Alex explained the issue throughly, was extremely knowledgeable, didn’t give me the runaround and went above and beyond to make sure my system was working properly before he left. I would appreciate this on a normal day, but being 8 months pregnant and unexpectedly coming home to a broken AC and to get resolution and a cool house within a couple of hours — I literally have no words, thank you thank you thank you!! 10/10 recommend!

This company is by far the company you want to have saved in your contacts favorite list for repairs performed at a drop of a hat. When I think about what couldve happened without Newport Air Conditioning coming to our rescue and having our home Air Conditioning unit up and running the very next day is what I we all should experience with the small business owner but . There technician Alex was professional and didnt beat around the point about what could be a problem and what is more likely Tobe the solution to having Air Conditioning again as soon as possible. I called them for a second opinion and I was not disappointed. They came out Thursday, checked the entire unit and gave me a fair and reasonable price. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything, every step of the way. They came out last minute to check it and accommodated my schedule the next day for the repairs. They did not try to upsell things I didnt need and they did not even come close to the prior estimates, which were outrageously marked up. Everyone I dealt with was a 10/10 and I would 100% recommend them to anyone and will probably only be calling them for all future needs.

The BEST heating & air conditioning company around. Our A/C went out and after we got the run around from the home warranty company we called Newport Air. They came out and got us fixed up the same day. Awesome service great prices and good people.

Ive been meaning to write a review for Newport. These guys are awesome - I especially like that they dont push all of these un-necessary, and very costly services and add-ons when doing repairs or updates. I have choices on who I can use for A/C and heating, but I like that these guys know their AC & Heating and I only trust them. Stop looking for the best in Houston because you have found them! Installed new AC/heat system in the attic and left the house spotlessly clean. Great price, exceptional service, professional, service after the install — everything and more than I could ever ask. Would recommend to my mom and anyone I cared about. These guys are for real and know what they’re doing.

As a Single woman I will admit I’m not the most educated on things such as my AC unit. I always get nervous someone will take advantage of the little bit of education I have on and charge me for things I don’t even need. When Robert came into my home and talked to me about my Unit and what was going on he broke it down to where I understood everything and was so genuine and great at walking me through the process. I felt so great leaving it all in his hands. I trust him full heartedly and know that if I ever have anymore problems I will be in great hands! Thank you so much to Robert and his team.
