This was our first time working with Crow’s and I must say I was impressed. Chantel (hope I spelled that right) was so kind when I called to ask them to come out. I called them at 9:00, Garrett and Kolby arrived around 10:30, and they were able to diagnose the problem and get it repaired within 45 min. Happy to say it was a lot less expensive than I was expecting and the most reasonable that the previous a/c company we’ve use. You guys have earned a new customer! Thank you for all that you do.

We called another AC service company to fix a condensate drain at my mother-in-law’s home. They told us an adapter fitting had broken off in the side of the unit and it couldn’t be removed because it had been glued in - a huge mistake, and the only solution was to spend over $1500 to replace the whole evaporator coil and drain pan!Crow’s had installed that unit just 2 years ago, so naturally I called to complain. Jason came out the same day and removed the broken adapter in 5 minutes, proving it was not glued and the installation had been done right from the start, and he installed a new adapter and reconnected the pipe for free.Crow’s clearly takes great pride in their work and stands behind every detail being done right.

This is my first experience with Crows Heat and Air Company. I was referred by a neighbor and shes very happy with the service.Call was pleasantly answered and assigned the schedule date by Mrs. Crow, Chantel. In fact, it was set up much sooner I expected. Awesome. This is Texas in July. I dont do hot yoga in bed at night! My technician was on time and texted me when he was on way. Once the inspection was initiated and prior to the job, he explained to me thoroughly and carefully without leaving out any details. Thats much different from all my previous encounter. He fixed the problem and even detected a small leak that so many had missed before. I even purchased the maintenance service. Thank you. Contacted Crows Heating and Air Thursday morning due to air not working. I had technicians at my house by that afternoon who quickly detected the issue. Turns out we needed a new relay. Crows quickly got the part and issue resolved the next day. Thank you so much for squeezing us into your busy schedule we are now ready for our hot texas summer! I called Crow’s Heating and Air on a Monday and Jason met me on Tuesday, quoted me a complete new unit for installing and removing the complete old unit (from the attic and outside) then the installation was made Thursday in four hours! The installers were on time, professional, courteous, putting down drop cloths on my floors inside the house, I was impressed! They were so careful inside my house not to touch anything with the large attic unit as it was brought inside! I was very impressed with the entire process and their pricing! I highly recommend Crow’s Heating and Air. Definitely call them for your heating and ac needs!

This company was so amazing!!!!! I can’t thank them enough for coming out to get our air back up and running in this Texas heat. We had initially got an estimate from another company that tried to take advantage of us during this time. We called this company to get a second opinion. When the young men came to the house we thought they were a little young, but we were blown away! I have never in my life met such great young men who were very respectful, very informative, and so well mannered! These guys explained the entire process to us and pointed out exactly what was going on. The customer service over the phone was phenomenal! Once again I can’t thank this company enough for the great service they provided!! The grandson of this company is by far the best interaction I have had in a while.

Jordi arrived on time. He immediately saw the issue of why my ac unit wouldnt come on. The previous service tech from a different company left the panels off the units. Once the panels were replaced the units came on and worked. He also serviced each unit and checked all the essential parts. Jordin was very thorough and explained to me what he was doing and why. He provided me with good information on what to look out for in my aging a/c units. He assured me each unit was in good working order. I will continue to use Crows HVAC company.

Highly recommend this family owned business. They are honest good people that provide outstanding service. They replaced my A/C 4 years ago and when I needed a new furnace, they were my go-to. I also have a service plan with them that gives me 2x year check and great discounts, along with free furnace filters.

Crow’s is the best, they had our AC up and running after one of the Spring storms. Lightning struck the control board and they replaced that part, so glad we didn’t need a whole new AC. Crow’s is honest, fair, and they take care of their customers quickly.

Crows has been servicing my HVAC for years and Ive been very pleased. Today for the first time Garrett, the owners son, came to check my AC unit for summer. He was punctual, very professional and even though he is young, he has been following his dad for years and has learned a great trade! If you like to support a local family run business, you cant go wrong with Crows. Garrett is a hard working young man with direction and goals and it was a pleasure meeting him today!

Been with Crows since 1998 for residential and (light) commercial. Latest visit was for an RTU failure reported in the evening, during a heat wave. Crows had the job scheduled in minutes and Joshua was waiting at the shop before I arrived the next morning. The repair was made in less than and hour and billed at a very reasonable rate.

Crows Heat and Air came to give me a second estimate for some HVAC work for my home. They were honest, and I did not feel like they were trying to just make money. I would definitely use them again!

These guys went above and beyond help out. Our family after our HVAC system was taken out by a recent storm. Even though parts were hard to come by, they would not back down. On checking with the supplier on the daily and within the hour of them being available they were at our house repairing our system.
