Do not get your propane here!! I came in to get a refill on my propane tank. They charged for a new tank and a refill for another tank without my permission. When I told them I only wanted a refill they refused to cancel the transaction and still ran my card. Then said “let’s just call it a day”.

The customer service at the refill area is SUBPAR. The person in charge was DISRESPECTFUL and CONDESCENDING. When interacting with customers, a more PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS attitude is expected.My 100lb tank needed refilled, but I was informed it was outdated. She stated my tank required recertification. After I asked, she said they do tank recertification, but not until Friday. Ok, I was willing to leave the tank picking it up on Friday.She needs to learn how to read the stamped date. She claimed my tank recertification was due in 2002. The stamped date on the tank is 12/2012... Then youd add 12 years, which means its good until 12/2024.She said I could leave the tank; then she asked to look at the bottom of the tank. As the conversation progressed, the employees attitude became more HOSTILE when discussing the need to repaint. She noticed minimal surface rust in the (bottom) corners. Her assumption was there could be pin-sized holes in the tank causing leaks. Ok, there arent any pin-sized holes (no leaks), but Ill work with her by repainting the bottom.She said something about using industrial paint, which Im not sure the difference. If recommending repainting, specific details about the type of paint should have been provided. Instead, she got an attitude when I asked if she could be more specific about what kind of paint. In an unprofessional - snarky tone, she said industrial paint. At that point, I knew I wouldnt give Enderby Gas, Princeton, TX, my business.I will NEVER return to this location.

I showed up at 4P. The employee was struggling and hurrying to lock the gate as she observed me drive up. There was another customer there still not have removed her freshly filled propane tank.I pleaded one more please. The employee gruffly barked were DONE!!!!! She repeated with anger were DONE!!! She marched away with her back turned.She was rude as all get out. Not one flip was given about the customers needs. 3-28-24 4:00P.M. Princeton,Texas location. This individual has no business being in contact with customers.

Today, they lost a repeat customer because the lady would not honor a price that was clearly written on a regulator I was looking to purchase. She claimed prices listed on items and on the tags on the wall were not current.

First time customer and I will be back! Great experience really fast and the folks here gave me a couple of tips on how to tell when My empty tank needs fuel.

Friendly people never much of a wait.

Excellent experience switching to Enderby! Saved $218 off the bat. Gas prices were closer to current prices. Company I switched from was charging 10 cents over National average. Pressure check is half what other companies charge.

Have been with Enderby for a year and they have provided excellent service and fair pricing. Definitely an upgrade over the previous provider I used.

Called at 9:30 on Saturday to see if they were open, they said until 12 noon sharp I said great and headed that way about 3 miles. By the time I had arrived he was pulling out of the parking lot and everything was locked up. Time was 9:50. Wow! Never again. Wasted time and a trip for nothing.

Went inside and was directed to Chris for a propane tank recertification.Was told by Chris that their propane tank recertification was down and to come back tomorrow morning.Not sure how a visual inspection process can be down.Feels more like they want me to just spend double the money to buy a new tank.

We always try to fill up our tank during the fall specials. We’ve never had any issues with their service.

Enderby has taken great care of the propane at our little house in North Texas for a long time! Though we travel there from Austin and Tyler only a couple of times a year, the house always has a full tank and everything functioning (very important in the middle of winter!) Thanks to Enderby for great service to even the smallest of customers.

What a rip off. When in there 20 mins before they closed and the dude acted like I insult him and his mother, while kicking his dog. Plus I can get my tank refilled for a fraction of the price at Tractor Supply. Only reason I let them fill it was because Tractor Supply was out.

They have the best prices I have found but they are 2nd to none in customer service. Always very friendly and ready to help in anyway possible to help or give advise on maintaining tanks grills etc....I highly recommend them

These guys are so helpful. I was having some issues trying to get our new food trailer hooked up and should have came here before my 5 trips to Lowes

I have a motor home that has a large tank built in. It is parked at a RV park in Greenville Texas. My neighbor works for Enderby gas, and parks his Enderby gas truck here everyday. I have asked him and their office if they could fill my tank on the motor home, but they refuse to help me . It would be so simple for them to fill my tank with gas, but they are such a big company that it is not in their interest to help people unless they are able to make a huge profit $$$. That’s the problem with big streamlined companies these days, profits over and above anyone or anything, sad but true.

Guy said 5 minutes and its 15 now. The guy just sitting inside looking at movie on his phone. Complainting he needs a brake.
