Called AC Pros and could get a tech came in to fix the box and the wires. They did everything professionally. He was able to explain everything. They completed everything within short period of time - just within couple hours after scheduling. Highly recommend to get the service from them.

These guys are good! Super fast response and competitively priced. Just replaced our 25 yr old system with a larger and more efficient new system. Have used them for many years and will call if I need them again.

We opted for the 2 stage HVAC system and are extremely happy.Took care of all our complaints over the years, blows too hot or cold before shutting down, then waits for you to be too hot or cold before blasting you again.This system maintains an even temperature with much less effort.The personnel at AC PROS are just that, professional as well as patient and friendly. Quick to respond to any and all questions.

This was our first experience with Paul. He is replacing a technician who was promoted had been providing excellent service for years. Paul had big shoes to fill.Paul was excellent. We had a clogged drain and technician unclogged it. Most responsible technicians would know when you unclog a drain there is going to be some residue. This is what our guest bathroom looked like after Zach unclogged the drain. We did not discover this until after he had left and he should have checked for this knowing that it would happen. Most professionals would have put a towel over that sink with something heavy on top of it so the residue would not splatter everywhere. Zach was not professional and also came with a real attitude to begin with. Would not recommend Zach to anyone.10/1723. In this post I was very hard on AC Pro’s but the owner of AC Pro’s reached out to me to apologize for this situation and ask me how they could make things right. I told him since the debris was on the walls of the bathroom, the bathroom would need to be repainted. Without hesitation he set it up to have our bathroom painted immediately without any cost to us. I was extremely impressed with this and turned my whole opinions around about AC Pro’s. It showed they truly care about their customers! The technician that night might have been having a rough night as we all do, but knowing ownership of AC Pro’s would do this to correct the situation changed my opinions of the company and would definitely recommend people to use AC Pro’s.

We recently had the AC Pros out to look at an issue where our outside unit for our Heat Pump that was installed 10 years ago was no longer powering on. The technician spent less than 10 minutes in my attic before coming down and mentioning the air handler was leaking freon and the entire unit would need to be replaced for 7-12k dollars. We paid the $100 thanks for stopping by fee and sent him on his way. Had a different company out the following week that confirmed the air handler was indeed leaking, but was able to replace the part that had failed instead of replacing the entire unit for a fraction of the price.

Terry did an excellent job. He spent extra time answering all of my questions.

Terry and Tyler were very help and explained everything I needed to know about my filters the correct size needed and that the system need 2 filters.

AC Pros is fantastic! I have used them for several years and they are professional, quick and trustworthy. Joel is our service tech and I like having the consistency of having him do our annual services so he is able to identity issues quickly.

Joel from AC Pros tried to rip me off by quoting more work than was necessary to fix my air conditioner. He said the coil needed to be removed to access the copper line where the freon leak was located. That proved to be untrue. I called another repairman that I have worked with over the years and all that needed to be done was cut out the bad section of copper, braze it, and put it back in. Recharge with freon and all done. My AC was fixed for LESS THAN HALF the price Joel was charging.

Great job on the installation. Both Osualdo and Ray arrived as expected early in the morning. They worked the entire day on the installation. At the end of the day, we had an awesome new system installed. Our system was 14 years old and I chose the time to replace it instead of having to change it if it had gone out in the middle of the summer. These guys take care of the small details like wrapping tape on the metal straps on the inside unit...keeps me from cutting myself when I am up there changing the filter. A/C Pros has done work for me since early 2000 and have always done great work. Highly recommend.

At 9:00 pm last night (the Sunday night before Memorial Day), our A/C stopped working. My wife has serious health problems, and in a panic, we called to get help. After a few calls to other companies, we called AC Pros. The install crew worked very hard today to remove and replace our failing AC and gas furnace. They were careful, neat and efficient. Unfortunately, at the end of the project, the thermostat failed to control the system. Trouble shooting will take place in days ahead. Update: Technician came out the next day and found a fan in the new system to be defective. This was replaced and all is good. We love our new AC/Heating system. Thanks, AC Pros!

We put in 2 HVACs less than 10 years ago. One unit went out and tech 1 came out and said the condenser coil went out and it was under warranty and would be $3200 just for labor! I asked how much was ONE new system and he said $15k! WHAT?? I asked how much would just the unit be and he said $8k. We agreed to replace the ONE unit. Tech 2 comes out to do the work and immediately says I have a different leak that will be an additional $1250! They fix everything and the GM did take off the $1250. SIX days later the same unit STOPS working! Call the office and they send Tech 3 out and he acts like this is normal and adds some refrigerant and says we are good. I would NEVER use these people nor would I recommend them. I am not sure who was lying to me, Tech 1 or Tech 2? As of today we are cool. :)

I was called 40 minutes before Jay arrived to give the best service possible. He checked our system and then answered all of ur questions clearly and efficiently. Jay is a great asset to your company.

I was given a preference of when to come( after 12 noon) and was notified when he was 30 min away. I like that his photo was shown before the appt . He gave good explanations of what he did and his recommendations and possible payment plans. Very clean and neat and personable.

My five star review has been edited due to the fact I had two separate technicians from AC Pros tell me my HVAC unit was repaired when it was not. The first technician left after replacing a damper without verifying the damper replacement corrected the air flow balance between the first and second story of my home. I advised their office staff the unit was not functioning within 30 minutes. A second technician came questioning why he replaced the entire damper rather than the damper motor only. He worked on it, stated it was repaired, and was going to leave. I got out my ladder and checked the air flow myself, advising him it was not repaired. I demanded to speak to manager.. I was told the manager was not available and might get back to me later the following week. It was only after I became extremely frustrated, the owner called me, stating he was on vacation. He assured me they would get me taken care of. The second technician performed the bi annual maintenance a second time in response to my concerns he was not thorough or knowledgeable. I was advised they suspected my damper control panel was bad. I questioned if they could test the control panel before going through the expense of ordering a second part I did not need. I was advised there was no way to test it. I contacted the office to order the part and schedule the repair. On Monday, I was advised the part was on back order and they would not have it to the foreseeable future. I have been a home owner for 31 years. It was suspicious a company who advised me they were a certified Aprilaire distributor was ordering parts from a local company, Baker Brothers. It was suspicious they did not have two separate parts on hand. I advised them I was contacting another company to diagnose and repair the unit. The second company came within two hours. The unit was diagnosed. The control board was tested and did not require replacement. The unit was fixed with 15 minutes. The upstairs and downstairs now have a temperature differential of one degree, not 10-13 degrees. They stayed for two hours, thoroughly inspected the unit, and verified the issue was fixed. I was advice the damper was not installed properly, foam installation came off the inside of the attic, and was lodged in the portion of the damper that opens/closes. I was advised the damper was wired incorrectly. I trust the second company’s opinion as it has been more than 16 hours since they came. The upstairs is 72 degrees. The downstairs is 71 degrees. The damper I was advised by AC Ptos could not be repaired to the foreseeable future due to back ordered parts was repaired within 15 minutes. The second company also shared the bypass damper was installed backwards at construction of the home five years ago. We were shown video and photo evidence of this. I received a very thorough explanation of the issues resulting from air being trapped due to the bypass damper functioning properly. The bypass damper is being removed and installed correctly on Wednesday. They are also cleaning the “biological growth” in the ducts resulting from the air not circulating properly. I was shown video and photo evidence of this growth as well. I asked the second company if they had a control board to repair the damper if that was the issue. I was told yes, he had one immediately available in his truck. I paid AC Pros $252 to replace a motor, not to my foam installation lodged in the damper, and wired wrong. I was told the control board could absolutely be tested. Two companies, two different responses, and I spent an additional $269 to correct the mistakes of AC Pros. I decided to verify the licensing of the company and certifications of the employees. Interestingly though, the name provided to me for the first technician was Joel Sisk. Joel did not work on my unit at any time.. I will not recommend or use AC Pros to the future as I did not anticipate the owner’s assurances I would be taken care of meant I had to spend additional money to hire another company to correct the work done by his employees.

The great service starts when you call. No irritating automated menu to work through, a polite, real person answered after only a couple of rings. The professionalism continued when the technician (Emmanuel) arrived later in the day.Emmanuel diagnosed the problem quickly, took care of picking up the replacement part needed, with the intent of returning to do the repair a few days later. Due to an additional problem that occurred the day after his visit, I had to call AC Pros because at that point, my a/c was completely non-functioning. Emmanuel returned to do the planned repairs, and had to spend about 1 hour to pick up a replacement for the part that had ceased functioning after his first visit. Despite the fact that he was here on his planned day off (and his sons first T-ball game that day), he was calm, polite and friendly the entire visit and was thorough in completing the work needed.

AC pro told us our unit needed work estimated at 5000. But , since it was an older unit (10) ,they could replace it for 15000 , We called another AC company. They took the cover off , cleaned the unit and now it is working really well. They charged us 89.We are retired , AC pro just wanted to sell us what we didn’t need .The second opinion saved us a lot of money . This was our experience.Not a good way to run a business

Dont bother, we requested AC repair but essentially paid $95 for a polite salesman to come into our home. We were told our AC unit was fine with no repairs needed (it wasnt), but also were recommended to purchase a $20k+ unit replacement. Didnt even check if our current unit was still under warranty. The whole experience felt like a sales process and not like a repair service.A week later the AC malfunctioned again--we called in a different service that actually examined our unit, diagnosed the problem, checked our unit was still under warranty, and fixed/replaced parts for a few hundred bucks.

Excellent experience! Our total HVAC had to be replaced in this 100+ degree weather. The consultant -Emmanuel- was superb and the installation crew was outstanding and timely!! Thanks to everyone on the team for a great job!! Don and Sheryl

I recently had my AC serviced by your technician due to it blowing hot air. Despite adding 4.5lbs of freon and mentioning a potential system leakage, I was assured it would work fine for the year. However, it failed after just over 2 months, costing $650. There seemed to be no follow-up on the inner coil picture taken or the promised estimates for repair. This lack of communication and unfulfilled promises have left me dissatisfied with the service received. Ive tried calling for estimates with no success, which is disappointing. I wouldnt recommend this service to others based on my experience.

We have been with AC Pros for a number of years and they have always had great service. All of the service techs have been very nice and friendly, and professional. They have been reasonable with pricing too. Yesterday Emmanuel Luna came to our rescue with our AC unit. He has come to our home before and is always polite and professional and makes sure all is running correctly!! Thank you!

Adding 2024 information. Tech arrived early and waited for me to get home. He went straight to work - up in the ceiling for filter change and inspection. Outside for maintenance inspection. I continue to use this company and take advantage of their maintenance service agreement. This company is locally owned. Support local businesses.I am adding the latest info for 2023. Service from this company continues to be great. Still on-time, professional, and courteous. The tech showed me some things I needed to learn about my fancy digital thermostat. Thanks!I have been with this company for years. I am on my second system from them! They are superb - on time and prompt. Use their scheduled maintenance program and get exceptional service!!

EDIT: Beware if you need the old style R22 Freon installed and you called this company to come do it! I understand that the EPA makes processing these jobs expensive but apparently, because AC Pros is a small company, they have to charge more than literally any other company. (I researched this after the fact to be sure). I called and tried to explain this to maybe get some relief on my bill but they wont budge. $1,765 to cover a $95 diag fee and 4 lbs of freon. I will be much more careful in the future and certainly not use them. Here is my original review (still accurate) :: The Tech and staff were very nice, they got out to the house the same day, which was wonderful!

AC Pros bought out my local contractor and the service went downhill. Slow response, long delay in setting up appointments for service contract customers and rescheduled appointments the night before because of their meeting? Found another company that actually wants the business.

What can I say about Joel that I havent already said in past years. He is friendly, efficient, respectful, competent. He comes in and goes right to work then talks to us for a few minutes about our system making sure we are happy with it. He then asks how we are doing and shows concern for us as a customer. We really appreciate Joel!

I am a return customer to AC Pros because they respect your property, your time and your money by doing things right the first time. We have 3 AC units at the house and The yearly maintenance program they provide is a great way of insuring the systems continue to perform well. I called around 12:30pm and the AC Pros team said someone would come out between 1:00pm to 5:00pm on the same day. First, this is great because my family and I were in dire need of repairing our AC, which only blew air. Jeff Stevens arrived on time at about 1:30pm, quickly diagnosed the issue (a freon leak) and provided a quote to repair everything. He finished everything within less than 2 hours and we are a happy family again with a working AC. Thank you Jeff and team for providing such great value and work!

I want to be fair here. I did not use this company but did contact them about a replacement ignitor for my furnace. I asked about the potential cost of the part and was quoted $500 for the part. I asked why so much especially when Amazon, Home Depot, and some other parts providers online had the price for the part at 27 to 50 dollars. They didnt have an answer. So, I went another route to fix my issue. I understand that profits need to be made. I understand its a business, but in the day of the internet if a company thinks they can run up thenprice on a part ten times what it cpuld be bought for elsewhere, what else are they over charging you for? Doesnt sit well. Be careful when discussing prices with them.

It was Saturday and my AC stopped working. Joel had three tickets in front of me and got here at 7 pm. Even though it was late, he was thorough and gave me options. I appreciated his efforts on my behalf. I have used this company for years and I have always been happy their service. They always show up and get the job done.

We had both our AC units replaced by AC Pros about 6 months ago, and they were awesome! They cleaned up after themselves, were courteous, and really impressed me. A lot better than companies we have used in the past.Today they returned to do a regular service check, and I was super impressed with the technician. He explained to me how to check and replace the filters myself if I would like to, and he explained everything so that I could understand. Again, super impressed with the service. The units are working great as well, and our energy bill has decreased greatly with the new units.

We recently had a less-than-satisfactory experience with AC Pros. We had our semi-annual maintenance done, and the tech suggested that we get our vents and ducts cleaned.We thought that would be a good idea, so we scheduled the work for the following day at 12 noon. The two-man crew showed before 8 AM in the morning. We were sound asleep, having gone to bed at 3 AM.Since they were there, we let them in and the proceeded to clean the system. After they completed the work and left, we discovered that they had not cleaned up very well and they left one vent laying on the sink in the bathroom.This is not the norm for service from this company, and we will be discussing this experience with the manager.

June/2022 - Joel did a great job getting our A/C system running again. It was a hot 98 degreed day and we called after business hours. He arrivedwithin a few hours and fixed the issue at a reasonable price. Ive used A/C Pros for many years at my home and my rental property. Ive always been satisficed with their service and their technicians.

Joel is very courteous and professional. He is never in a hurry and always takes time to patiently explain everything. Joel has been coming to our home for several years. I think this results in higher quality work because he already knows his way around inside and outside of our home and the kind of system we have. Joel just jumps right in and does a great job!

I rely on honest and fair Google reviews so in the spirit of helping others who trust the feedback given on this platform I must share what I discovered 1 day after this company worked on my condensing unit. I thought this comany was the same one I used in 2016 to install the unit Ac Pro based out of Rowlett. Be careful this is NOT that company. I would have kept the review positive if the repair made by Collin actually fixed my a/c. I paid $540 for a new capacitor and 24 hrs later the unit was not cooling again. This time I went outside to check the unit myself and discovered the name on the tag from the previous vendor was Ac Pro with a different phone number. My fault for using Google instead of going outside to get the phone number. Anyway I called Ac Pros to report the unit was not cooling again. They sent Sam to look at the unit. Sam tells me I need a new compressor. He provided a wordy explanation about overheat readings that indcated the compressor failed and that they couldnt located another compressor due to the age/make of the unit. He said he boss said he can sell me a new outdoor unit for the same cost of a compress ~$5,300. This is when I finally stopped rounding up on the company and turned on my facilities manager hat (Yes Ive been in facilities management for 20yrs) FMs all know that compressors can at times be repaired be most importantly that if one is running hot its a sign the coil is dirty. I called another vendor to come out and check the unit, told them nothing about this companys work and got an honest technician to state the coil was dirty so he cleaned it. Unit has been cooling for the past 48 hrs. What did I learn... first sometimes you gotta not play the housewife and present yourself as the knowledgable professional you are. Second, be careful of company names (1) letter really does make a difference, and third wait at least a week before leaving a review. No, I have not asked Ac Pros for any refund on the misleading diagnosis and repair. They did show up and installed a part albeit the unit probably didnt it. Good luck out there Texans! in finding a honest HVAC service company during the hot Texas summer.

Joel came to my house on a weekend at 11:30 pm (on 2 hours notice) and only charged a standard rate. I told Joel he could come the following morning but he said would make the service call that night since I have 2 small children in the house. He said he wouldnt want his kids to sleep in a hot house and didnt mind making the late service call to make sure that didnt happen. Great experience and I would highly recommend this company.

Updated- 4/2020- I had my 1st maintenance today. Joel is a great Tech who is nice and very helpful. Everything went great with my AC Maintenance.I met with Russ from AC Pros today. I was needing a quote on a couple of things for our new home we just bought. He was very professional and courteous. We went over the items I was needing along with some things he felt would benefit our home.Updated 11/2/19- Francisco, Joseph & Joel all came out today to work on our AC, replace multiple parts, get in the attic, go onto the roof, level our AC unit, clean the unit, and address the heating issues. Everything is working very well now! All 3 guys were gentleman, explained everything well and cleaned up all messes. Im more than happy that I called them! I also signed up for the yrly maintenance plan.

Today’s tune up appointment went great! Our technician was professional, thorough and ensured we were aware of all offerings available to optimize our AC. AC Pros replaced our entire system this past August and we are completely satisfied with what they recommend as far as replacement equipment. More importantly all contact with this company in home and from their office has been professional. I would recommend this company for all HVAC related needs!

I tend to leave positive reviews and can’t remember the last time I left a negative review. But in this case, I feel compelled to help others from suffering the same fate as my 87-year-old mother. She had saved up for years to get a new HVAC, and insisted on getting something that will last. We were advised by Russ Teager at AC Pros (License No. TACL B42774E) to purchase Trane HVAC COMPLETE system, which was installed in March 2019.Between March 2019 and March 2022, the HVAC crashed on us every few months and AC Pros came out at least a dozen times to fix various issues including failed compressor, failed drive, and failed leak in coils. Our HVAC still crashes on average every two months, and AC Pros and Trane have refused to fix their mistake, even though we paid extra money to have a 10-year guarantee, which turned out to be useless; they will try to blame any problems on the customer so as not to have to deliver on that guarantee, without providing evidence to back up those claims.So, if you go with either AC Pros or Trane, check out all the complaints against Trane on sites like Better Business Bureau. And make sure you at least receive an ACA-approved load report from AC Pros before instalment. Then be prepared to spend a lot of time and mental/emotional stress because the system keeps crashing for no apparent reason, because that 10-year guarantee, ‘lifetime warranty on AC Pros workmanship’, and Trane will NOT help you.

We purchased our unit through AC Pros and have had excellent service from day one. We always receive a friendly phone call to remind us when the service is due. Justin arrives on time and covers his shoes with protective footwear even though we say it is not necessary. They are always polite, respectful and let us know if anything is amiss, even if it has nothing to do with the actual air conditioner - eg. squirrel damage in the attic.

Francisco was knowledgeable and polite and he explained everything to me. He did a very thorough job with my 3 systems. AC PROS has installed all my systems and maintained them for the last 22 years!! I highly recommend them.

We replaced our older unit. AC Pros called the day before to confirm our appointment. Jairos team arrived on time, laid down tarps to protect our flooring, asked if we had any questions and answered them knowledgeably. The team was courteous of my kitties and made sure to keep doors closed so they couldnt get out. They cleaned up the condensate lines which had been a tangled mess! They plan to come out in a week to make sure everything is still working well. So far, I am very pleased with my experience.Update: After a few months back and forth with the city inspector, weve finally passed inspection, and are all set! Janna, at the main office, has been very helpful and takes the time to answer our questions and ensure our satisfaction. The weather has been cold since the install, so we havent really had a chance to test the AC yet, but Texas will provide an abundance of hot weather soon enough. So far so good!

Had a bit of a rough start to a heating problem. We were dispatched a tech who seemed to have gotten a solution but unfortunately the problem arose again later in the evening. The next day they sent out Jason who not only stayed all day until the job was done right but he also brought a space heater to keep us comfortable while he worked. He also answered all out questions and concerns and gave us good info to use in the future. What started out as a kind of rough start to a bad situation ended up really good actually and professional. Would highly recommend.

This past week the AC went out at our house. The strain of the 100+ degree heat finally killed our cooling. We have a 2 story house with two units, and both started acting up. Our downstairs system was 20 years old and well due for replacement, but the upstairs was only 4 years old. I found AC Pros on the Good Contractors List highly recommended, and gave them a shot. Russ gave us a reasonable quote for an 18 seer 3 ton Trane AC/Heater system to replace the old system, and replaced the coil on the other system to repair a leak other companies could never seem to find. The crew’s attention to detail and great friendly attitudes made the whole process great. The guys — Osvaldo, Luis, Ray, and our tech Victor were stellar. I have two very young boys, and as much as those two curious rug rats tried to help, the guys were incredibly friendly and patient. All of them welcomed me as I looked over their shoulders trying to learn something as well. They corrected and cleaned up the installations of both systems in ways I didn’t even realize were available, and left me truly feeling I had quality systems once they were done.

We contacted AC Pro due to one of our units about to go out. it was old and keeping very loud noises. It was on a weekend and we had used AC Pros in the past so called them about this issue. Jairo was on call and was so kind, He talked to me and asked questions about the noise. I believe he stated that he wasnt the person that would come out but if I wanted him to he would since we had spoken at length at built a rapport. He did come out that following Monday morning to check the system out. Upon inspection he found that there was high levels of CO in the home! He would not leave until he found the source. I mentioned we had run the fireplace the night before due to unit being out. That was the source! He actually spent a few hours here. We decided that new units were in order. On the day of installation, Luis B, Mario R, Isidro L, and Ray showed up promptly. The whole crew from AC Pros did a great job of installing our heating and air systems. They finished a bit earlier than estimated. They were respectful and kind while in our home. They cleaned up every bit of scraps and trashed that was left after the job. They explained how the system worked and wanted to make sure they answered all of my questions about it. This is a great crew that this company has, its not often to find a company where every single crew member is on point. Misty keeps the house in order there, keeps things running smoothly and Russ the owner is a really cool guy. No complaints about any of them! AC Pro will always be our go to company for heat and air needs. You cant go wrong with the quality of the work, quality of employees, the products, and their prices are very reasonable!

The team that cleaned our air ducts were courteous and mindful. Joseph explained what he was doing at appropriate times, and the guys swept up afterwards as well. They even waited patiently for our sleeping children to wake. And Jim, the gentleman who originally came to our home to give a quote, was also courteous and patient, and I think we received a great quality duct cleaning for a reasonable price. I am excited to see how my allergies are after this service.

They responded and came on time. They stated that our motor and blower were burnt and we needed to replace it for $3100. Then they said we needed a new inside and outside system instead of spending $3100, only spend 14,300 to install new system. Our Units are not barely 10 yrs so i became suspicious. I called a different AC company and they came and flipped a switch and the AC is working fine. No burned motor or blower. I am so glad i listened to that internal small voice and asked for a second opinion. We only ended up spending $50

WOW! I could not have asked for better service. My father in law was without heat and we had a freeze warning that night. The great folks at AC PROS came out to diagnose the problem, and discovered that the needed parts were a couple of days away. The service tech brought personally owned space heaters over to his house after business hours to insure that he has heat.The day of the repair, they were there on time and got the job done less time than quoted. All for a great price.I would highly recommend.

The technician that serviced my unit called ahead to let me know he was on his way, and arrived promptly on time. He checked all components of the heating / cooling system then showed me how to reset the filter needs changing message. He asked if there was anything else he could do and was very polite. Clifton did a very thorough job of addressing our AC problem. Our unit was shutting off. It was not draining properly and that tripped a shut-off switch. He also coached me in how to avoid the problem. Very pleased.

Weve been customers of AC Pros for quite a long time and have found the company/staff to be responsive, efficient and helpful with our air and heating needs. On one of the prior visits during a system check up, Joel the technician found a high reading of carbon monoxide. It was determined one of our 2 systems needed to be replaced because of this. We were lucky to have Joel find the problem before something serious happened to us because of the issue.

Joel Sisk is one of the best at heating and a/c troubleshooting and maintenance. He is on time and really good at identifying the problem and taking the right actions to get issues resolved. We have been customers of AC. Pros for 15 years and appreciate Joel and everyone there.

The last honest AC company in DFW! I couldn’t be more serious. Jason is a life saver! He stayed in touch via text as we waited for power to be restored during blackouts so that he could address the broken heater - the call was VERY reasonable and we were up and running in 30 minutes. He will return later to replace what was frozen due to storm - at least until we can get a full assessment after the thaw. Highly recommend! Call no one else!! - most of these contractors are just crooks - so glad to finally have an honest one!

With the extreme heat we were worried about a very loud noise coming from what we thought was the blower. AC Pros had a tech to us within a few hours and identified the problem in short order. Back to a cool house.

Above and beyond. Our AC died right before this heat wave. They were out same day for a diagnosis. Following day got us fixed right up. The crew has fun working together which is really refreshing. Love the checkup to make sure were happy.

I had a full replacement of HVAC and furnace in November. The workmen were efficient and did an excellent job with the installation. In January, the thermostat disconnected and they responded promptly to my 1am call. I loved working with them and would definitely recommend.

Jose and Jimmy did an amazing job . I had a 30 year old system in a condo that was not easy to remove and they installed a brand new AC unit without a glitch.
