Our house flooded. Servpro took care of the remediation, storing our things and the rebuild. It was a 9 month process but we spent 5 months of that wrestling with the insurance adjuster. Albert, who is the construction manager for ServPro is an absolute gem. We want to keep him. 😁 He is picky about things being done right and his subs all did excellent work. Highly recommend this franchise is ServPro.

Servpro performed mitigation (cleanup, packing, troubleshooting) when my house imploded from a lightning strike. What a mess.They were incredibly professional and skilled and hardworking. They helped guide me thru the process and were incredibly helpful.My team included Jon (lead), Chris and Jerry. Highly recommended.

It was am amazing experience. After the flooding they removed all my area rugs. They cleaned them and returned them in a timely manner. Workers were friendly and informitive. All the rugs came back looking great and were returned to their right place. Thank you!

Our team of professionals made everything easy with regard to water damage clean-up. They communicated well, worked quickly, and were incredibly polite and professional. Called servpro and they were here quick. Jon, Jerry, and Chris were very professional, kind and understanding throughout the entire process. They quickly responded to any questions we had.

Servpro came out to address a bathtub overflow in my master bathroom where the water had been running for over 3 hours. They only removed the side parts of the tub and kickboards and did not fully inspect or address other areas outside the immidiate obvious areas where the water was showing, until I requested it. They left sections of my subfloor with 20-30% moisture under my vanity especially, drywall with up to 14%-18% moisture, and carpet with over 12% moisture. Despite my reports of water on the carpet, they did not check for additional moisture past the obvious wet area on the carpet.I also reported concerns about mildew, persistent odors, and the exposed underside of my house after they cut into the siding 10 days later, which extends to the ground due to the pier-and-beam foundation. While they did come covered my crawl space, I expressed concerns agai nof mildew and concerns about moisture still being present being told they couldnt smell anything. I have not received any documentation or photos from them still at this time. After waiting 10 days and being told a reconstruction contractor would contact me, I learned from Keith that they would not handle the reconstruction.Multiple unrelated general contractors and a third-party mitigation company have confirmed ongoing moisture and now mildew & mold concerns. Overall, Servpros service was poor from the higher level as they even confirmed on 9/13 moisture was still present and higher then expected levels and told me to turn on a box fan to address, as well as their incomplete drying and ineffective mitigation have resulted in further damage.

If you are looking for an honest company who does a fantastic job….. look no further! I had Servpro clean up my bathroom water damage and fix my wall. I had mold growing behind the wall. The owner of the company (Keith) came personally and tested the wall. I was impressed. They provided top quality service from start to finish.You can tell immediately that the owners are very honest, ethical people. I highly recommend them.

Reached out to the office during this most recent rain storm of drying services. Seemed like I had just hung up the phone and there was a knock on the door. Shane was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the process. Also helped with the coordination with our insurance carrier which was a good send. Hope I won’t need them again but will definitely refer these fine people

A pipe in our laundry room busted during this last freeze. Our insurance contacted ServPro and they came out to look at the damage. It wasn’t as bad as we thought and they were able to take care of it very quickly! Mason & his crew were VERY professional and made the whole process run smoothly! Highly recommend for water damages!

We had water damage from a hot water heater that had broken and cause us many problems. The insurance company sent out a company that where not knowledgable in their own equipment or able to solving the problem. They ended up making matters worst and cause more damage to our Kitchen.We had several problems with the pervious water reduction team. Then we got ServPro in and everything changes. Barbara Hover the marketing manager took us under her wing and got Eric Z. involued. A wonderful service technician.Together the two of them turn our whole problem around. They kept in contact with me every step of the way. Eric was at our house everyday. Always on time and very knowledgeable. I can not say enough nice things about these two people. This group came to my house after severely contaminated flooding ruined 100% of the interior. I never dreamed it would go so smoothly and would be so easy for me. Rosie and Jacob came in to do some demo work after a water loss. They were very thorough, professional, friendly, and went beyond what was expected or required. They make a great team and they are such hard workers. These two got as much work done in 2 days as it would’ve taken a week to do for others. I hope something like this never happens again but if it does, I want those 2 on my team. I would also recommend them to anyone.

We were part of the February freeze and ServePro took care of us from beginning to end. They packed us up, stored our household goods, removed everything including drywall and flooring in a large house and fixed it all up. Last week they moved us back in and we are loving being back in our home, better than ever.The best part was that everyone was so positive and helpful. It was a huge job to pack us up, huge to demolish, huge to repair.... but there was never a complaint. Every day they showed up on time and cheerful. It was such an encouragement to have their positive spirit around.I want to especially call out Chelsea, Rooster and Kayla who spent five days unpacking and setting up the house for me! We had great conversations and again, they were cheerful from start to finish and made it a great experience.Thanks to all of you!

Servpro gets out to the emergency the same day and were able to answer all of the questions I had. They dealt directly with my insurance company for a smooth work relationship.

We had a kitchen issue. Shane, James, and Sergio came over and got right to work. They were amazingly professional and communicative. ServPro responded quickly during the bad storm of Feb 2021. They dried out my house from a broken water pipe and then coordinated the build back. Our water heater busted in the attic and we had water coming through the ceiling, down the walls and all on the floor. I called Larry with ServePro and they had a crew out within an hour to help get it cleaned and dried up. We had a great experience and they are very professional.

Best customer service! I came home at 11pm from work to half of my house flooded because my cats decided to turn on the faucet in our guest bathroom while I was at work. We recently had some busted pipes in our house causing water damage. Called Keith to discuss the process and I noticed his professionalism right from the start. It was a breath of fresh air to work with Keith and his team. Professional, competent, and reliable are just few ways I can describe this team.

Excellent Service and Results! Our water heater failed on a Sunday. We called ServPro Princeton on Monday and talked to Keith. He said he could have a crew come give us an estimate that afternoon. Joel and his assistant arrived as promised. He made our day when he told us he could extract the water from the walls and floor without tearing them up! He gave us a quote for de-humidifiers and heat-blowing fans. He even had the equipment on his truck. So we paid Keith via debit card over the phone and Joel installed in equipment Monday. Joel and his assistant were very careful not to damage our sports car when bringing the equipment in through the garage and when moving our dryer (to place the equipment). They were friendly, courteous and professional. They returned on Wednesday as planned. All areas were dry except one. So they removed the equipment except for the problem area and re-arranged the heating fans on the spot. They left the fans on the problem area for another two days at no additional cost. They honored the quote even though we need additional time in one area. Greatly appreciated!!! If I ever need to fix water damage again, I will call ServPro Princeton. I have nothing but positive things to say about the personnel and service. Both were fantastic.

Joel and Dakota are the best. We had a dishwasher drain line come undone. They have been with us every step of the way. Its turned into a huge poject way beyond the scope of their capabilities, but its not their fault. They found asbestos. Either way, they are had working and honest.

I had a small water leak in my utility room due to the installation of a faulty water valve. Fortunately I caught it in time and turned the water off. We had a horrible experience with this company. They constantly changed times, different employees said different things, our stuff was gone for almost 3 months and only 1/4 of it got cleaned! I attempted to call the owner and he never answered the phone. They were not able to get our carpets cleaned so we had to have a different company come and get them clean. The only good thing about that company is Larry he was very helpful, did what he said he was going to do, and was understanding. I would not recommend this company

My home flooded in Harvey and I broke my leg. These guys saved the day! Not only demo’d and dried the house but Chris and Keith went to extra mile, helped set up a living space and make shift kitchen upstairs, and helped my handicapped self in so many ways. Truely good people who care!
