Over the last year, we had multiple floods at our office. Each time was a total disaster, but we were able to lean on ServePro throughout the situation. They got to us quickly and stopped by each day to keep a close eye on the machinery and check moisture levels. The whole team was great and I would definitely recommend using them!

We thought we had only sustained minor water damage in our kitchen but it turned out to be quite extensive. Servpro worked well with our insurance and their estimates and documentation ensured a smooth insurance claim process as the scope of work grew. Our construction coordinator Ajay was in communication with us every step of the way and they were able to get us back in our home two weeks ahead of schedule. It was great to have the entire process go through one company and they did a great job.

We had to have essentially our entire kitchen redone after a slow and insidious leak. Servpro did a wonderful job, including holding our hand during difficult decisions. We have been very happy with the results and their service!

I had a pipe that bursted at my home while I was out of town. I called Servpro and Doris talked me through the process and made me feel comfortable letting her crew go into my home while I was away. Everyone I spoke with was nice and was knowledgeable.

I was pleased to have worked with a sweet young lady name doris . She was very respectful and detailed about everything! She made a really bad day , bearable. She gives Servpro a great look! Doris should be CEO of the company .

Alison is amazing! I had some mold issues in a home that I was renting and Alison reach out to me right away to see how they could help my situation. Alison and her team provide excellent customer service and I would highly recommend Servpro of Richardson to anyone I know!

I called this Servpro because it came highly recommend. They were definitely helpful on getting my damages from my fire taken care of. They have a big washer that got all of the soot out of my clothes and linens. They brought my clothes back freshly ironed and on hangers ready to be hung back up in my closet. My linens smelled so fresh and clean. That is the greatest smell. The crew also scrubbed all of the soot off my walls and floors and furniture. They made my rugs look brand new. The general manager check on me numerous times throughout the whole process. I will most certainly use them again.I have also passed along the GM cards to my friends and family.

We had a fire at our house. Servpeo turned a bad day into a good day with there quick response. Jessica helped me make an inventory list of my damaged items to send to my adjuster. The whole crew worker quickly to get my house back together. Thank you servpro! I highly recommend this company!

We had a back up at our home and water was going everywhere it was seeping out of our home. Servpro came at 5am and they were quick to help even though I was in a bad mood at the time. They came to my home everyday to check on the equipment left at my home and were out of there in 4 day! I will be calling you next time

Did not have a good experience, the office staff over promised and under delivered on service, would show up & work for a few hours and leave the job unfinished and wouldnt show up for days. After two weeks for the remediation it still wasnt complete and I fired them, I was told because they make more on leaving the equipment on site and dragging it out, they damaged my furniture and some of my items somehow grew legs and walked out the door.

Had a major water damage. Techs were very quick at getting the job done. Jessica in the office was awesome at keeping me updated every step of the way. Thank you guys would deff recommend to friends.

My Grandmas hot water heater burst flooding her floors in a portion of her home. Kameron set up the equipment needed and had her floors dry and clean like nothing happened.

They did a fire damage clean up and their team came out and did an amazing job cleaning up. They came out in the middle of the night to access the damage. Would highly recommend!!!

Completely disorganized in their warehouse. Everything was everywhere. Many things were mislabeled. Dont let them take your stuff. Things WILL go missing.

Always late and hard to reach. They spam you with phone calls to ask you to pay but they dont even finish their job. Person on the phone was rude.
