. I contact three companies for an estimate on how to lower the temperature in the attic. On Thursday morning, Mike Schrantz came to the house. He explained all of our options and the cost of each. A second company came out that afternoon and and offered us one expensive option. I had to ask about other options. The third company still has not replied.Monday morning, Jaun and his crew came to install radiant barrier, blow in more insulation and make a few other changes to the attic. They were professional and polite and cleaned up after themselves.I could not ask for a better experience when dealing with a company! I highly recommend this company.Thank you Energy Attic!!

Woke up on Wednesday morning to water coming through the light fixture in my kids room due to a clogged drain line in our attic A/C. Gave Energy Attic a call and they sent Andrew, an a/c tech, by 2pm. They were prompt, kind, helpful and able to provide multiple options in order to find a solution. I can not recommend them enough. The customer service is off the charts. I will never use another company!

I want to start off by saying everyone that Ive worked and talked with including the crew that sucked out the insulation in the attic was friendly and upbeat. My issue is with the product and the lack of resolve. The product in this case was removing, sealing and sanitizing my attic. We just bought the house and felt it was needed. This was my first and only call for the job. With such great reviews, informative videos, and pictures of what I hoped my attic could turn into I thought I had the company for me. Examining the attic after the insulation removal made my heart sink that I might of made a wrong choice. I am not saying you will not be happy with YOUR product but I feel I paid about three times what the job was worth and after sending my concerns with my paid in full invoice last week I still have had no response from the Energy Attic. I just wanted to make sure that know one reading this will go in with blind faith like I did. Know what you are paying for and what isnt included in your estimate.

Our experience with Energy Attic was outstanding. They installed a radiant barrier, a couple solar powered attic fans and added insulation. They did the work as scheduled and professionally including a comprehensive checklist at the end to make sure nothing else was disturbed. After all of the work was done they cleaned up completely. Couldnt tell that they had been in the house. This work was done in January, so Im looking forward to seeing the effect on my electric bills this summer. I will recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors.

I normally do not post reviews for any company, but I have to for EnergyAttic. Chris Gage and his team did an outstanding job in our attic! We installed radiant barrier and added 10 inches of insulation and we have noticed a huge difference in the recent 100 degree Texas weather! Our AC units now reach the desired temp and turn off when they are supposed to instead of struggling to keep up all day and constantly running. The temperature inside the house is comfortable now and the cool air no longer dissipates so quickly after the units run. I know we will have a warmer winter now due to the same reason. This was a very good investment and will save us lots of money in the years to come. Outstanding team and they finished this all in a day! Highly recommend!

This is the same review I posted on Yelp:I would not recommend using Energy Attic for any AC needs. I did, and they sent over a nice young man who did not know how to work on my AC unit. He was at my house for about 2 hours, on the phone with other technicians most of the time. He fiddled with a lot of things, and when he left he told me that my compressor was bad. Energy Attic then sent me an estimate for $7200 for a new 14 seer unit, or $8000 for a 16 seer unit. I called another company to look at it, and the guy that came over found the issue in 5 minutes, and had everything working perfectly when he left, about 10 minutes in all. Energy Attic then billed me for $150 for the technician coming over. I called and asked why it was $150, when they had told me it was $130 initially, and also explained that the other company fixed the issue, and that I didnt need a new AC. They changed the bill to $130, and said that they didnt know why they charged $150. I really dont think they should have charged me anything. Also, after their technician left my AC was very low on coolant, and I know he was messing with that. A little coolant screw plug was also missing. So I had to pay for those, which was another $100 plus. And when I asked the other guy how much for a new AC unit, he quoted me $4500, which is around what I have seen advertised by others. So maybe these guys are good with attics, but not with AC.

To start with i got a quote from another company who seemed very unprofessional despite a few good reviews on google. Energy attic was the second company i called and i got a quote same day, and had my insulation installed less than a week later. I cant speak highly enough of this company! Everyone i spoke with was courteous and explained things very well, seemed knowledgeable and communicated very clearly. Ive recommended them now to at least 4 other people and i couldnt be happier with the whole process start to finish. Prices are competitive but their customer service is unmatched. Id give 6 stars if i could!

I could not say enough kind things about the Energy Attic Team. Their customer service, sales and service staff all put me as their first priority. I had a radiant barrier and 16 inches of insulation installed and the temperature difference in my house dropped 10 degrees! Randy was amazing! He went over and beyond with all his work. He called for a follow up to make sure the house was cooling down, no one has ever done that and followed up with us. He even stopped by at the end of his long work day just to put the screens back on our windows. No one has ever gone out of their way like Randy has. We will be using him as our AC person in the future!!

Energy attic came and installed radiant barrier and insulation in my attic. There has been a huge difference in temps both up and down! A/c is not running constantly and it cools much quicker. The team that completed work was professional and efficient. They were able to get to places in attic I would have not thought possible! I would highly recommend Mike and Energy Attic!

I did a lot of research regarding different types of radiant barrier before choosing Energy Attic. My house was becoming difficult to cool when the summer was so hot. I had already installed a new A/C unit but it wasnt helping much. I had Energy Attic install foil radiant barrier, new installation in the attic and a solar attic fan. It made such a difference in the cooling of the house as well as on our bills. It was worth every dollar spent! Ryan and the staff were very professional and timely on responses. There was no pressure or up selling and they cleaned up so well after there job was done. My sister used them and a neighbor too. Both were very pleased. We will be purchasing a new house and we will have them install all that in our new house.Thank you again Energy Attic!

Ive used Energy Attic for multiple jobs both personally and professionally. First, I used them with my 1950s home, we had hardly any insulation to speak of; Guy and his crew blew in insulation past government standards and installed radiant barrier. We have noticed a night and day difference in not only our electric bills, but the overall comfort of our home. I have was so pleased with the work personally that I have used them for multiple projects for my remodeling company. I would recommend them for anyone who wants to cut your bills and improve the comfort of your home.

I don’t recommend them at all for high end luxury homes as they do not have the skill set to fix uneven heating and cooling issues over large square footage. They charged me an arm and leg for their services but the insulation work was not even up to code and the fixes in the HVAC zoning cost me so much with poor outcome. When they first met me, their quote to complete the work was so monstrous I could not even believe. I had to knock it down by 70%. I still ended up paying more than twice of what another company would have charged me. I had to insist they use Nest throughout the house as their first option was so basic and so noisy it had to be removed across all sections of the house.I had to bring another company to fix the issues. Even on their last visit, I kept complaining one section of the house does not cool enough. They are so juvenile that did not even know that Nest And sensors don’t work in the high end system was was sitting in that section. It needed its own thermostat which they probably threw away when they first started working on my issues. So the unit had not been cooling since they finished work in my house. And they did not even know. That’s just unacceptable.Their service maintenance quotes were almost 40% higher than that of the company I finally deployed. When someone looks at the quality of the house and charges accordingly which is what I think was happening with me, you have to be very careful. I do not recommend this company at all. I’ve learnt a very expensive lesson. Please ask them what’s the maximum square footage they have ever worked on. If your home falls within that range, you are probably ok. Else, be very wary. I paid a big price trusting them.

Brent hare was great. He walked me through what he recommended and why... didnt push for more than was needed, but prices out other options just in case. And went out of my way to extend his visit about my ac needs on my request.

Really pleased with my Energy Attic experience! We did the radiant barrier plus insulation. Ryan and his crew were prompt, professional, and did great work. When it comes to contractors and utility people, weve had about a billion unpleasant to average service experiences. There have been one or two above average experiences, but it certainly seems like standards have gone done considerably. HOWEVER!However, Energy Attic has blown us away with their honesty and their character and their work. Pricing was very competitive and the work was stellar. Even now after the job was done, the crew chief has checked up with us a couple of times to make sure we are satisfied.Seriously, hire this company. They deserve it. They are committed and totally upfront and honest. Didnt even upsale us. Just blown away by this company.

I had several companies come out and do what they claimed would fix my cooling and heating issues with my HVAC/Furnace system. After thousands of dollars down the drain. I had an energy efficiency inspector inspect my house and told me to get more insulation. I contacted Energy Attic. Chris came out and told me I needed insulation in two places. I did not understand the importance of getting insulation in the upper part of my attic because that entailed cutting a hole in my ceiling. I completed the first part of the recommendation and my house was immediately hotter. In order to shorten this review at first I was not happy. Ryan came out, accessed the problem. I should have listened and probably asked more questions in order to understand the importance of the initial recommendation. They insulated the top portion of my attic and now my children upstairs said they had to turn down the air conditioning because it was too cold. Thank you so much!

The mark of a great customer service experience isnt when everything goes well, but when something goes sideways and how that company reacts. Energy Attic put the sideways scenario to the test and passed with flying colors.Briefly, when they installed the radiant barrier nearly two years ago, a strap to the a/c condenser coil was cut and not reattached. Over time, this caused the mets to warp and caused a drainage situation that could have caused a flood. When I got my a/c person together with Guy from Energy Attic, they went through the situation like professionals and agree it was an install issue. I forwarded the repair estimate to Energy Attic and two days later received a check. That is what I expected and they delivered. No excuses.I should also note the radiant barrier and insulation work they did has saved me at least $100/month in power. The house is far more comfortable to live in as well.In closing, I would choose Energy Attic all over again, not only for the products and overall workmanship, but also (and most importantly) because they stand behind their work. No excuses.

Very professional, from reviewing our situation, explaining what the problems were, what options they could offer, willing to answer questions without feeling like we were being sold to. Installation team was organized and professional, and finished earlier than expected and did a complete job of cleaning up. And, they made us aware of the possibility of an Oncor credit and followed through to ensure that we received the credit. They did everything they promised and we couldnt be happier.

I really enjoyed using Energy Attic. They were very friendly on the phone, gave me a clear bid and told me when they would arrive and hold long it would take. The guys were professional and very polite. Within about two hours they were done, packed up and cleaned up. It was like they hadnt even been there. he biggest immediate difference was how cool I could keep my house. We were experiencing a string of 100 degree days and I couldnt keep it at 75 degrees if I tried. I immediately was able to keep in the low seventies without it running nearly as much. That made my pregnant wife quite happy. I live in a 1,400 SF house, built in the fifties, which prior to the Energy Attic insulation basically had none. I would highly recommend Energy Attic to anyone considering lowering their energy costs and usage while making their home more comfortable.

Amazing products and Amazing company. We had them replace our attic insulation, install a radiant barrier, and install an attic fan. Even with us still in the house we hardly knew they where there. I had radiant Barrier installed in the attic over both the house and garage. I had been experiencing for years my ac unit which is a heat pump not keeping up. In the summer when temperatures reach in excess of 98-105 degrees outside the attic would easily be 120-140 degrees which stands to reason the duct work in the attic was heating up and the AC was constantly working and would not keep up. Since I have had the radiant barrier installed it might be 98 degrees outside but the attic is showing 88 Degrees and the temperature in the house stays at what I have set it as. I was skeptical at first but after research and talking with Chris I am completely satisfied customer. We now bump the thermostat up because its often cold in the house at the temperatures we use to set the thermostat at. Well worth the money

They replaced my supply ducts/plenum, added 12-14 inches of insulation to get me to R49, cleaned the evaporator coil, and installed an air scrubber system. Very pleased with the outcome and pricing, they were competitive with all the other local HVAC/insulation companies. There was an initial issue with them not adding enough insulation the first time, but after talking to the owner, they came back out and fixed the mistake.

Made an appointment last week to have them come out at 8am today (Friday). It was the appointment day and time THEY suggested. At 8:20am (20 minutes after they were supposed to be here) they call and say they cant make it and that they tried calling all day yesterday but my phone was going to voicemail yet never left a voicemail. WE HAVE JOBS and KIDS and people have to rearrange schedules to make these appointments happen.Energy Attic is a failure. What a ridiculous waste of everyones time. My wife and I are in utter disbelief.

Energy Attic has done a fabulous job from start to finish. The sales guy was friendly, informative and made a couple recommendations but wasnt pushy or pressured. He did his best to make the price competitive. We have 2600 sq ft house of which about 2200 is accessible in the attic. We only had at best 6 of blown insulation remaining from when the house was built and most of that was packed down. They added a very generous 12 over the entire attic, taking great detail to ensure it was evenly covered everywhere. The guys took time to clean up and blow out excess insulation out of the garage that had fallen down. Total cost out the door was $2000. I highly recommend them.

The guys at Energy Attic are awesome! They came out and did a great job insulating our attic/eaves. We still had some a lot of temperature difference upstairs, though, due to inefficient HVAC intake and air circulation. Guy and Seth came out and sealed off our intake area for the HVAC, making the air flow so much more efficient. Our upstairs feels much cooler now. They were fast, friendly, and very affordable. Also, they explained the problem and their solution clearly, so I knew what (and why) they were doing each step. Highly recommend!

It was a great experience from start to finish, with no surprises or additional costs. I had a great conversation with Somer and she set up an appointment for Bradley to come to my home. He is a great consultant. We toured my home, I expressed my concerns, he explained my options, and we decided on a course of action. It was scheduled to be a two day project, but it was completed in one day, because Paco was able to get a second crew, due to another job being postponed. Paco is as good as advertised. He is extremely polite, a great technician, and treated my home like it was his own. His crew protected the flooring and cleaned up after the job was completed. They arrived at 8am, and left at 7pm. Since the project was completed, Ive noticed that the temperature throughout the house appears to be constant, unlike before, when I had hot and cold areas. The project involved removal of the old insulation, install radiant barrier, apply 18 of new insulation, installation of two solar fans, an attic stairway tent, replace 9 soffits and install 11 new ones to increase ventilation. They also applied new insulation and a whirlybird to my detached garage. Again, this was supposed to be a two day project. Randy came to see how things were going, and I received a call from Gus (Operations Manager) as well. The attic looks awesome and feels cool. Bradley came the following day to ensure that everything went well and that I was satisfied. I appreciate the level of attention provided, and the care the crews took in cleaning up afterwards. I consider this project to be a great investment, which will provide many years of comfort, and increase my homes energy efficiency throughout the seasons. I am confident that the future energy savings will eventually pay for this one time project.

I went with Energy Attic based on reviews. I had a large house that had 20 year old insulation removed, replaced with their blown in and radiant barrier. At the beginning the salesman was great. The product was great as well. Energy bills were greatly reduced. The problems I had were with the office and install. Two holes were placed, one in the ceiling in the living room and another in the side of the wall in the living room. Unfortunately for them, those two places are very visible and patching just never hides it. You could see it every time you walk in. The texture is different. But accidents happen, I know it wasnt with bad intent. The biggest problem I had still follows me today. I did their 0% interest for 12 months. I never received a bill for 3 months. During that 3 months I contact the office multiple times asking about it. They assured sometimes it takes a while. GreenSky informed me that Energy Attic had submitted my SSN, which i provided for the credit, but had submitted it with their address and contact number. It took three months to figure this out. GreenSky wouldnt let me make a payment. Long story short during that time I had 3 hits on my credit. My credit since I was 18 is perfect with not a single hit. This is the only thing on my credit history. We are over a year removed and nothing has been done and most likely nothing will. Product was good. I would never deal with them again because of their customer service. I can get the same product somewhere else without the problems following me for 3 years. Terrible on them.

Doing business with Energy Attic was awesome. They were competent, courteous, and after they left, I didnt even know they had been there except when I got my electric bill. The previous 12 months of electric bills ranged from $250-$650 per month on our 100+ year old, two story, 2,000 sq ft home. As you can imagine, we have no insulation in the walls and original wood windows so we were getting slammed on efficiency and energy costs.In the last 7 months (dead of summer & dead of winter) we have not had an electric bill over $190. Thats right, 2-story, 100+ yr old house with electric A/C and Heat with an upstairs and downstairs unit, and we have not paid over $190 in utility bills with our lowest bill being $86!!Energy Attics evaluation of our need was spot on and their use of radiant barrier, blown insulation, venting, and solar fans has saved us so much money, we are no longer considering putting in new windows or insulating the walls. Energy Attic just did a great job at my house. I had the ductwork replaced, old nasty (rat feces black) insulation sucked out, attic sanitized, new insulation blown in, radiant barrier installed and solar fan to top it off. I am beyond pleased with the quality of the job and the personnel. If any of you suffer from allergies like I do this is a great thing to do for your health. I didn’t even know until the install some of the extra steps they take to prevent dust, for example they seal around every every light, air grills etc. from the attic to prevent air and particles to enter your living space. Every level of the company was great to work with as well (sales, duct installers, attic guys, office personnel). Also the insulation removal, blow back and radiant barrier isn’t as much money as you think. Great company and great people.

Added an additional 12 inches of blown in insulation to my attic. The communications prior to the job with Kristina were prompt and professional. On the day of the job the installers showed up right on time which was a pleasant surprise. They were courteous and very professional. They performed a through job by installing baffles for the soffit vents as well as several depth charts for reference while blowing in the insulation. When their work was done they cleaned up after themselves.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering any of their services.

We had Energy Attic come out to our home, last year, where we were attaching an addition to our existing house. We contracted with them to install Radiant Barrier in our attic, and to add insulation in some walls and sub-floors. The supervised crew arrived in company uniforms, on the date scheduled, and exactly on time. They performed their work professionally and efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done.The results have exceeded our expectations with an obvious increase in comfort throughout the entire house and a significant reduction in energy usage. It has been some time since Energy Attic visited our home. We had Radiant Barrier, Solar Powered Vents, and additional blown in insulation installed. Immediately, we noticed the difference. The attic space above our garage was noticeably cooler than the garage with only the Radiant Barrier installed. Everyone was great, professional, and friendly.

We bought a house built in 1957 eight years ago and have done extensive remodeling, including replacing the existing aluminum windows with double pane Low-e glass but we have always put off insulating one more year. This year we decided to have it done for both financial and environmental reasons so that we could lower both our bills and our energy usage. We had our insulation installed on Tuesday, March 25th. Our appointment was confirmed the day before and we were told to expect the crew between 730-8 am and that it would take 4-5 hours. The crew arrived promptly at 730 (how often does that happen?) and Guy, the foreman, introduced the crew, explained what was to be done then all began working. The installation was done by 1 pm and our house was as clean (possibly cleaner as we have two small children and two dogs) than when they arrived. We had radiant barrier installed and blown insulation to R38 (whereas before we relied on an elm tree and snow drifts of some kind of material passing for insulation). I have waited until now to write my review because I wanted to see how our usage compares (which I find to be more accurate than a dollar amount--plans change, prices change, but how much energy is being used is a more direct measure of estimable savings). For April, May, June, and July of 2013 our usage in kWh was 716, 1168, 2071, and 1926 with average daily temperatures of 65°, 73°, 82°, and 84°. For the same months of 2014 (immediately after installation of insulation) our usage was 665, 844, 1471, and 1502 with average daily temperatures of 67°, 76°, 81°, and 80° respectively. All of this while keeping our house between 2 and 4 degrees cooler than we kept it this time last year (because we can!). Not only has our bill been lowered but our outdoor compressor runs less frequently, allowing for increased life of a unit which was built in 1997 (but who wants to replace an expensive unit before it dies?). I cannot begin to express how pleased we are with the professionalism and expertise of the owner, Ryan, the quality of the work his crew does, and with the end result. We are a happier and more comfortable family because of the work Energy Attic does!

I was impressed from being to end of this process. I own an older home in bad need of some energy updates. The owner, Ryan, came to my home and sat at my kitchen table and shared with me information, costs, benefits in a very low key way. Answered so many questions for me, and never showed impatience with a senior. I already had other estimates and presentations for Radiant Barrier. Ryan was more informative and walked me around my house (outside) and in my attic and pointed out several important points that others had not mentioned. I felt he was very trustworthy. Everything he told me has proven accurate.For my home I had Energy Attic install Radiant Barrier, more insulation, solar attic fan, several static vents, and all new larger soffits, insulation on the inside of the garage door, and insulation cover over the stair access into the attic. The best part of the whole process was Guy, the supervisor. He had an excellent and efficient crew. Guy was so warm, engaging, and honest. He followed every step being made inside and outside the house. When all was finished (in a much shorter time than I anticipated) the crew cleaned up and Guy went through a check list to make sure that everything electrically powered in the house was functioning properly.Energy Attic delivered! And there was a noticeable difference in temp in my home and attic. The air conditioner did not run as often. The house felt more comfortable.And the big difference was stepping into the attic....wow. I could tolerate being in there. They did an amazing thorough job. I was very impressed and I can already tell the difference, my upstairs is so much cooler and the air conditioner runs so much less now. I wish I had done this when I moved in to the home!! Only had one issue, the teams vacuum that supplies the insulation must have had some grease or something on the bottom of it and it left a smudge on my new carpet. I wasnt too happy about it so I called and talked with their Operation Manager and he almost immediately came over and started cleaning the spot with dawn soap and water. He told me to let him know if the spot wasnt completely gone after it dried and hed have a professional cleaner come and remove the mark which we ended up needing. They were so professional, friendly, and fast about removing the spot to my carpet and this is why I didnt knock off a star for having to deal with the situation. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

I would highly recommend these guys for any and all work you need done to insulate your attic and help with the Texas summer heat. Not only is their installation impressive, the after installation service has been incredible. They came out after I had ridge vents installed and opened up the radiant barrier to allow for proper air flow. They even measured the vents to help me double check my worthless roofers installation. I can recommend these guys enough. One of the few service companies you will truly enjoy using.

Energy Attic did a wonderful job on our attic. They installed a radiant barrier, blew in new insulation, an attic tent, and installed a whirly bird over the garage. They came out and gave us a quote specific to our attic needs. We never felt like they were trying to sell us extra things we didnt need. The crew was very good about keeping the house tidy as they worked and vacuumed up when they were finished. The attic looks great and we are feeling the benefit everyday. Our bills are lower than ever, wish we had done it all sooner.

So this has been a very hot summer here in TX and my AC was having issues keeping my house at 72 degrees. I knew my attic was likely the issue (AC/Ducts/High Temps dont make for efficiency). I had an inspection done and moved forward with a radiant barrier and increasing my insulation from 8 to 14 inches.Before this was done, my AC would run at 100% compressor at about 95 degrees outside and would start to loose a degree in the house at around 99 degrees.After the work, we had a 106 degree day and my AC compressor was running from 75-90 percent and the house was very comfortable.I would recommend and would use them again with no hesitation. In fact I may have them do some duct work they suggested (we have some areas where the ducts are not really insulated as well as they should be, and a couple connections that are a little to short (slight bump could knock them off the the AC unit).I am very pleased.

I would give them a 100 stars if possible! Energy Attic employees went above & beyond. They came in and figured out what was wrong & how to fix our hot room. Energy Attic sent in Guy & Seth to evaluate our problems before finalizing recommendations . As a result, my son now can CHILL in a non-hot room. I had many questions & concerns, Energy Attic always answered my questions. The installers were over the top nice & respectful! Everything was done like in pictures on website. They cleaned up after themselves & unless you saw my attic before, you would not be able to tell they were at my home.

This is the 2nd time Ive hired Energy Attic to install foil barrier and additional insulation into my attic, as well as 3 additional solar fans on the roof. Everyone from Kristina in the office, to Travis in sales, to Guy and Randy checking in several times, and Paco and his excellent team of installers - were outstanding and professional in every way! This is the 2nd house in Flower Mound weve lived in, and having this work done was a priority on our checklist, given the success of lowering utility costs in my former house. Having foil barrier in the attic dramatically lowers the temperature inside, which in Texas summers can be 120 degrees or more. The foil barrier keeps out the heat. You can actually store things in the attic if you want to. Also it doesnt interfere if you have to get your roof repaired or replaced like I did in 2017 due to a major hail storm. I had the team blow in enough insulation to bring the r value up to 49 and they did a very thorough and clean job. The 3 solar fans look great and provide additional ventilation. Dont be fooled by painted barrier companies, because paint degrades. Foil barrier is permanent. Energy Attic examines your entire house and offers solid recommendations and the best possible solutions, while providing services that mean a difference in the cost of gas and electricity. Ive hired Energy Attic for two separate jobs - the first was to install a solar vent and some soffit vents, along with adding insulation. The second was installing a radiant barrier. In both cases (two years apart), they were amazingly professional, easy to work with, and the results/savings have been significant. On top of that, any time Ive had a question - even if it involves an area that they didnt work on, such as a sealant that was used by my roofer - they were quick to respond and come out to offer advice/help. I think very highly of this firm and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Due to decades of rodent trouble and its accompanying smells, we did a full R&R of blown and bat insulation that really turned out great. Also installed radiant barrier, a stairway access tent and solar attic fan. Dramatic decrease in energy costs and my heating/air company advises the units are operating easier and more efficiently. This will extend the life of that equipment.After a later remodel, they came back free of charge to check their prior work and add more radiant barrier where we had eliminated a skylight. All cheerfully done at no charge.Very quick work and great cleanup of the site.I have no problems recommending Energy Attic!!

This is an outstanding company with a winning product. They did a great install, and a couple of times when some of the tape has come loose, they have fixed it promptly and without charge.I have had their radiant barrier installed since 2008 and it has done what they promised: my attic will never be over what the temperature outside is. I have three remote temperature gauges for a reference: one the garage, one in the attic and one on the covered back porch. The attic is always as cool, or cooler than the temperature outside--always. It does require that I keep the two attic fans on, but they turn on automatically at 90 degrees. But it works.I couldnt recommend this company higher, and I seldom, if ever say that. Dont use spray! Many companies are putting fraudulent materials on, and it wont work! The attic needs to vent the heat, not just reflect it. A radiant barrier like this one works perfectly and will save you on both heating and cooling. Oh, and have them put mastic on your vent portals! You are losing a lot of heating and a/c cost through these open vents!And no, I dont work for the company, and they did not pay me for this opinion!

I had Energy Attic install their product in my attic 3 summers ago. It has made a huge difference not only in the efficiency of our cooling system, but also in the uniformity of the temperature in our house. I am sure our electric company is not a fan of this product!

The crew was punctional and worked very hard. They were very proud of the work they performed. They kept me well informed about the progress of the job. After each phase was complete they showed me what was accomplished. They forgot to pickup some empty lunch containers (chips) and should have vacuumed the carpeted stairs since they had to go up and down them several times during they day. Other than that cleanup was very good.

The Energy Attic crew exceeded expectations. Barrier and additional insulation were installed during the really cold weather Dallas experienced during late Jan. of 2018. I noticed a major reduction in the runtime of my furnace after the install. Our master bath had been exceedingly chilly compared to the rest of the house. It was discovered that minimal insulation had been installed due to the small crawl space. The Energy Attic crew was able to access this area and now it is much warmer.A big thank you to Guy and Ishmael for the special attention to detail. Looking forward to seeing how to system performs this Summer.

I was looking for a company for a Radiant Barrier job. I found them on the web and started to see their ads on my facebook. I called them. They are very responsive. They could give me good schedule with a quick and reasonable deal. I am not a attic expert but they did a great job as far as I see.

Energy Attic did an amazing job installing the radiant barrier foil and blowing additional insulation in my attic. I could not believe how thorough a job they did in such tight quarters. They resealed my duct work with professional type mastics where they had leaks, increasing my air flow and my systems effiency. They installed baffles between the soffits outside and the exterior of my walls for better air flow,and even pointed out that the ventillated vinyl soffit someone else had installed had never been cut through the existing wood. Once I did that I could really notice a diifference. Now my house is much more comfortable;evenly cool in the summer and warm in the winter. And of course,Im saving lots of money on my utility bills. Energy Attic did all they said they would,and much more.

Dispatch didnt see me on the schedule and didnt show up when promised. The appointment was scheduled over a week in advance. I actually thought the company presented well and provided a fair quote - its a real shame that the operations side of their business doesnt match the sales side.

Performed a new radiant barrier in 2014. Very pleased with the sales and installation. Particularly I enjoyed how salesman brought in technology, rather than pen/paper & eyeball. If you choose a competitor, your cash is going up into the sky. Energy Attic wants to prevent that.
