Their highly efficient team completed changing out the evaporator coil in the main unit and rehanging the mini split in my master bedroom. The crew was great and worked hard. They got right to the tasks, and got it done in great time. The team lead was very knowledgeable, and I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me on anything.After being lied to, and having my time and money wasted by other companies, I can 100% say I have found my forever A/C company! These guys are great!

This company is top notch. I called on a Wednesday night when I realized my heat pump wasnt working. It wasnt critical, so I said it could wait until the next day. Their technician Mike arrived the next morning and diagnosed the issue within minutes. He went the extra mile to explain some aspects of my system that I wasnt aware of. The final bill was extremely reasonable, too. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

Professional technicians. Removed and replaced my faulty unit with a new Rheem condenser and Mortex coil. All finished within 3 hours, including clean up. Good, reliable people to work with. I highly recommend them.

HIGHLY Recommend Ray Roberts Service for all of your Ac service needs. They came out the same day we called diagnosed the problem quickly. They had to order the part we needed for our unit, so we thought it would take awhile to get it in. It didnt take long at all, they got our part in 2 days and came out as soon as it came in and had it fixed in no time. Thank you Shane and Shelly for everything. From start to finish best customer service ever! When calling to inquire the representative was very professional and was able to have someone out at my house within 2 hours. The repair guy was hands down the best. Was very professional and offered us feedback on our outside unit for future references. Lastly. The cost was amazing! They are very reasonable on pricing. They will definitely be our go to repair service for the future. Across the board beyond pleased with our service from them.

Service was excellent. Arrived on time, was called before time to let me know techs were on the way. Very polite and did a througher check on unit, inside and out.

My parents have used them for a while now. My dad is very picky about quality and professional service of all kind. We built a house 3 yrs ago and needed all of out units checked, cleaned and serviced for the upcoming summer months. From the initial phone conversation to the closing of our home door after the service...it really was awesome! Jim and Mike serviced each of our 4 units...they were thoughtful about tracking in dirt (it had been raining that morning) professional, answered my questions as well as gave me great advice! You guys have put together a great team! I am very proud to pass on our recommendation of Ray Roberts Service!

We realized our AC wasnt cooling late afternoon/end of the work day and they were able to come out within the hour. (we did pay after hours fees). But we are thankful they were able to fix it quickly and get us up and running again on this hot day!

I called and Ray Roberts Service had a repair man at my door just a few hours later. He diagnosed the problem and left me with several options to choose from and even sent me an email with all the details so I could discuss them with my husband before committing to a course of action.

I use Ray Roberts Service for regular maintenance of my a/c and heating systems. I recently had an issue needing after hours service. The guys came out in a timely manner and were able to diagnose a critical electrical issue that I was totally unaware of. I highly recommend Ray Roberts Service!

My air conditioner started blowing hot air 103° outside. I have never used them before but they showed up in less than two hours and it was fixed within 30 minutes very quick and they know what they’re doing I would definitely recommend them

My a/c quit at the worst possible time - Sunday early afternoon when its 100 degrees outside. Jim arrived within an hour of my call and quickly diagnosed it was bad contactor. A quick replacement and my ac was back up and running. No upselling! Just want to let people know there are honest and professional people out there and Ray Roberts is one of them.

The tech said my coil was leaking oil and I needed to pay $8,000 out of pocket to replace both inside and outside units. All I wanted was for more freon to be added.In response to your reply.. thats not how it went down or what he implied. He did not say the coil was leaking freon, he said oil, the other tech with him didnt agree. He did not just tell me how much it would cost he said it needed to be done. My A/C is working fine with the freon put in and it isnt leaking.

Called about a part I needed and the lady that answered had asked about what I needed. I could hear her in the background speaking. When she came back I asked if I could speak to a tech to let them know what I needed. She said they would probably need to send out a tech to confirm what I already know I needed. Then she says nobody was there except her as everyone has gone home. Then who was it you were asking questions? Now I am reminded why I quit using them in the first place. Bad service! Take care of your customers especially me as I am a good repeat customer if treated well. Your competition just got a sale of a new central AC unit. Should have not acted lazy!

I had a simple repair. They worked with me to come when I could be home, and quickly repaired the problem. This is a very good company.

Called same day and received service same day. Staff was polite and professional and service was done quickly and got my unit back up and running within the hour. I will definitely use this company again.

We arrived home after midnight to discover our AC had gone out. We called Ray Roberts first thing the following morning and they had a crew there by midmorning. They were able to get the AC running, however, it went out again late that evening. We called the next morning, which was a Saturday, and they sent a technician out within the hour. He worked on the system for several hours but to no avail. We had already decided to buy a new system so they brought out a trailer mounted portable AC unit to keep us cool until they could install the new AC. Exemplary customer service. We are from Arizona and this kind of service is virtually unheard of.
