The original appointment made by our warranty company was a no show with the technicians.After multiple attempts of calls I finally reached someone; however , we don’t feel that the AC issue was resolved. When called back for a recall after 2 weeks of calling , another appointment was made but the technician did not show up, call , nor answer our phone calls.This is a very horrible , unprofessional group of people (not a business) that I would highly NOT recommend.They need to be pulled off the list of contractors for any warranty company.
Damaged our living room ceiling while installing our upstairs unit in June. Five months later nothing has been done. They sent a contractor out two weeks ago who wanted US to pay him $250 to effect the repair! Their own technician came out in August and verified that they had not grounded our unit properly and that was likely the cause of massive electric billing increases for June and July totaling nearly $1,000. Multiple attempts by phone and text have been unanswered.
This AC Service provider One Call Mechanical and Services are horrible. First of all I dont think they have the proper skill. They showed up in my house, looked at the AC, and left a short note. After that I called them at least 6 times - they did not show any curtsey to call me back to tell me the next course of actions to be taken. I had to call OneGuard home warranty to contact them and still did not have any response from them. I will make a formal complain about this service provider to OneGuard and to all other avenues. They took my money but where is the service.
Unprofessional...absolutely do not recommend this company. Just go to the website site and that says it all.
This company is ran by a couple of lying drug heads that will over charge you for any and everything.
