Vic performed a total satisfactory service call. He was prompt, kept us appraised of his arrival, worked consciously to resolve the washers issue, kept us informed as he worked through the issue, gave advice on how to keep from duplicating this issue as well as other issues with this model machine. I wholeheartedly recommend Vic and would use him in the future if I could. Solid guy!
Sears home repair is a very convenient service. I would use it again. The technician, Vic, seemed very knowledgeable and friendly.The labor charge of $299.95 plus $50.00 to vacuum out the bottom of the dryer seemed very high.

Hussein did an awesome job. However the communication from Sears about the original appointment, why the appointment was changed, the need for a part, etc. was abominable. Expect so much more from a company like Sears Home Services
All bad. I have a in home service contract with Sears, waited a week for microwave oven service only to find the technician refusing to even look at the microwave after coming out because he says something was wrong with the contract. Ive used this service contract for this microwave oven twice before without incident. I now have to get with the service contract people next week to correct the contract and then wait for the next available service appointment. Very poor service practice! Follow up: customer service says nothing is wrong with the contract, they just rescheduled the service appointment for next week and well try again....

Sears apperantly is working with assurance who I got my warranty through I have called and had someone come out to my house twice and my fridge is still broken...apparently we are waiting on some part that I guess wasnt built yet
Tony repaired my Maytag Water & Dryer. He was on time, friendly, quick with the service. A true professional. Although a bit expensive, it was a good service experience.
Our technician Micah was incredibly polite and listened patiently to our concerns. Sears at home automated customer service portal is abysmal as you can never talk to a live person that can give you updates on rescheduling or parts issues. Micah is the only one that deserves the rating!
Still waiting on my washer since July, how fun it is to have NO WASHER, and be out all that money for the maintenence agreement that last till 2026. Really sucks, need to sue ........
I made an appointment at 7:40 this morning. They said they would be there between 1 and 5 today to look at my refrigerator. I rearranged my schedule to be home only for them to cancel my appointment for no apparent reason. This has got to be the poorest of poor customer service. I would not ever use them!!

Mario was great. Service was great. Price was very high for a repair that took less than 30 minutes. Parts $109 and labor $350 - excessive to any reasonable consumer. But I needed the appliance fixed in a rush so paid it.
Tony was able to troubleshoot out LG washing machine. A power surge temporarily disabled the unit, Tony showed us how to fix it, I am grateful for his honesty and not charging us for repairs we did not need.
We thought there was a coolant leak but The guy couldn’t find why the system wasn’t cooling correctly. Instead of just saying sorry, and leaving, he looked around and found the reason. Completely different than we expected and could end up saving on my electric bills!

Left ice maker disassembled in my home for 3+ weeks. Assured me that he knew what he was doing, however, after ordering 6 parts and practically replacing everything that could be replaced, the ice maker STILL DOES NOT WORK. This is after 4 visits, with the last one being 5+ hours.Purchasing the 5 year warranty has definitely not paid off because Sears will do anything in their power to avoid giving anyone a new machine.

Very unprofessional, dishonest and unethical. The ice machine wasnt working. He told me we needed to clean the dust on the bottom of the fridge to start the fixing process. Then he charged me extra out of pocket for the cleaning because warranty doesnt cover it. We paid an extra $100 for him to just vacuum the bottom of the fridge, dryer and wash machine. After he cleaned it, all he did was reset the ice settings so the cleansing was completely unnecessary. The fridge still wasn’t fixed

They did not repair the oven door. They claimed that we put something heavy on it and that made it so that it stayed open. We did not put anything heavy on it, and the service tech didn’t believe my son, when he told him this.
