Crown Heating And Cooling team have serviced and or installed heating and air conditioning units in three of our rentals, our sons home, and our home over the past five years. Today. My A/C decided to malfunction. I called Crown Heating And Cooling came with in a couple of hours to fix the problem. He was so courteous, professional, explained my options and then fixed the problem when we agreed on the course of action. He was a pleasure to work with and I think everyone at this company for their polite and prompt service.

They were terrific! I made a call in the morning and informed them of my air conditioner issue.Got lucky to have the same day appointment. Allan called and said he would be here in 30 minutes and for sure he was. He was friendly and informative, took enough time to do a great job and seemed to know exactly what was the problem and how to fix it. I was very pleased with the service and it was a pleasure working with them.

I made an appointment with this company a couple weeks in advance to fix my heater. Took the day off work to be there. The day came and no one showed up. I called three times and each time was told someone would call me back. They’ve now wasted my whole day, my heater is still not working and they can’t even be bothered to call me back. I look forward recommending literally anyone else next time anyone I know needs work done. Avoid this company if you value your time.

We are very grateful that these guys were able to come out late fix our AC. They were very professional and polite. They managed to fix our AC quickly and kept us in the loop of what was going on the entire time. They went above and beyond what he needed to do. The two guys who showed up did a great job, explained everything well, solved some unforeseen problems and even vacuumed when they were done. Called at 1130am. Was told I would receive a call from a technician within 3 hours. 5pm. No call back. I called again. Person answering the phone said they would reach out to the tech again. Its now 630pm. No call. Moving on to someone else who wants my business.
