Omar came out and left my home better than he found it! He was knowledgeable on every aspect involving the replacement of our furnace through our home warranty company. Omar and his helper were professional from start to finish, and I can’t compliment them enough on the work they did. It is absolutely beautiful and I even had my local hvac guy come behind him to check on the work done! He was highly impressed with the work completed! After being gone for two months, came home to a non-running AC unit and 90 degrees. Contacted home warranty who sent NexGen out next day. Home warranty would have taken several weeks. Scott arrived and immediately found issue then gave us options. Decided to have NexGen install new AC unit from their warehouse. Cody came out the next morning and had everything running in short period of time. Very efficient, courteous and professional. Will definitely have NexGen handle HVAC issues in future.

Technician came out, and before diagnosing the problem, had his boss speak to my daughter about, upgrading unit, to a new one, for half the price.He then diagnosed problem as motor gone out, due to wear and tear. We accepted that, it’s covered by warranty. Then, he goes on to say there was dust and mold in area, around motor, that needs to be blown out, and warranty doesn’t cover, because that’s NOT reason motor went out, so out of pocket $150! He stated, that IF, we don’t blow dust out, it could mess new motor up. So, we paid $150. Long story short, came out a few days later, blew dust out and put new motor in. Still didn’t work right. He diagnosed new problem, as Freon low, but can’t detect leak, SO it has to be copper line$2200, NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY. We should’ve read ALL the reviews.REMEMBER , AC company works for warranty company!!!!!

They have been called out by our home warranty. After 4 visits to my home, my AC still does not work. They at first tried to sell us on a new unit for 14K--told us the old unit was shot. Told the warranty company a totally different story. Next visit, tech says the repairs needed would not be covered by the warranty and estimated Id need to pay $500-800.00 to get the AC working THAT DAY. I said to file with the home warranty first and I sent him away. They NEVER contacted the home warranty leaving me waiting without AC for over a week. Tech lied to both husband and I regarding what the warranty would not cover (we checked our policy after he left). Tech lied to the home warranty company regarding what he told us was wrong with the unit and what was turned in. UNRELIABLE, NOT TRUSTWORTHY, OVERCHARGES.

Great experience with NexGen. Our gas furnace was having issues and NexGen Comfort Systems was contacted. Tech John quickly found the issue. Part was ordered and the Tech John came back and replaced the defective part quickly. Very professional HVAC Tech John was great to work with.The office professional Bethany (I think) was very nice and quickly scheduled the service work. I would not hesitate to request service with NexGen again.
Truly wonderful company, Someone vandalized my Air conditioner one night which caused it to stop working, home warranty was unwilling to help out so we had to look at replacing our 18+ AC system. They were able to get someone out the following days to replace it, but John was able to get the system hobbled back together to allow us to survive until the new unit was replaced. Would totally recommend this company again!
Our Choice Home Warranty recommended NexGen Comfort Services when we requested a service issue on Monday PM, 08/05/2024. We were contacted by NexGen Comfort on Wednesday PM and scheduled a Friday 08/12/2024 appt. to fix our AC which was not blowing cold air...and this just happened to be the hotest week of the year..high 90s low 102 with high humidity. The house was between 86-88 and very uncomfortable. Scott arrived and within minutes diagnose the problem and in about 30min. had the contact in AC unit replace and COLD air now flowing. Scott was very personable, knowledgeable and professional answering the several questions we had. Since then we have signed a 1 yr. maintenance contract for inpsections twice a year. We are very pleased with the EXCELLENT service.

Came out to my place around the first of February 2024 for Fidelity National Home Warranty. Opened up my furnace, closed it back up and said there was mold inside. They couldnt touch it. The next company that came over had no problem working on the unit. They said a past client had been told the same thing by NexGen too. Id go elsewhere or take your chances on losing your money for no work done. As a real estate broker this was a first in 30 years for me and my clients.

Ryan and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. They got called out on a Home Warranty claim, and instead of just saying everything looks to be working and going on about his day, Ryan spent 2 hours inspecting and talking with my husband and I about different options we had and answering ALL of my husbands questions. They ended up installing a new HVAC system the next day so that we could get some heat going in the house, and didnt leave until the job was completed around 11PM that night after hours of troubleshooting that had to take place. 11/15/2023: Our NexGen tech (Scott) arrived before the appointment time quoted (this was Great! compared to other HVAC companies weve had in the past). Scott introduced himself and you could immediately see that he was very personable. After introductions and as he stood at the door (putting on Booties), he asked How can I Help You Today . Wow! what a luck of the draw that we got Scott this afternoon. I say that because he had to have already been of several service calls before ours today, but approached us as if we were his FIRST call of the day (Great Attitude!). I told Scott that I could give him some info as to what has happened over the last few days but it might be more than you would want. Scott replied I will take all you have. It will help me understand what to look for.I explained to Scott that we have two systems, both are approx 20 yrs old and over the past few days, we would turn both of the system off during the day, then back on at night. I had noticed that when I place one of the systems in Auto and sat the T-stat to call for heat, the blower sometimes seem to struggle or drag a bit to get up to speed. After that initial start, it would cycle normally. I said that I might have a blower or bearing issue. Scott said he will check the blower too but when I was talking and showing him the sounds, he said I am gong to start here at the Thermostat. He went on to explain that when I showed him what was happening, Scott had seen a tiny spark inside the thermostat enclosure. He explained that he suspects the contacts may have Arched over or had burnt away and not allowing a good signal to get to the control board, but when the lever was at the temp selected the contact was making better contact and would run normally . He then removed the cover and one could see the burn marks. It took Scott no time to find the problem, replace the thermostat and checked out the blower (which was fine) along with the rest of the system. Scott was very good and knows HVAC systems. Even after the quick repair he could has just cleaned up and went on to the next call, but he did not. He even took the time to check out other system too. (that speaks volumes about care of service to me!)He explained that we have two very good systems and that they are preforming well, but they are very old and not very efficient. I told him that we know they are old and having been thinking of replacing each one in stages for more efficient ones. Scott said that when we are ready to look at replacements, he would love to give us some options and cost to save us to most in energy cost. He then told us of several brands and features. Scott spent considerable time after the repair to listen to us and give us some ideas. He did not pressure or say things like We need to do X now to save Big! .He was very laid back and said he would send us some information on some different systems.Scotts NexGen company did us very well. Friendly, Scott has been doing HVAC work a long time. Gave us information and options, NOT pressure to replace everything NOW!My wife and I have been doing a lot of thinking on his options. I had the unthinkable happen...my A/C stopped blowing cold air and had ice on parts of the unit on a 105 degree day. I contacted Nexgen and they set me up an appointment about 1 hr out from the time of my call, on a Sunday afternoon. I received an email with my technicians name and my appointment time, it wasnt 30 minutes later I got an update that the technician (Ryan) was in route. Ryan introduced himself and asked us to explain our issue again while showing him where everything was located. He was prepared to track down the problem. He took time to go over the outside and inside units and found we needed a sensor replaced, and an additional return air vent to help maximize the unit size we have. He presented the repair quote and gave us (hubby and I) space for discussion. We agreed to move forward with repair. Ryan said we have a few options available also for payment such as traditional payments and also financing options. Ryan mentioned a (no brainer option that I recommend to everyone) maintenance plan. It cuts down the service fee and takes a percentage off the total repair cost and we get knowledgeable, professional check-ups on our unit twice a year.Ryan had to have the part ordered, but left us with a way to circulate cooler air to help us stay comfortable.Follow-up:Scott came out on Tuesday and did the repair and was just as professional and descriptive about the process as Ryan. Repairs were completed in a timely manner and Scott cleaned up behind himself. I am so pleased to have Nexgen be my A/C and heater repair company. I would give them 6 stars 🌟 if I could.
We can’t say enough good about this company- we had a 13 year old system that has developed mold due to improper installation among other issues- we opted to do a complete replacement including ductwork and Nexgen got it done in a very timely fashion and went above and beyond to redesign and improve our air flow, clean out duct grates and make the whole house perfect. Super impressed with the company, owners and the level of detail in their work!!!

As you will see from their reply, NextGen Comfort Services will not own up to their mistakes and make right on their service.***Let me provide more clarification for readers, my Home Warranty denied a claim on false information provided by NextGen Comfort Services technician after he completed service and left my home. He claimed the reason why my unit wasnt running was due to a bad control board caused by a nonexistent secondary drain. The company that came today did not have to replace the control board to get my A/C unit running. They were able to identify that the transformer was improperly installed. They only had to resolve the work done by NextGen Comfort Services technician whenever he *attempted* to install transformer. To reiterate, my A/C and heat is running now that the transformer has been properly installed without a new control board.Initial Comment:Avoid this company. I would not recommend this company to perform any services. They recently came to my home to determine why my AC was not cooling. To be clear, my heat was working fine. The technician *attempted* to replace the transformer on the inside unit and claimed that the reason why my unit wasnt working was due to a bad control board caused by no secondary drain. He didnt fix anything. After he left, my heat was now no longer working. I called him shortly after expressing my concerns and he mentioned that he would come back by. He never did but his supervisor called me. I simply explained that he left my unit in worse condition than what it was when he got here. At the time, I didnt know if he made a mistake but knew he had to have done something if my heat wasnt working.The only resolution was from his supervisor was for me to purchase an entirely new system or replace the control board.Thankfully, I was able get a different company to come out and resolve the technicians mistakes. My system is now working! According to this company that resolved the mistakes, its clear the guy (NextGen Comfort Services technician) had no idea what he was doing. When I asked the company about the cause of the control board due to the nonexistent secondary drain, they said he was feeding me false information. Once again, I would encourage you to look elsewhere if you want to ensure integrity and quality service. Unfortunately, I had to select one star to post this comment.*I am happy to include name of technician, if requested.
Professional, respectful, knowledgeable, prompt, courteous…these are just a few words that describe my experience with NexGen Comfort Services. I have a fairly new system and wanted to get some preventative maintenance performed on it before the heat of the summer really kicked in. I knew I did not want my previous AC company to return and NexGen was recommended to me by someone I trust. And they did not disappoint!! Everything about this experience was top notch! I just signed a contract to purchase a home and only had three days to have the property inspected. I called NexGen Comfort Services and they were able to come out the next day. After inspection, they called me and explained in detail all the issues they found, emailed me over an invoice detailing those issues along with photos and I was quickly able to negotiate with the property seller to address said issues.
