We chose not to use this business. We tried to contact them about one of their drivers. If a business does not care that one of their drivers is swerving and swaying and nearly hitting our vehicle and an 18-wheeler then they do not show an expectation that we require. They never bothered to reach out to us to say that they received the message.

My AC went out at my house and they, were very quick to respond, we were sitting in Hell and they Had us back in Antarctica in less than 24hrs, and thats with them having to find a New outside Unit for Us when no one else could!

HB did poor quality work. They installed the unit where you are not able to replace the filter. The other filters had screws interfering with the removal of the filter. I asked them to come back to look at the poor workmanship but, they never came back. I would never recommend them to anyone.
