4 stars is not easy to give after the trouble and expense but with the help that was offered last month we at least have a comfortable home. I’m not happy that it took the time it did and a very poor first review to get our system actually fixed. I am very appreciative of our labor refund that we were refunded and the offer to help us out when the house was unlivable. They also got our system back up and running pretty quickly which was through over 100 plus temperature days.

We returned home on a Sunday night from being out of town to find our AC had stopped working. The next day, after contacting The Right Choice Heating & Air, they sent a technician out within 2 hours, who got the AC working again. Wife really liked the tech, they were fast, and the work they did was far less expensive than replacing the outside and attic system entirely (the only fix that A#1 Air even suggested was a wholesale replacement). I highly recommend.

My heater works better than ever.

I feel technician was on time, appreciate recommendations and his patience while trying to find best deals in repair. Did not appreciate his comment when I was trying to make decision on repair, “It don’t matter what you do, I’m going home to cool air”.

The previous owner scheduled a maintenance visit. the AC guy told me what is needed to be fixed but the landlord doesn’t want to get the part from the company. The guy was super friendly and knowledgeable.Updated review: may 29th 2023I was told that i need to replace compacitor. Th e cheaper one need replacement every year but the other one should last 3 or 5 years and come with warranty that I don’t remember how many years it should last. The cheaper one cost 200-300, the better one cost like 500 with the membership with them.Anyway, my AC works fine without replacing it. It has been a month or so since the technician visited. He did explain to me why i should replace it. He said my AC won’t work without replacing it if I remember correctly. Cause he explain and even draw things out on paper but I’m not familiar with how AC works so only remember that the compacitor needs replacement. I’m not sure if he is trying to sell it to me even though my compacitor is still good OR what he meant was that my compacitor is usable but will go bad soon.
