Justin, I was so blessed with your technician. He was very efficient and professional. He answered all my questions and was able to not only address but fix my issue i was dealing with. He did all the work I requested and even went above and beyond. I had air ducts cleaned today and not only did he clean my vents and fog my return he even managed to wipe my ceiling fans down for me while he was in the process of putting the registers back on. I didnt ask for that but he stated he wanted to clean the fans for me to help eliminate the dust and that it was no problem or extra charge, Justin said it was my gift to me. he wanted to make sure I was fully satisfied in the work that was provided. Best quality service i Could have ever imagined. I appreciate him so much.. Thank You Justin and especially thank you American Steam A Way for sending me him and having a tech that truly cares about his customers and job at hand.. He also let me walk through the job to make sure the job was completed to my standings. Definitely using them again and referring them to all my friends and families.

Nick steam cleaned 850 sq. ft of tile for us. Grout had 20 years of high traffic staining. Looks like new now. Way above my expectations. He was early and very professional. Thank you for a great job.

I called them Tuesday morning and they came out just a few hours later. They were very quick, professional and they did an amazing job! My air blows so much colder in my house now and I will recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get a good clean out of their air ducts at home!

DO NOT use this company to clean your ductwork! I started noticing I had more dust in my home after they clean my duck work then before they came. So I hired another professional air conditioning service who went into my attic and took pictures of what was torn ductwork from where they had use the equipment to clean. Now I’m having to repay someone to repair my damages ductwork. When I called and told them about what happened and ask for a refund they told me that I waited past the 10 day refund period And all they could do was send someone out to reclean. I don’t think they knew what they were doing when they were actually cleaning my ductwork and therefore damaged my ducts. I had them come on March 30, today is April 30. Why would I have them come out to tear up the rest of my ducts?! They specialize in carpet cleaning so they need to stick to that!

Made appointment for a 2-hour window. They never showed up nor did they call to say they were not showing up. After calling they said the previous job is taking longer it will be two more hours. Four hours total waiting no show now the business is closed. No phone call to say they would be late or not coming at all. Wasted the evening waiting on them. Will call someone else now.Update: Called Monday to see if anyone was still scheduled to come and answer was no,Not sure what happened.When asked to speak with whomever runs the place they did take my name and number because they didnt know when he would be in. Not holding my breath for the call back. If they even call.Funny part is not knowing when owner will be in considering its a family business.

Sean (spelling?) and Trey cleaned my carpet 07/22/17 and did an excellent job. I will definitely use American Steam Away in the future. Both gentlemen were professional, kind, and even tried to make friends with my dogs. :-)

Call to check on their prices I used to all the time few years ago prices went Sky High just like everything else but doesnt mean I want to call him back
