Elite AC went above and beyond with my HVAC new system replacement. They were on time, quick, professional, maintained the workspace and kept the floors clean and covered. They are also very clear and direct about the services needed, pricing, and expectations. They don’t take in loops and offer so many brands for variable prices, and get you dizzy with financing options or even try to market for themselves, and tell you stories about the company history. They come for the issue, detect it, and quote you for it, then you have a deal. They also loaned me a portable AC even before contacting with them. Very thorough work and excellent customer service!!I got an appointment the next day, and they were able to replace both units.The tech team from Elite AC was comprehensive and patient in answering my questions about the new systems. When they were finished, they gave me a thorough briefing and walked me through everything they had installed. They also cleaned up any debris and material in the workspace. In addition, they sent a quality control technician a few days after to ensure everything was completed to specifications and our satisfaction. I used this company to come fix my ac at my business in FTW, I spoke to Moe he was very nice and helpful! He told me that he will come and check it out so he did last night spend 3 hours on the roof and it was late night! And yes he fix it!! I try to reach out to different companies and they told me that we can come on Monday, I can’t wait till Monday it’s a business so I have to get my ac fix ASAP. So I highly recommend him.
