C&R sent 2 awesome technicians to do maintenance on my Trane. They discovered a problem with my 2 step system and stayed here until they were completely satisfied everything properly. That was above and beyond their job. They were efficient, very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and kept me informed all the way. Carlos with C&R Sales in Red Oak, TX did a great job on my A/C tuneup for the summer, and I will definitely have him back in the fall for my heating unit tune-up. The cost was also reasonable with extra money paid for a well-needed outdoor unit coil cleaning for a total of $250. C&R also installed my Trane HVAC unit five years ago, and this is the first time that it’s been touched since then (not recommended).

After my AC company of 14years said I needed a new unit ($9500) due to a bad compressor. Something seemed off so I called C&R for a second opinion. Their tech Carlos was excellent, he explained everything as he went and found a bad contactor (under $400 labor and parts). My unit is good, compressor is fine and Carlos even looked over the rest of the unit to make sure no issues remained. I asked to setup a reccuring maintenance plan. This will be my only call going foward. Definitely recommend

Wonderful AC company!! We had no heat while it was bitter cold and the tech arrived within a couple of hours. He quickly found what the issue was and repaired it. The heat was back on and the price was reasonable. We will be calling them in the future if we need service again!!

C&R did an excellent job installing a new Trane system at my home.After comparing an apples-to-apples scope of work among several companies around the Red Oak/Ovilla area, I chose C&R for their value and upfront professionalism. I felt confident in the quotation process through talking to an HVAC expert at C&R compared to an HVAC Salesman from another company. Another company quoted a cheaper price, but a closer look yielded it was for outdated equipment no longer in manufacture.The installation process was professionally done, no corners were cut. The level of integrity with C&R is outstanding and the quality of work sets the bar high for contractors in the HVAC industry.

Carlos and Steven were prompt and thorough in their service of my unit this fall. Checking both the inside and outside units and changing my filter.They even played some basketball with my son...talk about full service!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR HOME! The technician left a pan in position that leaked and caused SEVERE ceiling damage. When you call the office to speak to them, they literally YELL at you it is not their fault. Beware of this business that does not take responsibility for the problems that they have caused.
