Very disappointed in Elite Air. They were assigned to me by my warranty company. Multiple calls went to their voicemail (and were never returned) just to get us scheduled for an assessment. It took 7 days for them to get on site. Then when a new unit (condenser) was recommended by their tech they sat on the next step of coordinating with Warranty Company to obtain that new unit. Once I escalated, Elite Air had someone (Linsey) get involved - to quote her “We just want to make sure you are taken care of as soon as possible”. Rather than continue with the repair, she then presented us to purchase a full, new HVAC system rather than repair (full replacement was not covered by warranty). When I decided to simply replace the broken component, which their tech said needed repaired (and would be covered by my warranty company), they “suddenly” terminated the work order and refused to fix the original issue. When asked for an update and reason for this termination, further communication from the company went dark. Did not experience the same 5-star ratings as others.

Very professional, fair, and punctual. Had a bid for $979 to repair heater, from a reputable company that does a lot of print and TV advertising. Seemed kind of high to me. Called Eli at Elite, gave me a ballpark price over the phone, was here in under 30 minutes, and after going to get parts (which SUPPOSEDLY by other company had to be ordered due to age of unit), was finished within 3 hours from initial phone call. Eli is AWESOME! AND, ONLY $500. So almost HALF of other bid. Do yourself a huge favor and call him FIRST. Ive been a contractor for 40 years, and he will be my ONLY A/C referral from now on.

I have use Oskar and his team for multiple projects/services now. He’s easy to work with and super responsive. Highly recommend for any HVAC needs.

My little house has never had central ac or heating, its an older home. They (Elite Air Services) came out and talked about the square footage and helped me choose what would work best for cost and efficiency.Would recommend them again.
