Fast service. I thought more was going to be done, but he said our unit didnt need cleaning. He checked everything. Put freon in it and its a new unit. He said the unit has a leak, seems like that can be checked easier than explained. Didnt plan on it being do costly. The unit is cooling great! I pray it works, week and cool well all summer long. They picked up the phone the first time I called. Said they would be glad to set up an appointment, and they were at my house 15 min later. Who could ask for better customer service.I had them charge my refrigerant levels. I was a little low, but the prices was great compared to other companies Ive worked with.I would highly recommend them.

Moody has fast service, whether it has been weekday or weekend they have always responded promptly as promised. They have served me for at least 15 years to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them !

Our AC went out on a Tuesday evening, I called them Wednesday morning as soon as they opened, they came out to check on a fix and our old unit had finally just given out. They had a new unit at the house in a few hours and had it installed shortly after that. Outstanding, professional service, would recommend to anyone.

My neighbor owns and works for Moody A/C so I always see the truck while I’m walking my dogs. So when my a/c went out they were the first company that came to mind. My neighbor came over checked out my unit within 30 minutes of me calling and had a new moter installed in the unit within an hour. A few days later it quit working again. I called and it was fixed within a few hours. They were fast, efficient, and as cost effective as a/c repair can be. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

They came to the house went into the attic after a few minutes of being up there they came back down saying we have to replace the entire unit and after that charged us 350 dollars just for that.

We have used Moody Air conditioning for several years now. Mr Moody always explains exactly what needs to be done to the air conditioner and if it needs to be replaced he explains why.He will also try to help you find financing if you do not have the money on hand to repair or replace your air conditioner. Do not call this guy, totally unprofessional, Jerry ridge my system. Im A Disable Veteran He Came To My Home To Repair My Blower. He jerry ridged it 5 minutes later it broke. He never came back charge me 250.00 His office is located in his home, total dirt bag. Do not use this service, he treats his customers like second class citizens and then he lies about returning your money. His service was totally unprofessional. He then turns around and writes a letter asking me to change my reviews of his business, He disrespected my 22 Yr service to this country by saying I never serve. Warning to others use at your own risk. His business hasnt returned my money for work not done, its December 2018 still no refund. He wants me to take down my review of his services, Im a U S Marine we dont turn coat, we fight back.

Moody air conditioning is the business to call for all your air conditioning needs. I just had some work done and the service man was very respectful that we had a dog in the house and made sure that he knew where the dog was at before opening the door. He was very neat and conscious of his work. He worked fast and cleaned up after himself. Moody air conditioning is in Nederland Texas and locally owned.
