The office manager was incredibly polite and helpful, making the scheduling process smooth and stress-free.Joel, the installer, did a fantastic job—he was professional, efficient, and super friendly. Not to mention, he was also very nice and cute, which was a bonus! He took the time to explain everything and ensured the installation was done perfectly.I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Absolutely horrible! We went though American Home Shield to get help for an A/C that wasn’t cooling properly. They came out about 16 hours later. The person said we had a clog, but he couldn’t fix it. To turn off the unit and wait for someone to come again. Someone else returned 24 hours later (without A/C in August in Houston) and he supposedly clearly the clog and said it was good to go. Almost 24 hours later water begins dripping through the ceiling and the carpet upstairs is soaked. We first thought it was a pipe issue so the water was turned off. We requested a plumber. However, it continued to drip, so we figured out it was the A/C. We cancelled the plumber and reopened the case with AHS. We called Royal Flush to tell them about the continued problem and the need for them to go asap to fix the issue and repair the damage before the ceiling falls. We hear nothing and 48 hours after they “fixed” the A/C the ceiling falls into the kitchen. Another call is made giving the additional problem. The following day we get a call saying they are fully booked. Eventually after 84 hours of the “repair” they return to say it’s not an A/C problem but a plumbing problem. All water items can be used in the house with absolutely NO ISSUES, but when the A/C is turned on water drips through the busted ceiling into the kitchen. They would NOT turn on the A/C so they could watch the water begin to drip. Now we have a house with water damage and a broken A/C!! This company is completely incompetent!

I was an American Home Shield customer and had an issue with my AC unit sweating excessively right after Hurricane Beryl. They sent out a technician from another company, “Air Majesty,” and the technician knew my issue wasn’t anything major but didn’t say anything. Meanwhile, he kept saying, “You know American Home Shield usually doesn’t cover the cost, and you’ll have to pay out of pocket.”Long story short, he submitted the diagnosis in a way that the insurance wouldn’t cover and wanted me to pay $1,080 for a bypass relay and some insulated ductwork. I reached back out to AHS and requested a second opinion. That’s when they sent out Bernardo, who was absolutely amazing. He explained things I wasn’t aware of and even gave me energy-saving tips. He said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my AC unit and that only a small adjustment to the bypass damper was needed.I truly appreciate his honesty and great service. I definitely recommend Royal Flush AC and Heating LLC and Bernardo to anyone with HVAC system issues.

They called to let me know they could come earlier than the original scheduled appointment. They diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the unit fast. They were very courteous and professional. We LOVE Royal Flush AC!!! Weve worked with them before and theyre always respectful, professional , on time and they NEVER try to sell us new AC units like other contractors weve been assigned through our home warranty company. We have 20+ year old AC units, so theyve been serviced a few times, and I ALWAYS request Royal Flush!We got to work with Kevin this time, and he was wonderful! He was right on time, performed his inspection and work quickly and effectively. Contracted through AHS to get an estimate for replacement of our ac units. They sent Royal Flush out.The tech was friendly but when he left my downstairs thermostat said there was no power to one of the wires. Before he arrived the thermostat worked just fine. I called the tech and he said my thermostat needs to charge. He told me that it was like that when he got there and he told my dad (who was there because I couldnt be). This sounded wrong because it was clearly on, it connected to electricity and the message said no power to the power wire. But I thanked him for his help and hung up.My dad said he never said anything about it. I called the tech again and told him that my dad said he never said anything. That I know the thermostat was working before he got here and asked if he did anything that could have caused it. He insisted that he didnt do anything and it was already like that. I then asked him if he could come back and take a look. He said he can but I have to schedule an it through AHS and that will cost.I called another, reputable and highly recommended company, they came out and their tech found the problem within seconds of going in the attic. The Royal Flush guy had turned off a switch that cuts power to the unit. Its a simple light switch that he knowingly turned off!I called him back after this and he DENIED turning the switch off! Flat our LIED! I told him he had to have turned it off because its not going to turn itself off and he acted lied I was insulting him. All he had to do was admit that he forgot to turn it back on.I dont know if he is truly this incompetent and really had no idea that he caused the issue or if it was a ploy to get a service charge to fix something he did himself.The company who came out, in 2hours on the day before Thanksgiving, did not charge me a dime.Do yourself a favor and go with a reputable company who is honest.

American Home Shield sent Royal Flush AC and Heating to my house the day after I requested air conditioning service. Justin was our technician and he was outstanding! He was courteous and friendly while he worked. He found the problem quickly after checking all pieces of the A/C process. He also found the issue causing the problem and offered a fair-priced solution so we could avoid this occurring again (it has happened 3 times this summer). Disappointing Service from Technician FrankI recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a technician named Frank, and I felt compelled to share my disappointing encounter. From the onset, it was clear that Frank was not committed to providing the level of service one would expect from a professional.Upon arrival, Frank seemed more interested in scrolling through Facebook on his phone than in addressing the issues with my AC unit. Instead of actively assessing the problem, he appeared disengaged and inattentive, which did not instill any confidence in his expertise or willingness to help.When it came time to diagnose the problem, Frank hastily provided vague and unconvincing excuses as to why the AC wasn’t working. His explanations seemed insubstantial and failed to offer any real insight into the underlying issues. It felt more like he was trying to brush off the situation rather than genuinely solve the problem.Furthermore, when asked to look at the other units that required service, Frank flatly refused, citing various unconvincing reasons. His reluctance to fulfill the agreed-upon tasks left us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.Overall, Franks unprofessional behavior and lack of dedication were disappointing. Its essential for technicians to be focused, thorough, and communicative, and unfortunately, Frank fell short in all these areas. I hope he re-evaluates his approach to customer service and makes improvements moving forward.

Scheduled routine system flush through American Home Shield. AC system was working properly before their service but completely off after Royal Flush completed their service. Technician left not mentioning that they broke the system or that it was not working. Called Royal Flush to fix their mistake and they can’t come back for several days. I have a young baby and my family is having to stay in a hotel due to not having AC in Texas while it is still hot!!

I used AHS and they dispatched this company to service my furnace. Here is what happened. My furnace stopped working. They came out and said it was the circuit board which needed changing. Up this this point, I was fine. They said they can replace it, but they couldnt find the board in stock and it would be a good 3-6 months before they could get the board. Then, they suggested that I may want to replace the entire furnace for nearly $6000. The furnace is only 3 years old.I called another HVAC company. They ordered my circuit board which took 4 days to arrive. They came out and had the circuit board on hand with them. I asked them if they thought the furnace should be replaced. They looked at me strangely and said exactly what I was thinking. The furnace is fairly new. It doesnt need replacement. Also, the part was readily available.I definately dont trust this company and will never use them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If American Home Shield assigns this company to you, demand another service provider. They visited my home three times, and each tech provided a different reason why the AC was not working or what needed to occur to get it working. Their communication leaves much to be desired, and you must follow up with them. There is no central office; it comes off as if they are conducting business from a cell phone in someones pocket. When I called them about why I hadnt heard from them in two weeks, he told me that they wanted nothing to do with my job. However, when HS called about the job, he denied saying that and said he was willing to complete the work. HS customer services does not believe in the customer but rather in the contractors. The work order is marked complete but was never completed. Furthermore, after having an independent contract look at the pipes they claimed needed to be replaced with PVC pipe, it was determined that they were mistaking PVC pipes with poly pipes due to the wrapping of the pipes that prevents condensation. This company is making a killing from completing work orders from HS and does not care about the customer but rather their contract with HS. DO NOT USE THEM HS customer or not! Also, on the third visit, the techs that came out did not speak English and could not communicate what they were doing. They had to call the main office to get someone to translate. This company is a sham.

Was assigned this company through my home warranty. The tech arrived during the tail end of the window. I explained to him the issue and he found the attic condenser frozen and said I was low on coolant but couldn’t do any other tests until it was thawed. They sent another guy a couple days later who asked me if I had any work done on the house and I told him we got a new roof. He did his assessment and said a roofing nail had penetrated the line and submitted a report (which took 48 hours to even get to the warranty company) denying my warranty fix. I crawled through the attic following the lines and found no roof nails anywhere near the line. I called out a second independent company who found the leak inside the outside unit. If the techs from this company cared about doing their actual job, they could have found it either time they visited but instead were just focused on getting in and out. I have had no AC for three weeks in the middle of summer thanks to their incompetence. Terrible company and if you get assigned them, request a new vendor.

We are currently waiting after one week for a proper diagnosis of the problem with our ac. For the third time our unit has iced over. One tech said it may need freon. Another tech says the fan needs adjusting. Just called Home shield and they said the case was closed out. They left no paper work to confirm diagnosis of repair. This is indeed bad business and lack of professionalism.

This company is terrible. Zero communication and complete disregard of Customers time. They will schedule an agreed upon time and then move it without a call, only a text message. Even the text messages are inaccurate. The office then called us to say the tech arrived +40 mins than what was communicated to via text message, which we never agreed to! Avoid them at all cost. This is how they do business. See automated text messages screenshots provided. They do not care about the paying customer. Office person even had the audacity to tell us that they too are wasting their time and resources in coming out to to provide their services 🤯

Missed issues that ended up causing more damage that could have been avoided. I was extremely nervous about my concerns but was reassured that my system was great (no recommended repairs) - just to have leaks less than two months later, which is exactly what I originally told the technician I needed to avoid. I called to let them know the issue that another company said it was and to see if they could do that type of work but the manager was very rude and not helpful. Even if they are capable of doing it, they couldnt initially properly assess the issue and he was rude - not sure why Id want to use them.Bad assessment and bad customer service is never fun for a home owner at the mercy of skilled technicians in a field that isnt easily understood (at least not for this gal). No apologies that I was still having issues, even without admitting blame - just a defensive attitude because I mentioned they missed the problem altogether - totally missed that I was giving them another opportunity.I had the home warranty company assign a different contractor. Hopefully they will have better customer service and listen to the customers needs/concerns for a quick resolution.

DO NOT under any circumstances use this company. I purchased a 5 ton Trane unit from them in February 2024. The system has had the compressor replaced and several other parts. Additionally the put too much refrigerant in the unit causing additional issues to my cooling. Lastly the unit is too big for my home so it turns off and on throughout the day resulting in a $150 increase in monthly electricity bills. I have a 2100 sq ft home. BUYER BE AWARE!!!!!!!!

I have never written a negative online review, but felt compelled to so other people don’t experience this company. They have replaced a condenser and zoning board in a 3 week period and the AC is still not working. Then they said “nothing is wrong with your AC.” In addition, there was no documentation/report sent regarding their last visit and they didn’t submit a new report to American Home Shield. The only reason I used the company in the first place is because it’s the assigned company through my home warranty (American Home Shield). I see that MANY other reviews said this is the reason they were using this company as well. The person answering the phone is uncooperative and shows zero customer service. I hope this review prevents someone from an unpleasant experience with this company.

He has a professional presence and way to communicate, he also explained all the way how the process was so I knew what was going to happen. He asked me a couple of questions and performed his diagnostic. He spent time trying to problem solve to see if he could Improve the situation and did no tried to sell me anything. This is the absolute worst company I’ve ever done business with. They sold me a worthless Trane condenser unit. The compressor failed 3 times in 4 years and they want to charge me $2500. for a warranty charge or sell me a new condenser unit for $4500. I opted to deal with someone else for a new unit. I will never deal with this sleazy company ever again. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Kevin with Royal Flush just finished servicing my A/C. I am so impressed with this young man! The previous tech with another company who was here 2 weeks ago said my unit needed 2 lbs of freon. After diagnostics, Kevin found it did not. He did find that my furnace had cool air leaking and completely sealed it with tape and compound.The other tech did not even ck for A/C leakage and told me I needed a new to buy a new unit. He also said both inside and outside units needed to be cleaned to the tune of $500. Kevin said only the outside unit needed to be cleaned for $249.Kevin was so polite, honest, friendly and knowledgeable. His company is lucky to have him!

Service has been terrible. Royal Flush was assigned by our home warranty company. Came out and mis diagnosed initially saying it was due to electrical. We had assigned to electrician then they confirmed the electricity was not the issue. Royal flush came out and identified issue as capacitor in the condensing unit and were able to get running. They did not confirm the unit was actually cooling and left thinking it was fixed but said it would take a while for the house to cool. 8 hrs later it was getting hotter, called them and said it would take time to cool. Called a separate AC company and they had me check things and could tell right away it wasn’t working properly. Called Royal flush next day and earliest they can have someone out is 4-6 pm….. due to their incompetence and mis diagnosis we have been without AC for 8 days in 95 to 100+ degrees Houston heat.Could not recommend enough not to use this company, only using due to home warranty!

Horrible company. Dont use them. They scheduled my service and told me they would arrive between 4-6pm but didnt arrive until 8:30pm with no apology or explanation. They never called to let me know they were running late and no one answered my many calls. They sent 3 teenagers to fix my ac and I would bet they were not licensed. I have been dealing with these people since JULY 2ND and it is now July 18th. That is a long time to be without AC in Houston, Texas in July. If your warranty company assigns them to you, call your warranty company and tell them to send someone else to fix your AC. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. I have already sent a message to my attorneys to research the whether these teenagers were licensed. I have told my home warranty company, who are trash too, that I dont ever want them assigned to me again. They should not be in business at all.

I had a condenser and evaporator replaced. I asked them to provide me with the part numbers for the equipment they would install. They instead provided me a photo of a hand written ticket with the existing part numbers. I didnt realize this at the time and I told them to start the work under the assumption they would replace the equipment with the same as the existing. Huge mistake on my part, they gave me a Goodman unit which is the lowest rated unit according to Consumer Reports. I asked them for the warranty paperwork they told me they had it in their office and I did not need it. I ended up retrieving the warranty from the Goodman website. If I hadent registered my unit on the Goodman website my warranty would not have been activated. How did they have it on file if it wasnt registered? They didnt even provide me with a receipt. They also repaired a leak in my second evaporator. I woke up at 2 am to a leak in my bedroom from the condensate because they routed the condensate pipe directly onto to my celing. They had a painter come replace a small piece of the damaged sheet rock. He painted my entire celing as well but my celing still sags. Each time I look at my sagging celing I remember this horrible experience. It is very sad, I just bought this house and careless contractors damage it.

If I could give them a zero stars I would. American home shield sent them out for our AC. They misdiagnosed it 3 separate times causing a delay in getting our ac fixed for 2 weeks in Texas summer heat. They never even correctly diagnosed the issue I had to get two separate ac companies to come out and show them the very obvious problem. They also never once apologized for their delays and their missed diagnostic. They also accused me of getting my information wrong when I had the two ac companies come out. They also promised to send in the report to American home shield which they didn’t and then they tried to send it in wrong with only half of the information provided. They are dishonest and not good at fixing acs. When I then asked them just for an estimate of the work they told me they couldn’t even provide an estimate until we purchase from them. If you have these people come out for your home warranty I highly suggest having another ac person there to make sure they are giving you the correct and honest information.

Stay far away from this company. They are probably one of the worst AC companies in Houston. They do the bare minimum, work with sleezy home warranty companies, up charge and never follow up. You can call and call as many times as you want and 99% of the time you will get a voicemail. Good luck getting a response or call back.

Royle Flush was sent out by AHS. And unlike most of the other reviews Ive read. They were spectacular. Cesar came out and throughly check everything wire by wire. In just a few minutes was able to find the problem and repair it. Thank you so much for being thorough and taking pride in a job well done. From this experience I would definitely recommend this company and the technician Cesar to anyone needing A/C service. Im looking forward to using this company again when I can afford to replace this old inefficient system.

Mr Bernardo came in ready to find out what was wrong with the central air. He knew we was hot and we did not have a good night sleep. Because it was so hot in the house. So he fixed it me/my family appreciate him doing a good job.At first I gave him a 4 **** but that same night my AC on the outside of the house its making a humming noise. That means to me it wasnt check good. Just check ✔️ to see if the antifreeze level was all good and he left. I called Royal flush and left a message and they have not returned my call at all.

They were awesome! I had a wonderful experience. Bernardo checked all 3 furnaces and changed the air filters. AND SAVED ME $1,500! I’d been told by another company that I’d need to replace the fan and electrical panel in order to get the heater working at a cost of $1500. Nope! Bernardo looked closely and saw that there was an electrical cord disconnected. He reconnected it and voila! I had heat on the first floor that hadn’t worked since I bought the house. Plus, he said 2 of the outtake pipes were too close together so he moved those to give them some space and keep from over heating. And he was nice. And thorough. Best service I’ve had from any hvac company since I’ve moved here. I highly recommend them.

I was forced to use this company because of my home warranty. My AC wasnt cooling my house as effectively as I thought it should. Royal Flush technician Bernardo came out on a Thursday and accidentally emptied the freon from my unit. After my home got up to 80 degrees I called and texted Bernardo multiple times with no response. I had to make another request through my home warranty. Royal Flush sent out Bernardo again and he did not arrive until almost 1pm. He stated he accidentally let out all the freon. He stated he recharged the system and proceeded to tell us that we should not have left a negative review without trying to reach him first. After showing him we did try he then stated he forgot to call us back. He then left the house and said the house should cool back down from 80 degrees in a couple hours. IT NEVER COOLED BACK DOWN! Once again we called Royal flush who told us another technician wouldnt be able to come out until MONDAY despite them causing this issue! They expected us to sit in a hot house all weekend. I had to hire an independent technician to come out and found out that Bernardo once again did not charge the system like he was supposed too! So now we have been sitting in a house that is 80 degrees for over 24 hours as we wait for our warranty company to send out another company to hopefully fix the issue that ROYAL FLUSH caused!

Royal Flush has taken care of me twice - last summer when my evaporator coil bit the dust, and today when my AC unit stopped working entirely. Great experience both times. Cesar came out today and was here for probably an hour, just working away to figure out what was wrong and how to fix it. Turned out there were a couple of things that had fried at once and he replaced them all! The temperature inside had hit 86 degrees and my daughter and I were freaking melting in here, so I was incredibly excited to hear the outside unit finally kick back on. Thank you, Cesar!! Royal Flush was set up for routine AC maintenance through my home warranty. I spoke with one of their representatives on day the service was set up to discuss a date and time that mutually worked as well as to ensure that they were aware of the size ladder needed for my rooftop unit. I received a call ~40 minutes after the appointment notifying that the technician wouldn’t be able to complete my appointment as my warranty did not cover rooftop units (which is neither in the contract nor the service set up) however they’d be able to come out for a higher fee. I spoke with a supervisor with Royal Flush and with some discussion agreed to the higher price with the agreement that my original service fee would be refunded as I cannot take another day off. I did express my concerns that it certainly felt like a scam. Their technician was set to come out within a few minutes. I then watched as their technician in the company vehicle drive into our parking lot, sat there for a minute, then left. I did not receive further notice from anyone at Royal Flush AND they checked that the service was complete so the original service fee they have since collected.

I was very impressed that Bernardo Fuentes from Royal Flush AC was able to eliminate a loud humming noise which previously other HVAC companies like Indoor Comfort AC were not able to identify and eliminate the issue. The primary issue was that the blower motor assembly in my HVAC was pushed all the way to the back of the unit AND the shaft for the blower motor was cut at an angle. Thus, the blower motor was operating at a slight tilt and that cause the vibration and ultimately the loud humming noise. I’m sharing this with everyone, because my home warranty, American Home Shield, does not cover solving this gun big noise with the HVAC unit. I did have to pay for this work and the replacement blower motor and capacitor, but it was so worth it. Problem solved thanks to Bernardo!

Home shield contracted them to to do some repairs on my a/c and let me tell you I’ve never encountered such mess in all my life. Over a whole month of not having working a/c in this Texas heat I kept going back and forth with someone name Allen trying to find out what the issue was who claimed that the parts I needed to fix my system was on backlog and it would be 8 weeks. I Told him none of that made sense by talking to him and getting Carrie involved I learned that this fool never even ordered the parts period. I was forced to buy a window unit for my bedroom so I wouldn’t end up dead from heat stroke And found my own contractor who by the way took 20 minutes to find the same parts he claimed was on backlog for a month, and come out of pocket $1400 for a job that should have been zero $$$ they had no care or concern whatsoever for me suffering in this bloody Texas heat, they’re NO GOOD DONT USE THEM. American Home Shield (AHS) gave Royal Flush our request for service as one of our AC units was not working. Bernardo responded a day after the request was made. He quickly identified the problem, conducted another couple of tests to confirm that what he suspected was the likely problem and replaced the part. We now have cooling. Being technically interested in what was going on, Barnardo explained what he was doing and was extremely courteous. If I should have any future AC or heating problems, I will request that AHS send Royal Flush.

He stated it was beyond his scope and wasnt covered. I couldnt believe that. So AHS covers everything but ductwork. I feel bamboozled. I have toddlers and it is hot as Satans kitchen in Houston. This company was dispatched via my Home Warranty. We were told a few reasons as to why our AC wasnt working, such as needing refrigerant. They put the product in and then told us that actually, we needed a new compressor and we should not use the AC until that is completed. So why sell us a bunch of refrigerant we cant use? We had two other companies come out of our own choosing and after their inspection, they actually discovered the issue in the attic- a lot of things not up to code, a unit that looked like it had been punched in recently, and a furnace pipe that was completely disconnected. The other company said that anyone who knew anything about AC shouldve been able to take one look and see that it was a dangerous situation upstairs. Dangerous as in, if we used the heater it would release carbon monoxide into our home and our babys bedroom.Besides the fact that we were sold something we couldnt use, I am mostly concerned that whoever this company sent was unable to realize such an (apparently) obvious and extreme issue.

We had to replace our AC Unit two months after the yearly maintenance was performed by two Royal Flush Technicians. I remember specifically asking if the coils on the outside units were checked. I would have given them a zero star but that was not an option!In 2019, this company was sent to my home through the home warranty I had. I told them it was not the unit but they insisted the evaporator coil was leaking freon and my warranty company would go no further until I replaced the air handler unit as they suggested, which I did at a very high price out of my pocket. Within a month, same problem with the new unit. Then I was quoted by them another $3200.00 dollars to run a new freon line to my attic, I didnt do it.I called another company that came out and found the leak in my freon line at the unit outside of my house after another $1000.00 , I had AC again.I have kept maintenance up on this unit but the other day I noticed there was water in the pan so I called someone out and was told it wasnt installed properly, so $500.00 more dollars and the problem is corrected, they used tape to seal the unit instead of the correct material, therefore, the tape has pulled loose since it was installed, causing the leaking.I would highly suggest not to use this company!!!

I believe they are a scam place !They were sent by American Home Shield for an AC Tune up on a perfectly functioning system. The next day I realize the AC was not cooling and found the breaker tripped. Another insurance contractor cames and after suggesting to change the system, told me compressor at least (+ plenty of code compliance ). My neighbor AC guy comes, found that the run capacitor wires had been switched so the compressor could not start. A swap back to the original place made it work in 2 mn ...

Terrible. Moved in to our home in 2018. Within a month the central system stopped working. They came by tore out the attic door replaced the wiring and system due to their error. Fast forward a year and heating system is skyrocketing. A 1000 light bill prior to the freeze. 2022 stated its normal so now I am running power heaters in each room with five children. Terrible company and bad customer service. I even had to provide the electrician with a ladder. I would not refer or recommend, you are wasting your time and money.

Assigned by American Home Shield. I was texted that they would show up between 11 and 1. They didnt show up or call by 1. I called AHS to complain. Got a call they had a serviceman 5 min away finishing up. Then 30 min later, a different serviceman said they were 45 min away. They finally showed up at 240p. They would not look at the outdoor drip. Insisted on immediately diagnosing inside. They clained to fix the issue by blowing out a stuffed pipe. A couple of days later I looked and the water was dripping again. Issue not solved/fixed. They came back and now claim the A/C pipe is going into a vertical pipe which is stuffed - so its not an A/C problem - but a plumbing problem. I dont quite understand that since that vertical is only used by the A/C. So responsibility transferred to a plumber.

This morning they called and said that they would no longer be here from 1-5 and that they were now coming from 5-7. It was frustrating having no AC, but we understand delays. I used this Facility through American home shield and I would give them five stars compared to all the other companies that AHS uses. Frank was knowledgeable professional and fix my air conditioning problem. Will definitely use them in the future

I had a tech go check the AC, he found that the unit was working but leaked coolant. He did not note anything on the service ticket other than everything was working just fine and that he had tested all components. 3 hrs later the unit stopped working completely. Now is the weekend and we are with no AC because of an incompetent technician. I do not recommend this place.

I had a 5 star visit, it couldnt of gone any better. The technician showed up right at the time given. The technician was very friendly and incredibly fast. Luckily my ac problem was a minor fix, but the tech was clearly skilled at the trade. Without any hesitation he found the problem and corrected it.

They work for American Home Shield which has awful AC coverage. That said. American Home Shield took 3 weeks to authorize and deliver a new air handler which contains the coil. Royal Flush installed the air handler and the AC worked for a while. Since then the AC had failed twice. Dont buy American Home Shield and dont use Royal Flush.

Appointment was from 8 am to 10 am. Tech didnt show between those hours. Could not get ahold of anyone.Tech called at 1245 and said he was 30-45 min away..... showed up over 3 hours after appointment time ended.

I had to replace my whole A/C system 2 days after the technician came to do an “A/C tune up.” The technician left the Freon valve open and the system lost all the Freon. My old AC system used R22 Freon which is not available in the market anymore. I got quoted 900 dollars for fillip up the system with Freon. I decided to change the whole thing (of course with another company)
