AC went out at 10 o’clock at night and Matthew returned my call within minutes. He had me back up and going within an hour. Integrity has a new customer for life and their name perfectly fits their model.

I have used Matt as my AC guy for years. He installed an entire AC unit outside of my first home. He installed a new coil inside my second home and he fixed a part on the inside of my AC in the current home I have. He could have talked me into purchasing an entire new unit that would have put me in debt but he took his time and checked it thoroughly and found the part that was causing the issue. He saved me a couple of thousand dollars $$$!! He is kind, knowledgeable and honest! He certainly works and walks with INTEGRITY. Matt will always be this families AC guy!

I first met Matt in August 2017 after my Cedar Creek Lake home AC iced up and a different company, Infinity Air, came out. They told me the system could not be repaired and would cost $8,000 to replace. Fortunately, I had friends visiting who had used Integrity Air and Matt came out. Within an hour, my AC system was cooling again. My 20 plus year old system finally went out about a year later, and while checking the system, Integrity Air also discovered I needed 3 new duct lines due to both animal, and human interaction. Matt and his crew worked in cramped, hot conditions for 2 days and my new system is now cooling, at a much more reasonable price than what the other company said. I highly recommend Matt and the crew of Integrity Air.

Had 3 different companies come out. 1st one charged over $500 in freon and put leak stop in. It all leaked out in 2 days. 2 other companies tried to do the same. This company came out spent 1/2 a day finally found the leak fixed and recharged it. That was 3 weeks ago and my a/c still blowing ice cold. Highly reccomend
