Oakmont Park by Trophy Signature Homes

By far the worst experience I’ve had with purchasing a home, all the issues we’ve dealt with in the beginning of home buying process with and even after moving in has been trash! There wa an issue that caused flooding and black mold in our home before closed and they got it all “taken care of” but on move in day you could see the workers rushed through to get this house done. Walls are wavy, paint job is bad, windows aren’t sealed correctly, carpet isn’t installed correctly, wall outlets in living rooms aren’t placed correctly (I’m almost positive I’m not supposed to see holes behind that outlets) certain areas or the flooring seeps down when walking in living room as if the tile/laminate isn’t sealed correctly, wall thermostat still isn’t fixed correctly and is still crooked on the wall even after “multiple times of being fixed” everything looks very rushed. I wouldn’t buy another trophy home based off my experience. Our last builder was impeccable.. (Impression homes) thought we’d give another builder a chance and this is how it came out. Jessica in the model Home is very nice though, she’s the best thing that trophy has going.

I simply love my Trophy home. The peace of mind when it comes to service after the sell is phenomenal. I noticed a roof leak on Sunday 9/22, I went online and made a warranty report. The very next day 9/23 I was contacted to set up a time for repairs. Problem was solved 9/25, what other homebuilder does that!

We’ve been here a little over a year now and we have had to spend money on things that weren’t done correctly. The floors are the absolute worst, and the floors seem weird upstairs as well (kinda like you’ll fall thru if you jump up and down). They came out 2 times to “fix” the floors and they made them worst each time.
